Chapter 177: b.l.o.o.d.y Calamity

When Chi Shuyan saw a supermarket outside, she had Zhu Bocheng stop the car first, then went to buy something.

Zhu Bocheng immediately stepped on the brake and hurriedly said, “Cousin, tell me what you want to buy. I’ll buy it for you!”

Chi Shuyan smiled faintly and said, “It’s not convenient for you!” Then without waiting for Zhu Bocheng to say anything, she got out of the car, and was followed by an expressionless Qi Zhenbai, who obviously intended to go with her.

Zhu Bocheng rolled down the window and was about to complain about them being lovey-dovey, when a motorcycle suddenly appeared behind Sister Shuyan on the sidewalk. Seeing that it was about to hit her, Zhu Bocheng was so scared that he broke out in a cold sweat and immediately yelled in warning. He saw Zhenbai agilely grab Sister Shuyan in his arms, and at the same time, kick the motorcycle to one side at lightning speed. Both the motorcycle and driver crashed with a loud bang.

This reaction speed! This strength!

Holy sh*t!

It was simply inhuman!

If not for the fact that this wasn’t the right time, Zhu Bocheng would have whistled!

Qi Zhenbai ignored Zhu Bocheng’s burning gaze, and with a rare flash of anxiety in his eyes, he immediately felt the woman in front of him from head to toe. After ensuring that she was fine, he heaved a huge sigh of relief. Still nervous, he asked, “Does it hurt anywhere?” His voice actually wavered a bit at the end.

By the time Chi Shuyan came back to her senses, the man in front of her had already touched her all over. She was about to speak, when she noticed that the man was tense all over and his hands were still trembling.

If she remembered correctly, this man had s.h.i.+elded her completely, so how could anything happen to her? Instead, he might be the one who was hurt instead!

Chi Shuyan’s eyes flashed with a complex look. For the first time, she truly took the man’s feelings for her seriously.

But before the two of them could speak, somebody cursed her from the side. “Are you looking for death, you d.a.m.n b*tch? Didn’t you see me on my motorbike? Couldn’t you get out of the way? Do you have eyes?”

The owner of the motorcycle, who had been thrown to the ground, wailed a few times, picked up his phone and earphones, and got up with a limp. His face was covered in bruises, which was quite a ghastly sight. Judging from his loud voice, he should be fine!

The owner of the motorcycle was a tall, burly, and somewhat fat man. He had quite a meaty face and a shaved head, which made him look quite ominous. His eyes were filled with impatience as he looked resentfully at Chi Shuyan.

It was a pity that he was coming up against Qi Zhenbai now.

When Qi Zhenbai saw the man in front of him scolding his woman, his already cold face now caused the temperature around him to plummet. He narrowed his eyes and looked coldly at the man. The bl.u.s.tering motorcycle owner, who was used to throwing his weight around with the weak, was struck dumb by that powerful aura. Petrified, he swallowed his saliva. In the end, he didn’t even dare fart, and only dared to curse in a low voice.

“What the h.e.l.l are you still mumbling about over there? You were the one going on a joyride and listening to music through your earphones, and not looking where you’re going. You almost hit someone, yet you still dare find trouble with my sister? It’s already good that my sister didn’t find trouble with you. How the h.e.l.l do you dare curse my sister?” Zhu Bocheng, who was in the car, saw that this man still dared to find trouble with Sister Shuyan. He opened the car door and was about to punch the car owner, but was stopped by Chi Shuyan.

“It’s just my bad luck that there’s more of you!” The owner of the motorbike originally wanted to extort some money out of them, but he now saw that the people in front of him weren’t to be trifled with, especially the leader, who stood out from the rest. He met that pair of cold eyes which looked at him without the slightest bit of warmth. His heart jumped and his legs softened subconsciously. He was so stunned that he didn’t dare say a word more. He muttered in a low voice as he hurriedly righted his motorcycle, planning to run away immediately.

Chi Shuyan suddenly pulled on the back of the motorcycle and spat out coldly, “I advise you to drive properly in the future and watch the road. Don’t race randomly, and follow the traffic rules, or you’ll encounter a b.l.o.o.d.y calamity. I have a Peace Talisman here, 50 million for one!”

Qi Zhenbai was expressionless. Zhu Bocheng didn’t think much of Sister Shuyan taking advantage of the opportunity to deal with this man, but seeing the man vomit blood in front of him, he couldn’t help but laugh first! Sister Shuyan was good!

The owner of the motorcycle rolled his eyes after he got on, ignored Chi Shuyan and directly spat out the word “psycho.” After driving some distance, he didn’t forget to turn his head and continue cursing Chi Shuyan. “B*tch, how dare you curse and try to extort money out of me? If I see you again, I’ll f*cking kill your stupid mo-!” Before he could utter the last word, a truck suddenly sped toward him head-on.

With a loud bang, they collided and the owner of the motorcycle was sent flying along with his bike.

When Zhu Bocheng looked over, he saw that the man had crashed into a construction guardrail on the side. This man was unlucky. The road here wasn’t finished, and the protective fence wasn’t completely fixed. The pointed wooden guardrail went straight through the man’s chest, and blood instantly poured out!
