By picking this option, players get to randomly name a building to undergo architectural enhancement.

Said enhancement determines a propertyless building enhancement. After the enhancement, the building will possess a series of miraculous subsidiary abilities.

Note: The larger the building, the more specialized the building’s type will be, the more convoluted the building’s properties will be, the harder it will be to undergo enhancement.
