The expression on his baby girl's face made Jin Liwei feel helpless. He was still a bit p.i.s.sed off at her, but his heart was already softening. Sighing, he pushed himself up to a sitting position so that they were facing each other.

"Maybe…I've become stressed out without me realizing it due to my heavy workload lately," she said while rubbing her cheek against his hand. "Believe me. I really didn't mean to…to snap at you like that. I would never deliberately treat you badly like that."

"Are you still angry at me?" she asked.
