Chapter 267: Dragon Form

For the next six months, Kana lived through h.e.l.l. Sister Fu beat her over and over again. Then she would heal her then beat her some more. There were a few times that Kana could get some hits in and send Sister Fu flying but that only made Sister Fu more excited, and in the end, Kana got beaten even harder.

It was on the first day of the seventh month since she started her final training that Sister Fu and the other five sisters stood in front of Kana with a big smile on her face. "Okay! Since you have mastered hand to hand combat and how to integrate all the weapons into one complete style, we will now begin dragon form training. This will come in two stages. Full body and partial body morphing. It is always a surprise to your enemies when you throw a punch, and all of a sudden, it grows to the side of your dragon claw."

"Morphing is much harder than transforming. So we will train in full dragon forms first. Full dragon form fighting is quite simple and also complex. With a puff of smoke, the six sisters and all became huge menacing dragons. When Kana saw this, her eyes glowed with excitement because their forms were the exact image of dragons she had! "This..." Sister Fu looked at Kana, who was still standing where she was. What should have been a towering dragon was Kana standing there with her arms and legs, half dragonized. The rest of her body looked the same, but there was a strange transparent purple cloth that looped around her shoulders and fluttered off her back. On top of her head between her two black horns was a black and white foggy halo. The immense pressure she was giving off in her new dragon form made the other sisters tremble in fear. It was as if they were looking at a higher being that should only be wors.h.i.+ped and never looked upon. All the sisters besides Sister Fu quickly looked away.

"Umm… Why? Where the h.e.l.l is my cool dragon form!?" Kana yelled. She never thought after being a baby dragon for so long that her next form would not even be a d.a.m.n dragon but a partial one! Her appearance was basically the same except for the black intricate tattoos that covered her exposed skin. The scales on her arms and legs were a deep purple with white edges and a strange black fog swirled around the tips of her claws. She could still use her hands like normal, so she knew she could easily wield a sword, but… She wanted to cry! She was expecting some kind of bada.s.s ma.s.sive dragon like her masters, but she was still in her human form, just dragonized more!

"You are truly blessed… I have only heard of this form. I never thought it actually existed." Sister Fu transformed back into her human form and stood in front of Kana, who was on the verge of tears. "Little one, do not cry. You should be happy. Your form is that of the ancestral dragons of the dawn of time." As she said this, Sister Fu knelt down and bowed her head. "From this moment on, we sisters will follow you and guide you until our old bones turn to dust."

"Master Fu! Please stand. Why are you kneeling all of a sudden!?" Kana did not feel it was right for her masters to be lowering their heads to her. They were supposed to act whimsical and crazy like every day.

"That can not be. Kana, you may not know this, but your form is something that all dragons wish to achieve. The true form of dragons. Although morphing can semi accomplish this, it is the halo and ancient tattoos that show that your form is not that of a morph but your true dragon form. Only then can you have said to have reached the same status as the ancestral dragons. Check your stats. I am sure they have become much stronger."

Kana did as she was told and opened her system window but what she saw confused her.

Us sisters will accompany you to help you clear the final 8 floors and to wherever you wish to go to next." Sister Fu could not hide the excitement in her voice. She had never thought she would ever have a chance to serve an ancestral dragon. If her brethren were still alive, they would be jealous beyond belief. She would definitely dance in front of them gloating about how she was a servant of an ancestral dragon.

Kana was about to say something, but she suddenly felt all the power in her body drained out of her, returning to normal, and without warning, her dragon form dissipated, returning her back to her human form. "Huh? What happened?"

"It seems you can only hold that form for a short while. You will need to level up more in order to sustain your form for longer periods of time. But do not worry, we sisters will stay by your side and help you train. You may be able to tap into it gradually by partial morphing. As we complete, the dungeon we will teach you how to do this."
