Chapter 812: Everyone Loves The Tail

"Zhen Chang! Why are you doing this!?" Ming Xiafan yelled.

"Why? The palace is right up this path. Do you think I would allow you people from Moon Crest Academy to take what's inside?" Zhen Chang answered with a sinister smile. "Your Moon Crest Academy disciples' story ends here in this mystic realm."

Min Xiafan gritted his teeth. He turned to see Li Tangxin's eyes filled with determination and then at the sect members they were protecting that were hurt. "Senior Sister Li, take the others and run. I will hold them off."

"What!? What about you!? I won't leave you here alone. We are from the same sect. We live or die together!"  Li Tangxin had already accepted the fact that this would be a losing battle. Zhen Chang was much stronger than her and Ming Xiafan put together. 

"It would be pointless if we all die here. You must survive and tell the sect that the Rising Cloud sect tried to kill us." Ming Xiafan only wanted revenge. He would protect his fellow disciples and make sure the ones who killed him would get what they deserved. He knew that even if they gave up the treasure ahead, that Zhen Chang would not let them go because he would be afraid of them spreading the word about the palace. He now regretted teaming up with this person who showed no loyalty in front of treasures.

Li Tangxin bit her lip as she turned to look at the disciples behind her. She was very conflicted right now. If she left Min Xiafan, she doesn't know if she would be able to live with herself. But she could also not let the others die either.

"Oh ho? It looks like Ming Xiafan is very manly. Hey Ming, want to join my family? You can marry my daughter Yana. She is quite cute, you know!" A shadow formed overhead as a lazy voice filled the air. 

Ming Xiafan suddenly had a chill run down his spine when he heard the words entering his ears. There was no doubt that Yana was indeed a beauty, but the problem was she was a bit….. Violent.

"It's that thing again!" Ming Xiafan almost did not dare look up towards the one speaking to him, but when he heard Zhen Chang yell out, he quickly turned his head towards the sky to see a large eyeball staring back at him. But strangely enough, that was not what surprised him the most. It was the figure peeking over the top of it, looking at him with a smile. 

"Yo!" Kana smiled at Ming Xiafan and gave him a small wave before standing up and flapping her wings as she slowly descended down from the sky. When her feet touched the ground, she reached up with her hand, causing the eyeball to draw close to her. She gave it a pet before whispering to it. The eyeball then disappeared as if it was never there. 

Kana turned and looked at everyone still with a bright smile on her face as she asked: "So….. What is going on here?"

"You!" Zhen Chang was starting to have a bad feeling. He suddenly felt a great pressure weighing down on his body. He was starting to have a hard time breathing.

"Kana, be careful. Zhen Chang is very stron…." Li Tangxin wanted to warn Kana, but Kana raised her hand and stopped her from speaking.

"It's fine, I promise," Kana said in a warm voice before tossing a bottle of pills to Li Tangxin. "Give those to everyone. Heal up. I will settle this." 

Both Ming Xiafan and Li Tangxin felt something was different about Kana. She had an aura about her that made her seem otherworldly at this time. Kana paid them no mind as she turned her gaze on Zhen Chang, who was sweating bullets at this moment. 

"I heard you do not want my sect to go up this mountain? But you see…." Kana took a step forward, and as she did, Zhen Chang felt the pressure on him growing even heavier. "I have business at the top of this mountain."

Kana smiled and took another step forward. This time Zhen Chang couldn't take it anymore and knelt down on the ground. He gritted his teeth and looked at Kana in disbelief and fear. He did not understand how this girl who he had checked up on before was suddenly so powerful. But no matter how much he wanted to yell out and ask her how she became so powerful, he could not. The pressure was so great that he could not even speak.

"You see. I will be troubled if you do not let me pa.s.s. So, Let me ask you...." Kana made a cute pose while tapping her chin as if the question she asked was to herself and not Zhen Chang. Not hearing an answer to her question, she looked over at Zhen Chang curiously as she took another step forward. At this point, the weight on his body was so great that Zhen Change was not on all fours, with his forehead almost touching the ground. When Kana saw him kneeling on the ground like this, she covered her mouth and took in a breath of air as if she was in shock. "Oh my! You wish to wors.h.i.+p me!?"

"I see. I never knew people would want to wors.h.i.+p me so soon. It must be my tail, right? Everyone seems to love my tail." Kana said with a nod as she wiggled her tail. At this moment, no one understood what was going on. Neither the Moon Crest Academy disciples nor the Rising Cloud sect understood what was happening because Kana was only putting pressure on Zhen Chang and no one else. 

But the words that were heard next caused all the Rising Cloud sect's disciples to shudder in fear. "But you see…." Kana's voice suddenly turned cold: "I do not need anyone wors.h.i.+ping me. But…. I do not mind taking your souls…."
