"How could I? I don't have such rights to command Butler Lu." Fu ChunHua replied as she picked up her cutlery and began to eat.

"Are you saying that Father arranged this?" Fu Hee asked with a twisted facial expression.

"It is what it is." Fu ChunHua replied with a smile and continued to eat.

Fu Hee left the dining room angrily. She was so p.i.s.sed of with Grandfather Fu.

"You allow my son to move out of the house, but you don't let me the mother know about it?" Fu Hee said to herself as she paced around the room.

When Fu Hua said they would be moving out in the evening, Jia Li thought they would have to go back to the Fu house first, before leaving.

When Fu Hua came to pick her up after her cla.s.ses, he took another route. She thought he was following another route home until he stopped the car in more than 10 floors apartment.

Fu Hua turns off the engine and removed his seatbelt.

"Where...where are we?" Jia Li asked as she looked around.

Seeing the confusion on Jia Li's face, Fu Hua replied. "We are at my place. Didn't I tell you we would be moving out today?"

"Oh..." Jia Li muttered in a low tone. 'I thought we would have to go back first'

"You don't have plans of sleeping in the car, do you?" Fu Hua asked with his gaze on her.

Jia Li recovered from the surprise and removed the seat belt. She picked up her things and followed Fu Hua into the building.

Entering the elevator, Fu Hua pressed on the b.u.t.ton for the 7th floor.

With a 'ding' sound from the elevator, they arrived at the 7th floor.

Jia Li had no idea of where she was, so she could only follow behind Fu Hua. On getting to his door, Fu Hua said to her, "The pa.s.sword is **** in case you have to leave or come in without me."

"Oh!" Jia Li responded as she watched him key in the pa.s.sword to the house.

Following Fu Hua into the house, Jia Li stood by the side as he locked the door, before walking behind him into the sitting room.

When she stepped into the sitting room, Fu Hua's artistic nature was revealed to her. He had a high taste, and she was no match for him.

"Come, let me show you to your room." Fu Hua said to her.

"Okay." Jia Li replied before following him.

There were a total of three rooms in the house. One of the rooms was turned into a study by Fu Hua, and that was the first place he showed her.

"There are two bedrooms and one belongs to you." Fu Hua said while pointing to the door opposite his bedroom.

Jia Li glanced at him before nodding. She was very surprised they wouldn't be sharing the same bedroom.

"You can go in and change your clothes, I will warm the food." Fu Hua said before turning away.

Jia Li only entered the room that belonged to her when Fu Hua left her side.

Walking into her room, she could see it wasn't as big as the one she had in the Fu House, but she wasn't complaining. She liked the fact that the room was warm and cozy.

Seeing the painting Fu Hua got for her hanging on the wall at her bedside, she smiled. She took off her books before putting her backpack away.

Straight up, Jia Li went to wash up and came into the room wrapped only in the big white towel. Since the closet was inside the room, she needed to dress up in the bedroom.

After picking out her nightdress, She put it on the bed and proceeded to take off the towel, and in that minute, Fu Hua opened the door.

He was about to walk in when he saw the magnificent sight. He had to pause to admire the sight before him, but too bad he couldn't satiate his desire because Jia Li screamed and hurriedly wrapped the towel around her body.

She looked frightened to see Fu Hua, because of the state she was in.

Fu Hua cleared his throat. "The food is served." He announced before leaving and closing the door behind him.

Jia Li sat on the bed and looked as if she was about to cry. She withdrew her gaze from the door as she thought...

'Does he not know how to knock before coming in?'

While Jia Li had that thought, Fu Hua had a different thought in his mind.

'Does she not know how to lock the door?'

Because Jia Li was annoyed with Fu Hua for coming in without knocking and seeing her naked without apologizing, she took her time getting dressed before coming out of her room.

With the time Jia Li wasted, Fu Hua had already freshened up and was already dressed. So, the time Jia Li opened her door, Fu Hua opened his door, and their eyes met seeing each other after the awkward incident.

Together, they went to the dining area to have their dinner, which was silent.

After dinner, Jia Li took the dishes to the kitchen and washed them. When she returned to the sitting room, Fu Hua was still there.

Jia Li had something to say to him, so she walked towards him. Fu Hua glimpsed at her before looking back to the magazine in his hand.

"Fu Hua about taking me to school, you don't have to do that anymore, I can get a cab from here to school directly." Jia Li said in a soft tone.

Fu Hua used the magazine before replying to her, "I will arrange a cab that will be taking you to school and bringing you back home, and maybe any place you want to visit."

"No, don't stress yourself about that, I can get a cab myself, I don't want to disturb you." Jia Li said.

She didn't want him to be doing things for her every time. She wanted to get used to doing things herself so she wouldn't be spoiled to the extent that she would forget that he may fail. But Fu Hua did not agree with her.
