Immediately Jia Li walked into the dining room, her nose scrunched up in a frown when she perceived something she didn't think she would be able to handle the smell.

The smell of egg changed Jia Li's system immediately she perceived it. She didn't feel like continuing her journey to her dining seat.

Jia Li touches the hem of Fu Hua's jacket, and feeling the touch, Fu Hua glanced over to look at her.

Before Jia Li could say anything, Grandfather Fu noticed their presence and called out to them happily.

"Why are you standing there? Come and sit."

Fu Hua placed his hand on Jia Li's shoulder and brought her to sit in her position, before sitting beside her.

Jia Li glanced at all the food on the table. This was an English-styled breakfast, so the presence of eggs wouldn't be a surprise. But the problem now was that she didn't like their smell.

It was irritating her system, and she was starting to feel nauseating.

"Jia Li, did you sleep well last night?" Fu ChunHua asked when we saw Ji Li's face not looking so bright.

As Jia Li opened her mouth to reply, Fu Hee said without a care, "Why wouldn't she have a goodnight rest, what else does she want?"

What Fu Hee means is that Jia Li got money from the Fu family, got to attend the best fas.h.i.+on and designing school in the country, and also got to marry her son, who was the CEO of FJ Styles, so since she had all of these, why wouldn't she sleep well?

Fu Hee felt all eyes on her, but she didn't give a d.a.m.n about it.

"If you're tired of eating, leave the dining room." Grandfather Fu said angrily before looking at Jia Li with a smile.

"Girl don't mind her, eat some egg." Grandfather Fu said as he gave some fried egg.

As Grandfather Fu put the egg on her plate, Jia Li's face scrunched up in a frown, and her body became uncomfortable. The need to throw up became more severe.

Fu Hua glanced at Jia Li and saw her looking at her plate with a frown. He followed her sight to the plate, but couldn't identify what she was looking at, because there was some other food apart from the egg on her plate.

Fu Hua glanced back at Jia Li and saw her fidgeting with her fingers on her laps. He became a little worried and was about to ask her what the matter was.

But at that time, Jia Li covered her mouth and got up from her seat before running away from the dining room, to the shock of everybody.

Even Fu Hee couldn't help but be shocked by her actions. Her eyes followed Jia Li until she left their sight.

"Fu Hua, what is wrong with Jia Ji?" Grandfather Fu asked worriedly.

Fu Hua wiped his lips and got up from his seat as he replied, "I will go check upon her."

After replying to the old man, he left the dining room to go and find Jia Li. He had a frown on his face as he searched for her.

When he left, Fu Hee said, "What could be wrong with her? She is just seeking attention."

"Are you sure about that?" Fu ChunHua asked with a smiling gaze.

"What else could that be? If I talk now, everybody would be against me. Since that girl came into this family, my life has never been the same again. She..."

"Shut your mouth!" Grandfather Fu caught her off as he directed an angry gaze towards her. He was so mad at her that he would have hit her on the face if she wasn't so far away.

Fu Hee knowing when to stop, shut her mouth. She wasn't ready for anything to be thrown at her randomly by the angry old man.

Grandfather Fu was a retired Army Major General, and even in his old age, he never misses his aim. If he picked up something to throw at her, not only will he hit his target, the impact of his strength would cause an injury.

Fu YingPei glanced at his mother and couldn't help but find her worrisome. He didn't know the reason she liked to cause trouble.

'This was not in her traits before, or did taking away her position caused her to become like this?' He thought.

Fu Hua found Jia Li in the visitors' restroom throwing her guts out. He was irritated at first, but he didn't know when he came to her side and started rubbing her back.

Jia Li felt better with her back being rubbed by someone. She had no idea who was helping her, and she wasn't in the condition to care about it. She continued throwing up until nothing was coming out again, and then she felt a lot better.

Fu Hua took out a handkerchief from his trouser pockets and pa.s.sed it to her. Jia Li saw the handkerchief in front of her and took it as she whispered a thanks.

Fu Hua stepped out after that, and returned a minute later with a bottle of water in his hand, and was in time to see Jia Li ready to leave the restroom.

"Take it." He said while pa.s.sing the bottled water to her.

Jia Li took it and thanked him.

"I will wait for you outside." Fu Hua stepped before leaving her presence.

Jia Li gaggled her mouth with the water from the plastic bottle several times before stepping out of the restroom.

Taking the remaining bottle of water from her, Fu Hua pa.s.sed her another handkerchief and asked, "Why are you throwing up?"

"I didn't like the smell of the eggs." Jia Li replied.

"Go to the room, I will bring you breakfast." Fu Hua said to her because he knew there was no way she could return to the dining room. After all, she would end up throwing up again.

"What about the family?" Jia Li asked in concern. She knew the way she left would arouse suspicion, so she was worried.

"Do you have to care about that right now? Go to the room, I will be there in 5 minutes." Fu Hua said to her.
