Fifteen minutes later, Sunny returned to her office and sat on her seat for a few minutes before leaving with a flash in her hand. She went straight to the big office reserved for the fas.h.i.+on designers and called out Jia Li's name in other to get everyone's attention.

"JL?." Sunny called out as she hurriedly walked towards JL's desk. She looked a little panicked but tried to hide it.

JL heard the urgency in Sunny's voice and got up from her seat with a worried gaze.

"JL, my system just crashed, copy the designs for the Autumn show and return the flash to me. We will use your system if something urgent comes up in the factory. Don't forget to save the file with 'Autumn Show 20XX" Sunny instructed before walking away.

Jia Li immediately did as she was instructed. Because the designs were already saved as a file with that t.i.tle, all she did was copy and paste the file on her system without checking the designs.

After doing that, Jia Li quickly left for Sunny's office to return the flash, and all this while, Bai Jun who was sitting so far away, paid attention to Jia Li and Sunny, and now, she was thinking of how she would steal the designs during their lunch break, and she hoped everyone got out of the office as quickly as possible when it was time for their lunch break, so she would have enough time to herself.

When Jia Li returned to her seat, she felt a gaze filled with malice directed at her, but when she turned to look around, she didn't see anyone. She felt the serene was odd, but she fixed her gaze back on her laptop and continued with her work.

Immediately it was time for a lunch break, a few designers left their desks and went out for lunch, while a majority of them stayed back to continue working, and this infuriated Bai Jun a whole lot.

'Damm these people! Can't you see it's lunch hours? what are you still doing here?.' Bai Jun screamed angrily in her head. She didn't know why so many people refused to leave for lunch today she was set out on carrying out her plans after getting a rare opportunity to do so.

Bai Jun thought of the possibility of stealing the designs with only a few people in the office, but it would be very risky since it would be easy to see her around Jia Li's desk.

At this point, Bai Jun wished she had superpowers, so she could stop time and steal the designs she wanted. Luckily for Bai Jun or so she thought, Chyou came to deliver instruction from Sunny.

"Miss Sunny said everyone should come out for lunch immediately, and you have only 20 minutes to return to your desk and continue your work," Chyou said before turning to walk away.

"Ah! Today is going to be a long day!." Linda said as she got up from her desk with a sigh.

"How do you know that?" Marié asked.

Linda leaned over and replied, "I can feel it in my bones." The others laughed at her because she got that sentence from a song.

As they all pa.s.sed by Jia Li's desk, Marié stopped in her steps and asked, "Are you planning to starve today?."

Jia Li glanced up, she was surprised that Marié decided to speak to her today, but she replied, "I'm coming."

"You're coming? Do you have extra time somewhere? We only have 19 minutes right now." Linda said with a frown.

"Alright, I'm through," Jia Li said as she got up from her seat immediately. She was reminded that they didn't have much time for lunch today as their hands were full with a lot of work, so she decided to join them for lunch immediately.

Since n.o.body cared about Bai Jun, she sat in her seat and waited for everyone to finish leaving the room, before immediately rus.h.i.+ng towards Jia Li's desk.

Bai Jun who was scared about the screen of Jia Li's desktop going off and which will require her to input her pa.s.sword, sighed in relief when she saw the screen still lit up.

"Today is my day." Bai Jun said with an arrogant smile as she quickly fished out a flash drive in her hand and connected it to Jia Li's desktop, and proceeded to search for the file with the same t.i.tle Sunny instructed Jia Li to name the file with.

Immediately she saw the file with that t.i.tle, she smiled confidently and quickly copied it to her flash before running back to her desk to hide the flash away in her bag.

"Jia Li, Fu Hua, FJ, Fu family? You all are going to suffer 100X more of the pain I went through. I will make sure I ruin your handwork. As for the Autumn fas.h.i.+on show in a few weeks, consider it, canceled!." Bai Jun sneered.

Bai Jun was feeling so proud of herself for completing her mission despite the little hiccups she experienced.

With her hands on her waist, she felt the urge to leave work immediately to go and celebrate, but she couldn't as she still needed to join the others in our cafeteria for lunch, so no one will suspect anything.

Back at the Yang family, Yang Peng who left the house in the morning returned with just a phone in his hand.

Mrs. Yang was surprised to her son back home so early, as it was rare. She abandoned the things she was doing and walked up to her son.

"Peng, why are you back so early, is everything okay?." Mrs. Yang asked with a tinge of worry on her face.

Yang Peng smiled at her and said, "Everything is fine, and I'm not coming from work."

"Where are you coming from, did you have a private meeting with some clients?." Mrs. Yang probed.

"Yes I did have a meeting, but with my lawyer. I just filed for a divorce, and I signed the papers before sending them over to the Bai family for Bai Jun to sign them.." Yang Peng revealed with a relaxed smile.
