Jasmine looked especially cute in her yellow princess-styled dress, and the crown made of pure silver fit her perfectly.

Jasmine received lots of expensive gifts from the guests, and also from her family members. The gifts the little bun received were much, that the servants had to put them in a store.

After the birthday party, everyone was tired already, and after sending off the guests, the Fu family members went into the house.

Jasmine's birthday party was held outside, but the decors and arrangements made it not look like outdoor activity.

Since it was kind of late, Jia Li took the little bun to go have a warm water bath with the help of housekeeper Zu.

The next day after breakfast, Jia Li asked for the servants to bring all the gifts she and the little bun received the previous day, so she could see them.

The little bun sat next to her mother on the floor to unwrap their gifts together. Jia Li got so much jewelry and accessories as presents, while the little bun received cars, bicycles, back to school products, and many more toys and gifts.

When the little bun set eyes on her pink car gift, she immediately became interested in it. She took slow and unsteady steps towards the car, and when she got to that point, she touched the car and pointed at her mother while making little sounds.

"You want to ride it?." Jia Li asked with a smile, and the little bun nodded in response, so Jia Li put her in the car and secured her seatbelt before picking up the remote to control the car.

When the car started moving, the little bun was shocked and stretched her hands out to hold onto something. But within a short time, she became very comfortable in her ride.

A few minutes later, Jia Li wanted to carry the little bun out of the car, but she refused to come down.

"Did I do wrong by letting you ride in it?." Jia Li asked the little bun who seemed to be having a lot of fun in her new car.

"I...māmā... tch..." Jasmine said while pointing at the car. She was trying to tell her mum to make the car move again.

"No way, I want to show you something." Jia Li said and turned her back on her, then she asked the servant to bring the gift set that had books in it.

After taking out the books which were storybooks and learning books for children of her age, Jia Li picked up one and read the t.i.tle to the little bun.

Because the book looked so colorful, Jasmine forgot about her car ride and paid great attention to the book, and as her mother opened the book to point at some colors for her.

"...Jasmine, you've got so many things to learn." Jia Li said to the little bun who currently had the book in her hands. She was seriously gazing at the fantastic colors before her. Even when her mother brought her out from the car, she didn't complain.

Jia Li checked out some of the gifts with the little bun. And now that she has seen so many colorful books, she abandoned the remaining stuff for her mother to deal with.

Seeing how the little bun sat at a place obediently to play with one of her books, Jia Li felt relieved the book was not in a paper form or else, the little girl would have torn it by now.

When Fu Hua came to join them and saw his little princess sitting all by herself and seemed to be busy with something, He asked Jia Li, "Why is she so quiet?."

Jia Li glanced at the little bun who had her back towards them and then turned to reply to Fu Hua with a smile, "She is playing with one of the books she received as a gift."

Fu Hua smiled with his gaze on his little princess before looking back at his wife. "She seems so interested in that book, I will go and check it out."

When Fu Hua arrived at the little bun's side, he squat next to her and had to call her in other to get her attention.

"Princess, what are you looking at?." Fu Hua asked with a smile.

Jasmine heard her father's voice and took a break to glance at him. Seeing her father made her smile. The little bun pointed at her book repeatedly in a bid to show it off to him.

"Can I see what you are doing?." Fu Hua asked as he took the book from her to seriously go through it.

Jasmine smacked her lips after her father took her book from her. She still had her gaze on her book as if she was afraid it would disappear from her sight if she takes her gaze of it for a second.

"Oh! you are studying colors. Do you want me to teach you?." Fu Hua asked with an interesting gaze.

Jasmine was now in a dilemma and didn't know how to reply to her father. She wanted to continue playing with her book, and she didn't need him to interfere with it.

Fu Hua smiled, even more, when he noticed the little bun's gaze moving from the book to his face. As she remained quiet, he knew she wanted her book back, but didn't know how to say 'no' to him.

"Alright, I will let you have your book, for now, I will teach you some other time." Fu Hua said in a gentle tone as he handed the book back to her before walking off to Jia Li's side.

"She is so interested in books, and I think it won't be difficult for her to learn new things." Fu Hua said as he sat beside Jia Li.

Jia Li glanced at him and replied with a smile, "You don't know your daughter. She only likes colorful things, nothing else."

"It will still be easy for her to learn a new thing since she is always so interested in things like that." Fu Hua replied.

"Won't she be distracted?." Jia Li asked with a frown.

"No, she won't. I will call someone to set up another playground outside for her." Fu Hua said.

He wanted Jasmine the build her strength and be physically fit with the help of some outdoor activities.

"Okay, we will plan it together.." Jia Li said in agreement.
