"Jasmine, I will hold you later, I want to have my bath now." Jia Li spoke softly to the little bun, but it didn't make sense to her.

Fu Hua glanced over and said to her, "Maybe she wants to join you, or she wants you to hold her for a longer time."

"She can't bath with me, and I am on my period, I need to freshen up really quick because I am uncomfortable." Jia Li revealed.

"You are on your period?." Fu Hua asked with a surprised gaze.

"Yeah, it came earlier this month, please help me to record it on my phone." Jia Li said as she put her bag on the bed.

Fu Hua first picked up his phone to make a call to FangSu. He first asked if she was at home before asking her to come to his bedroom to take Jasmine away.

It was very easy for FangSu to take the little bun away because she promised to get her ice cream.

Now that she was finally free, Jia Li went to freshen up, and when she came back to the bedroom, her food has been served already. When she sat down to eat, she noticed that Fu Hua was still on his tab. Thinking it was work-related, she asked if there was any problem with a client, but he said there was none.

"Since I walked into the room, you have been on your tab, what are you looking at?." Jia Li asked.

Fu Hua was secretly going through some wedding plans on the internet and seeing his wife kept pestering him about having been on his tab since she returned, he closed the sites and put his tablet away.

"I was looking at some pictures." Fu Hua replied.

"Whose pictures?." Jia Li asked.

Fu Hua chuckled and came to her side, "It looks like you are not hungry. You complained of skipping lunch, so I asked someone to bring you food, but you are busy questioning me."

"I'm just curious as to what has been keeping you preoccupied. Did you register my period start date?." Jia Li asked with her gaze on her food.

"I did that, and I also linked it to my phone. How was work today?." Fu Hua asked as he sat next to her.

"It was great. I need 6 more hours to complete my designs so I can submit them to Miss Sunny when I get to work tomorrow morning." Jia Li replied.

"You have really made great progress. If I wasn't your boss, I would have asked you to show the ill.u.s.trations to me so I can make some corrections before you show them to Sunny. Nevertheless, I trust you." Fu Hua said to her.

Before going to bed that night, Jia Li finished up with her ill.u.s.trations and printed them out. After breakfast in the morning, she quickly left for the company.

Jia Li arrived early at work but was surprised to see that Sunny came before her.

Jia Li knocked and walked into her office.

"Good morning, Miss Sunny."Jia Li greeted politely.

"Good morning, JL, how are you?." Sunny asked with a neutral gaze. She was feeling much better today.

"I'm fine, thank you!."Jia Li replied.

"You are here so early, what about your child?." Sunny asked curiously. Work starts at 8 AM, and this was 7:35 AM, and as someone with a little child, she was wondering why she would leave the house so early.

"She is being taken care of, and for this period, she understands that I will be very busy. My ill.u.s.trations are ready, so I brought them for you to approve." Jia Li said as she pa.s.sed a file to her.

Sunny took the file from her and said to her, "You are so fast, you still have two more days left."

"I know. I just wanted to get results on time." Jia Li replied.

"I can see how puffy your eyes are, you must have stayed up late. You can go back to your office and wait for me to call you in the next 20 minutes." Sunny. said while keeping the file on one side of her desk.

When Jia Li went back to her office and was waiting for the twenty minutes to be up, she booked an appointment with FJ's fabric factory. She already knew the materials she would be working with, and she needed to get them on time before it goes out of stock.

Twenty minutes later, Sunny called Jia Li into her office for discussion. Jia Li chose to go with J-mine for her collection as she was dedicating it to her little daughter for the times she would neglect her in order to create the designs.

Sunny asked Jia Li a series of questions about her designs and made a few pointers before approving them.

Jia Li was very busy today. From the factory, she went straight to the warehouse. And when she was dine getting her materials ready, it was time to move over to the next level.

Two weeks later, FJ started to publicize the little show they would have on the first weekend in December. Something that was not looking like it would be huge at first became the talk of the town.

Because of the level of publicity FJ invested in their newbie designers when they were coming in, the public did not seem to have forgotten them, and they were looking forward to how much experience they have gained since entering FJ.

While she had just 2 dresses left in production, Jia Li submitted the names of the models she wanted to invite to wear her clothes on that day.

When Sunny saw the names she submitted, she stared at her for a few seconds before going on to scrutinize her list.

After going through the names, Sunny pointed at the first 2 names on the list and asked, "Why do you want to you these people?."

The first two names on the list were, Fu FangSu and Fu Meixu. Anyone who saw that would know that these two were daughters of the Fu family. One was now an A-list actress, while the other was an International model before returning to her home country.

Sunny was curious as to the reason Jia Li wanted to use them.

'Is it because they are her sisters-in-law?..' Sunny thought while waiting for Jia Li's response.
