After the Huang Family's request, Fu Hua brought the photo alb.u.m and pa.s.sed it to them.

Fu Hua and Grandfather Fu quietly watched the Huang family get all emotional after seeing Huang Li's photos.

"After seeing these photos, I don't doubt that your wife is truly my daughter's child." Old Mrs. Huang said as she wiped away the tears at the corner of her eyes.

Even if Huang Li turns out not to be the biological mother of Jia Li, Old Mrs. Huang would still accept Jia Li as a Huang because her daughter raised her and took her as her own child.

"Please when can we meet our sister's only child?" The second daughter of the Huang family asked.

Fu Hua looked her straight in the eyes and replied, "Jia Li is still unaware of this matter, she doesn't know her mother's full name and which family she comes from, so you can't meet her now."

"I don't want my granddaughter-in-law to be overwhelmed with emotions during this period, so you can't meet her now." Grandfather Fu said in support of Fu Hua's rejection.

The Huang family members glanced at themselves before the Old lady spoke up, "General Fu, please help me to meet my granddaughter soon. No one is going to force her to acknowledge us and rest a.s.sured that my husband will not trouble her either. We just want her to know that we are her mother's family and we are sorry for not putting more effort to search for her in the past."

"Lady Huang, your intentions are well known to us and we will try out best to come up with a way to break this news to Jia Li but have in mind that she may not want to meet you if she learns of how her mother left the house." Grandfather Fu said.

"Also, it will not be easy breaking this news to my wife because she doesn't have a strong heart, so I will only let her know about this when I'm sure she can handle the news." Fu Hua said.

Fu Hua was worried about Jia Li breaking down emotionally when she learns of her mother's real story and the reason she left her family and eloped with her father.

Taking Jia Li's emotions into consideration, the Huang family agreed to wait till whenever the Fu family informed Jia Li of her mother's true stories.

Immediately the Huang family left, Jia Li returned with Jasmine and Fu Meixu.

"Mummy, I want to go and see Ocean, Avery and Archie." Jasmine said immediately after Jia Li carried her out from the car.

"After lunch, you can go and see them." Jia Li said as she took her small fingers.

"But I want to see them soon." Jasmine responded with a frown. At the children's park, she had seen someone with a dog and they made her remember Ocean and her kids.

Jia Li glanced at the little girl that was in the mood to make trouble and said to her, "Don't worry, you will see them soon. Let's go and have lunch first."

When the mother and daughter were still arguing, Fu Hua came out to welcome them back and Fu Meixu quickly disappeared from the scene.

Fu Hua lifted the little girl in his arms and kissed her chubby cheeks.

"Princess, what did you buy for me?" Fu Hua asked with a cheerful smile.

Jasmine smiled and answered while pointing at her mother, "Mummy bought something for you." The little girl looked pleased to announce that.

"Mummy bought something for me?" Fu Hua asked with a surprised gaze at the little girl in his arms and she nodded in response.

"Mummy bought something for Daddy but what did little Da Xia buy for Daddy?" Fu Hua asked again with a bright smile.

The mature father liked to have conversations with his little princess.

Jasmine was silent for a while before replying thoughtfully, "I picked some cookies, chocolates, biscuits for you but mummy paid for them."

Jasmine's response was very funny but that was the truth. She picked the things she wanted and her mother paid for them.

Jia Li who helped the servants to bring out the shop bags from the car booth chuckled softly.

The little girl was oblivious to her parents' laughter and seemed to recall something and added...

"I bought a bucket of ice cream for me and great-grandpa, would you like to join us?"

"No princess, thank you." Fu Hua said and kissed her again before taking her inside the house.

After Lunch, Jasmine took a short nap, before going to find her great grandfather. She remembered the Ice cream she bought for them and she went to find him, so they could enjoy the Ice cream together.

Mei took Jasmine to Grandfather Fu's study with the Ice cream. Outside the door, the little did not wait for Mei to stop pus.h.i.+ng the trolley and knock. She was already impatient and pounded the door to the study herself while calling out to her great grandfather.

Mei was worried that she might hurt her delicate palms from knocking on the strong door but before she could stop her, Butler Lu opened the door from inside and looked surprised to see the little girl there.

Butler Lu smiled and the little girl and asked, "Do you want to see your great grandfather?"

"Yes." Jasmine replied with a smile and so, Butler Lu let her and Mei in.

Jasmine knew that the study was not a place to make noise, so she was very obedient as she made her way to the old man who immediately smiled when he saw her.

"Da Xia, come to my side." Grandfather Fu said with a smile as he abandoned his work and gestured to the little girl to come to his side.

Mei pushed the trolley to the sitting area after bowing in greeting to the old man and next, she went on to serve the Ice Cream.

When the little girl approached her old man, she placed her hands on his thighs and said to him, "Great-grandpa, I brought Ice Cream for you."

"Really?" Grandfather Fu asked happily.. Not minding then the Ice cream was not his special preference, he was still happy that his family's little princess cared for him.
