Fu Hua helped Jia Li to change into her nightdress since he already helped her to bathe after their entanglement at the hotel. After helping her into her nightdress, he tucked her in and left after kissing her on the lips gently and kissing his sleeping daughter's forehead.

"Brother, goodnight," FangSu said happily as she waved to Fu Hua when he got into his car. FangSu was proud of her big brother for annoying their mother to a great extent.

Well, it's not like he hasn't been like that since childhood.

When Fu Hua left, Fu Hee went to check up on Jia Li by herself and after she was clear that she was okay, she left.

She ordered the kitchen to prepare a hangover soup for Jia Li early tomorrow morning, so she wouldn't have a bad morning.

Fu Hee's anger was because the marks Fu Hua left on Jia Li's body may take time to disappear as they have a wedding in a few days. She was worried that there wouldn't be enough time for the marks to fade.

The next morning, Jia Li woke up with a banging head, and a weak body. If Jasmine hadn't woken her up, she would have loved to continue sleeping till noon.

The first thing Jia Li did after she sat up, was to ma.s.sage her temples before hugging her little bun to her chest.

"Jasmine, your dad is horrible." Jia Li said in a tired voice.

"What's horrible?." Jasmine asked with a smile. Jia Li did not dare to say the meaning of what she just called her father, as she would not like the little girl to learn such words now.

"Forget it." Jia Li said as she relaxed her head on the headboard and closed her eyes tiredly.

Jasmine laid her head on her chest and closed her eyes while tapping her arms with her fingers. She was mimicking her mother.

Remembering the events of last night, Jia Li's eyes immediately shot open when she recalled that she wasn't on any contraceptives before last night's event.

"Damm!!!." Jia Li said before gently pus.h.i.+ng Jasmine off her body. She glanced at the nightstand and saw a bowl of soup that was placed there. She guessed it was a hangover soup, but that was not her interest now.

She opened the drawer on the nightstand in search of some sort of miracle contraceptive pills, but she didn't find any, which made her think of fainting.

The little bun who sat by herself on the bed, had her gaze on her mother as she was curious to know what she was going on about.

You know what saved Jia Li's a.s.s, Fu Hua came up to the room with the pills he had the doctor prescribe for her.

Since Jia Li was not on any contraceptives before their entanglement, an emergency contraceptive would be the best for her situation.

After taking the pills, Jia Li drank her soup and rested her head on the headboard before asking with her gaze on Fu Hua, "Who allowed you to come up here?."

"Are you not happy to see your husband after a pa.s.sionate night?." Fu Hua asked with a smile as Jasmine who sat on his thighs, played with his s.h.i.+rt b.u.t.tons.

It felt like Jia Li just had a joke. "Should I be happy to see the person that almost banged my nuts out?."

"What!" Fu Hua mouthed in shock and immediately covered Jasmine's ears. "We have a child here." Fu Hua reminded her.

"As if..." Jia Li said and looked away in annoyance.

Fu Hua smiled at her. He knew she was annoyed, so he didn't want to argue further with her, and besides, this was not a good time to look for her trouble as their wedding was in 5 days.

How did Fu Hua get upstairs with Fu Hee sitting in the living room? Just know that he didn't find it easy coming up there.

At first, Fu Hee did not allow him to climb the stairs, but she only relented when she heard his shameless threat.

"I bought an emergency contraceptive pill for Jia Li. If you delay me and she ends up with a big stomach in a few months, she wouldn't come after me, because you would be the one at fault."

Fu Hee found his words embarra.s.sing because he said that in front of some servants, so she had no choice but to allow him to go upstairs.

Fu Hua did not waste time there. He only accompanied the mother and daughter to wash up and change into a new set of clothes before leaving.

Even without anyone inviting him to breakfast, he would have still made himself at home, but he had an appointment to catch up at the office, so he had to leave.

At the breakfast table, FangSu who was sitting beside Jia Li noticed the red dots on her neck area and said while touching them, "My brother is so active on the bed! He must find you so irresistible!."

Jia Li and Fu ChuHua choked on their food, while Fu Meixu chuckled with a hand over her mouth. Fu Hee looked furious as she asked FangSu to shut her mouth.

One thing was clear to Jia Li, everybody knew what happened between her and Fu Hua the previous night, and that caused her to be so embarra.s.sed that she felt like disappearing.

Jia Li almost finished a gla.s.s of water before she continued eating with her head lowered. How could she dare to meet anyone's gaze after her shameless husband caused her to be embarra.s.sed before his family?

After breakfast, Fu Hee gave everyone the day's schedule. She had wanted Jia Li to get some rest, but she figured out that she might need a ma.s.sage more than ever, so she arranged for the people at the beauty parlor to come over and give them premium treatment. Even Jasmine got to enjoy a ma.s.sage and slept off from there with a baby gla.s.s of orange juice by her side.

Mei had to carry the little girl back to the bedroom to get quality sleep after her ma.s.sage section ended.
