"We saw you chatting with Jia Li's brother-in-law plus all the facial expressions you displayed. Tell us, what did you two talk about?" Chang Chang asked with a wink.

Daiyu who had just returned to their side huffed. "I think I might have gotten myself a man."

"What!" DanDan and Chang Chang exclaimed with their palms over their mouth.

Thank goodness for the loud music playing in the background, otherwise, all attention would have been on them instead of the couple dancing on the dance floor.

"Can you not scream?" Daiyu said with a frown as she looked around to make sure they didn't attract much attention to themselves.

"You...you...you what did you say? You got yourself a man?" DanDan asked curiously.

"You heard me right. I'm going on a date with Jia Li's brother-in-law. Don't bother me with questions, I will only reply after the wedding ends."

The focus was on Jia Li today. Daiyu knew that her friends would be curious about how YingPei asked her out. It didn't seem right for them to talk about that matter there, so she told them they would talk about it later.

DanDan and Chang Chang were already dying from curiosity but what could they do? Nothing.

FangSu invited Zhang Junjie to the wedding, so they were currently together, chatting and laughing happily.

Fu Ling was with his personal a.s.sistant and he was waiting to tell her of her new role. He was waiting for the reception to end before he tells her of her new role.

Meixu is the only one without a partner. As she watched the rest of the family members chat with others, she stood a place and started to reminisce about s.h.i.+ Qiao because she was lonely.

Actually, s.h.i.+ Qiao was good to her but because she was after revenge, she dumped him. Now that she was feeling lonely, she remembered him.

Meixu was still lost on the thought until some of her friends from the entertainment industry walked up to her to greet her.

After they left, she patted her chest and asked herself, 'Who were thinking about just now?'

After dancing, Jia Li and Fu Hua did not leave the floor immediately. Fu Hua pulled her close to himself before lowering his head to meet her face. Then, he smiled before kissing her softly on the lips to the amazement of their guests.

Although there were only well-mannered people present, their actions were strong enough to cause their guests to cheer them on.

Fu Hua's move was unexpected and that caused Jia Li to be embarra.s.sed. But no matter how embarra.s.sed she was, she couldn't run away because Fu Hua was holding her waist tightly.

YingPei who had already run to his parents' side to find the adorable little girl, immediately covered her eyes when he saw what her parents were doing on stage.

The little girl was obviously uncomfortable with his hand over her eyes, so she tried to pull his palm away from her eyes but he wouldn't budge.

"Da Xia, you can't watch this, hold on for a minute." YingPei had said to her with a smile, even though she couldn't see him.

Fu Hee didn't know what to say to her son. Jasmine was indeed too little to watch that scene but making her uncomfortable, she didn't know if his intention was to make her cry in the presence of their guests or what.

Jia Li's face was all red after the kiss. She could only curse inwardly as Fu Hua pulled her to leave the dance floor.

"Can you stop creating awareness, I'm sure everybody knows how much you love me." Jia Li said in a low tone as they returned to their special seats.

Fu Hua smiled and whispered back to her, "No, they don't know yet."

After the cutting of the wedding cake, Jia Li and Fu Hua had to feed each other a piece of the cake and the wine, after making a toast.

According to the host's instruction, Jia Li had to feed Fu Hua first. What was there in feeding him?

Jia Li picked up a piece of cake and sent it into his mouth before using her handkerchief to clean the corner of his mouth. After that, she fed him some wine from his wine gla.s.s before relaxing comfortably on her seat.

As the guests clapped for her, she blushed a little. Doing something like this outside, was something she was not used to. Jia Li was shy because people watched her feed Fu Hua but she only found out the meaning of being shy with Fu Hua's next actions.

When Fu Hua finished eating the piece of cake Jia Li fed him, he washed it down with some wine, and now, it was his turn to feed her.

To everyone's surprise, he picked up a piece of cake and sent it into his mouth and inched closer to Jia Li who instinctively leaned backward in shock.

Fu Hua didn't give her time to escape from him, as he immediately stretched out his hand to pull her closer to him before forcing the cake in his mouth inside her mouth.

There was nothing disgusting with Fu Hua's action. He only held the piece of cake with his teeth before transferring it to Jia Li's mouth, he didn't chew it and his saliva didn't touch it.

Not minding that this was her wedding, Jia Li wanted to disappear when Fu Hua did that. Her cheeks turned a deep shade of red and they hurt because she was blus.h.i.+ng so hard.

Afraid that he might want to do the same thing with the wine, she immediately took it from him as he picked up the wine gla.s.s.

The guests clapped and cheered on for Jia Li and Fu Hua. The couple really had their admiration.

Fu Hua chuckled from the side because he knew how shy Jia Li was feeling at the moment.

Jasmine who was sitting at the same table with her grandparents and great-grandfather ate the piece of cake in front of her. The little girl refused to be distracted from the cheers the guests made when there was food lying in front of her.

The older Fu family members (Grandfather Fu, Fu Lei, Fu Hee, Fu Geming, Fu ChunHua, Fu Juan and her husband) who were sitting at the same table as Jasmine laughed heartily as they watched her eat.
