"You should have left her to continue spewing rubbish because she is never going to leave this place again." Grandfather Fu said.

"She was making too much noise, so she deserved to be reminded calmly not to act shrewdly in front of the people she offended." Old Mr. Huang said.

Mu Keer did learn her lesson, for never in her life had someone hit her with such strong palms that almost made her deaf, and at the same time, made her dumb.

After receiving that warning, Mu Keer never went out of line during the interrogation. Like Old, Mr. Huang had said the night before, that she would spill the truth whether she was asked or not, and that was the same thing Mu Keer was doing.

Mu Keer talked about how she met Carlos whom she didn't know his real name. Immediately she mentioned the name of the restaurant she went to meet with Alix whom she didn't get to see her face or know her name, Fu Hua made a call to that same major investigating on Carlos's real ident.i.ty.

He told him the name of the restaurant, the day and time Mu Keer met Carlo, and the woman involved in the matter (Alix)

"…get the full clip of their interaction now!" Fu Hua said through the phone.

Mu Keer went on to talk about the details of their conversation, about the contract and the money involved, and also the reporters that would come to interview her.

Mu Keer was able to quote Alix and Carlos and the similar words they used during their conversation

When asked if she had received her balance, she denied it and said she has been waiting for it.

Next, the very important question Old Mr. Huang has been meaning to ask came up. He asked about the Genuity of what she said about her brother not being Jia Li's biological father.

"I swear that I'm saying the truth! I really heard my brother and Huang Li discussing it, and the exact words they used, was what I used in that interview. I'm really not making things up!" Mu Keer cried out.

At this point, she wished there was a way to prove her words because the manner she was being glared at by the big shots showed that they could end her destiny within a second.

It was easy to find out her sincerity, and they could all see that she was saying the truth, but that didn't mean they would let her go scot-free.

Mu Keer received another slap on the same cheek she was slapped some minutes ago.

"You really have the guts to accept this interview to destroy our families, forgetting that your husband killed your brother and your sister-in-law! What were you thinking would happen if that video went out? Do you think you would have survived?!" Fu Lei asked with a glare.

"General, I don't think she had the intentions of surviving either. I know the type of person she is. As far as she achieves her goal of destroying others, she wouldn't care what happens to her! She even dared to lie to us before, saying that Jia Li was not our sister's biological daughter." The third daughter of the Huang family said.

Fu Lei and the others fixed a death glare of the frightened Mu Keer. Then Fu Lei said, "If she could lie to your family about this matter, then it's possible that she is lying to us now! Why don't we end her life?"

As Fu Lei said that, he whipped out his phone from his pocket and pointed it at Mu Keer who peed on her pants immediately while s.h.i.+vering, crying, and begging for forgiveness. And at the same time, she continued saying that she was telling the truth now and that she was sorry for lying that day.

Mu Keer didn't dare to raise her head as she continued to hit her forehead on the floor while begging for her life to be spared.

After getting every piece of information from Mu Keer, she was dragged out of that room. And she didn't date to utter any word again. Because of the threat she experienced, she was hoping to be locked up immediately as that was the only way she was sure they wouldn't try to kill her.

All the information Mu Keer gave was very important and was used to find out the people that put her to it.

Within 30 minutes, Carlos's ident.i.ty was found out from the CCTV footage at the restaurant where he and Alix in disguise, met with Mu Keer.

Fu Hua and the rest also watched the eclipse from the restaurant, and when he saw the woman in disguise on the footage, he immediately guessed her ident.i.ty, but he refused to say a word.

And for clarity purposes, he asked for Carlos's ident.i.ty to be found out, and that was how they got it.

Finding out about Carlos's real ident.i.ty, meant that they would know who he was working for, and they all did.

When the matter had come to this, Fu Hua told them that he would take care of the matter from there, but it wasn't easy convincing his enraged father, and Old Mr. Huang.

Fortunately, grandfather Fu spoke on his behalf.

"Leave this matter with Hua, as I trust he would handle it perfectly. The most important thing is finding Jia Li's biological father."

As grandfather Fu mentioned that, everyone's attention changed from dealing with Alix to finding Jia Li's biological father.

"Was my mother-in-law close to any other person apart from her husband before she left the family?' Fu Hua asked with his gaze on the Huang family.

If Huang Li was close with any other man, her sisters would have known, or she would have at least given them a tip, but there was none.
