”Why do you look so shocked, did you think I will never find out?” Fu Juan’s husband asked with a smirk, then he chuckled heartily.

He enjoyed every second the horror could last on her face.

”If you take this message as a threat, that will be better. If you don’t sign the divorce papers when I send them to you, I will expose you to your family, and also to the world. That night, Fu Juan did not come down for dinner, and the food that was sent into her bedroom remained untouched as she asked the servants to send it away.

Lanying was very quiet during dinner. She was not pretending to be innocent, but because she was still angry with what transpired earlier between her mother and her husband.

Lanying was the first to leave the dinner table and from her facial, she didn’t look that cheerful.

”What is she angry about?” FangSu leaned over to ask Meixu.

Meixu scoffed and said, “I don’t know, and I don’t care. What I know is that she should never appear on my wedding day next week.”

”Do you think that is possible?” FangSu asked with a slight frown.

Meixu seemed unbothered as she replied, “I get to detect what happens on my wedding day, and if some people don’t like it, they can also sit back and fold their arms.”
