Chapter 15 - Let's Make Babies (3)

"Sit down," the devil ordered her to sit on the chair next to him, while he took out a parchment and quill. Before he started writing, two servants came and bowed down respectfully.

"Your Highness, do you want us to prepare the bath now?" One of them asked with a low voice.

Emmelyn could see how these two men glanced at her in a confusion. She could imagine they must be shocked to see the devil sit together with a girl, knowing his reputation as a woman-hater.

"Yes," the devil waved his hand and the two servants quickly bowed down and retreated. They returned five minutes later with buckets of water and filled the devil's favorite bathtub with it. They went out and return with other buckets of water, and repeated the process several times.

Meanwhile, the devil kept himself busy writing their agreement on the parchment. It was a short 'contract' but covered everything they had talked about.

"What's your name?" The devil looked up when he wanted to write down their contract and realized he almost forgot to ask her name, again.

"Princess Emmelyn Rosehill of Wintermere," Emmelyn replied proudly. "You can call me M."

[That is a beautiful name.] The devil was fascinated for a few seconds before he lowered his head again and returned his focus on his writing.

I, Prince Mars Strongmoor of Draec and Princess Emmelyn Rosehill of Wintermere, hereby declare that we have agreed on the following:

Princess Emmelyn Rosehill of Wintermere will give birth to three heirs for Prince Mars Strongmoor of Draec in exchange for his secret, her freedom, and her kingdom. Prince Mars Strongmoor of Draec promises to return Wintermere to Princess Emmelyn Rosehill of Wintermere after child number three is born.

If Princess Emmelyn Rosehill of Wintermere tried to hinder the process by running away, she must give birth to more children for Prince Mars Strongmoor of Draec. This is non-negotiable.

After he was done, the devil gave the parchment to Emmelyn and asked her to read it.

Once she nodded in confirmation, the man smiled. He took another parchment and repeated the process. After he finished, they had two identical parchments that served as their contract.

Mars signed his name on both parchments and stamped it with his official stamp, then gave them to Emmelyn to sign as well.

Emmelyn signed both and then took one parchment. She read it one last time and let out a sigh. She didn't like having to be bound by the devil but at least, now that she got her guarantee in writing, she felt more rea.s.sured.

"Are you happy now?" the devil asked her.

Emmelyn didn't reply. She was not happy.

"Your Highness, the bathwater is ready." The two servants had finished filling the bathtub with water and heat it up while Mars was writing the contracts.

"Hmm... You can all go out," he said to them.

They bowed down deeply then left the prince's chamber. Now, there was only Emmelyn and Mars.

The devil rose from his chair and nonchalantly took off his clothes one by one. As his habit, he would take a bath before he slept, and tonight was no exception.

Emmelyn gulped when she saw the devil had taken off his upper garment and was now left with his underwear. After he took off that last bit of fabric... his body would be displayed in all its glory!

Emmelyn still remembered vividly how his naked body looked like. She saw him undress a while ago. She hadn't stopped criticizing herself for being fascinated by his beautiful physique.

The devil was very active. He trained with his soldiers and worked out regularly, so all his muscles were sculpted perfectly.

His long silver hair went down to his back and made him look like a beautiful elf getting ready for his bath in the river.

"What are you doing?"

Suddenly the devil's voice moved Emmelyn from her reverie.

"Eh.. what?" She fluttered her lashes in confusion.

"Come here," the devil ordered her. "Take a bath with me. We can start the baby-making work after was.h.i.+ng up."

After he uttered those words, the devil stepped inside his bathtub and sat there comfortably. When he didn't see the girl move, he turned his head to her and furrowed his brows.

"I...." Emmelyn suddenly felt her heart raced again. Is this it? They will finally do it?

"The sooner we get a baby, the sooner you will get your kingdom back."

Emmelyn bit her lip and finally nodded. She walked slowly toward the bathtub. Luckily the lighting in the chamber was not too bright. She couldn't see his naked body under the water, otherwise, she would freak out.

However, it was still too bright for her, to show her body to another human.

"Can we turn off the light, please?" she asked with a low voice.

"Okay."

Emmelyn let out a sigh of relief and turned off the two lanterns on each side of the bed. The chamber now only relied on outside lighting.

The full moon from outside the window provided some light but it was far from enough to see each other's naked body clearly. So, Emmelyn was relieved.

She didn't know this, but the devil actually had a really sharp vision, like a cat. He would be able to see clearly even in the dark. So, he easily agreed to her request to make her feel comfortable.

He watched eagerly as the girl slowly undress before him.

Oh, he knew she was gorgeous, but he didn't expect her body looked even more beautiful than what he had imagined.

Those plump b.r.e.a.s.t.s were at least one cup bigger than his expectation. He unknowingly gulped in antic.i.p.ation.
