Ronny perked up as soon as he found out the scroll contained a time-element spell he hadn't seen before. It was difficult to come across high-ranked weapons the further you travel into your ranking journey. Thus, he could be satisfied with a three-star weapon of E-Rank. Especially when he didn't have to pay huge Extols for it.
