Seeing his own apostles failing, Richard was extremely shocked and said, “What a cat! Perhaps he has other superpowers besides Time Freeze?” He was determined and shouted, “Dead or alive! Shoot! Shoot immediately!”

Gunshots pierced the air. Matcha allowed the bullets to land on his body and even on his eyeball. The bullets flattened upon impact and fell to the floor. Matcha didn't flinch at all.

Elizabeth activated her power of illusion and everyone saw the scene clearly. Before they suspected that something was amiss, they were filled with shock and fear.

“Too insignificant.” Matcha dashed towards the attacking apostles. He grabbed an apostle's head, pressed it to the floor and gave him a severe beating.

He pressed the apostle's head with one paw and beat his body with the other. With every strike, the apostle screamed in agony as his bones cracked.

The surrounding apostles attacked using their handguns and energy tentacles, however, the bullets were unable to break Matcha's defenses and the energy leeching tentacles were not able to close in on Matcha as they were shredded the moment they appeared.

“Monster!”

“Our attacks are ineffective.”

Seeing Matcha's invincible body, the apostles panicked. They were a bunch of criminals who bullied the weak and fought easy battles. Once they encountered strong opponents they lost their will to fight.

Edward shouted, “Don't panic! Attack from below! Restrain him!”

His two brothers knelt down and touched the ground. Numerous energy tentacles squirmed out from the ground underneath Matcha and gripped onto his legs.

Light flashed from Edward's hand and he took an anti-tank rocket launcher from his Dimension Bag. He launched the rocket at Matcha and jumped through a big door to the next room.

Everyone screamed in terror as they fled in all directions. Firing a rocket in a confined underground s.p.a.ce was a disaster. With the powerful blast, everyone could be buried alive.

Speedy, who had been beaten until he was left with a head and kicked into the bathroom, had recovered his original body. He stood up as his body emitted cold air.

“D*mn cat!”

As Speedy was about to join hands with Edward to fight against Matcha, he saw the rocket flying towards Matcha.

Matcha opened his mouth and swallowed the rocket. His body shook slightly after an internal explosion.

Matcha flashed and appeared in front of an apostle. He placed his palm on the apostle's head and hammered him like a pillar into the ground.

“S*it!” Speedy turned and fled for his life.

Edward stuck out his head to peek at Matcha hammering the apostle. Without any delay, he fled with his two brothers, disregarding the life and death of the other apostles.

Hearing the screams behind him, Edward turned his head and saw an apostle being knocked into the wall by Matcha's tail.

Edward shouted at Speedy, “Speedy, where did you steal this cat?”

“I don't know!” Speedy denied and then said with uncertainty, “He mentioned that he is one of the Headless Horseman's cats?”

“S*it!” Edward wished Speedy dead and said angrily, “You dared to capture the Headless Horseman's supercat? Are you mad?”

Speedy retorted, “Isn't it just another Cat King's cat? When I captured him, he was very weak. G.o.d knows why the cat went into a killing spree!”

“You!” Edward was so furious he felt he would explode anytime. “Ignorant fool! We are going to die because of you!” Actually, Edward was overcome by greed and wanted to own the cat when he witnessed the Time Freeze. He did not consider the background of the cat carefully.

No one would blame themselves for their mistakes. Edward thought of a plan to enact revenge on Speedy when he was safe.

He had no intention to seek revenge on the Headless Horseman. As he was well-informed, he knew that the Headless Horseman was not an ordinary Cat King and had defeated hundreds of apostles in several battles. He had to be tired of living to antagonize the Headless Horseman.

The fleeing group arrived at the entrance only to see a bald cat sprawled quietly in the middle. When the cat noticed them, he used the cell phone that said, “Fleeing after stealing Headless Horseman's cat?”

“D*mn!” Edward gathered his wits, stopped himself, and prevented his two brothers from proceeding.

Speedy dashed forward without any constraints, roaring furiously, “Get lost!”

He waved his right hand and it transformed into a panel-sized ice hammer. He smashed the ice hammer that weighed a few tons on Sphynx cat using his full strength and vented his pent-up frustration.

Sphynx cat was exhilarated and did not dodge his blow.

A loud explosion rang out and his ice hammer shattered into pieces. He backed up dozens of steps in a daze and gazed at the intact Sphynx cat in astonishment.

“Run! Edward was terrified. He took out a bank card and threw it on the ground. “There is one million in the card! Please forgive us and let us go!” He swiveled and walked a few steps to test Sphynx cat's reaction. When the coast was clear, he bolted.

He was secretly pleased and thought, “According to rumors, the Headless Horseman's subordinates can be bribed.”

Speedy was taken aback. He searched his body but could not find any money or bank card so he stammered, “I didn't bring any money, could I put it on credit? I will send money to you later.”

They gazed at each other. Seeing Sphynx cat sitting quietly on the ground, he retreated warily, then turned and fled.

Sphynx cat slammed the floor with his paw in frustration as he thought, “Zhao Yao is spoiling Matcha. He let me guard the entrance so that Matcha can deal with them personally, which I think is stupid.”

As he walked towards the bank card, he saw a hand grab the bank card and a voice came from the thin air.

“It's mine!”

Sphynx cat rolled his eyes and sat down again muttering, “This is not my day.”

As Edward and Speedy were fleeing for their lives, they heard a sinister laugh.

Matcha extended his paw as he floated towards them and shouted eerily, “You can't escape!”

They braced themselves and sprinted halfway when they heard a scream. They turned to see a laughing Matcha squirm out of the chest of Edward's brother, who was full of blood. Matcha licked his paw and said, “None of you can escape.”

As Matcha was extending his paw to kill them, Edward knelt on the ground, offered a gold card and begged, “In this card is 5 million dollars, please let us go!”

Matcha was overjoyed to see the gold card. As he was about to help himself, it disappeared and Zhao Yao's voice rang in his ears.

“I will save it for you and return to you when you grow up.”

“Meow!” Matcha slapped Edward till he flew away. Matcha yelled enraged, “Don't insult my character with your money! Money will not save you!”

Everyone screamed in terror and ran for their lives.

Matcha roared as he chased after them. Zhao Yao followed them as he surveyed the mission panel and said, “Satisfaction level is 70… huh? Dropped back to 60? This silly cat is insatiable.”

Looking at the unconscious criminal, Zhao Yao flicked his finger and the Great Flow of Idleness superpower went into the criminal's mind. Zhao Yao resumed the chase and caught up with Matcha.
