Chapter 359 - Triad Ritual (1/3)

The two Heavenly Dharma elders saw the Shura experts' arrival, and they quickly stepped forward to welcome the Shura elder. They laughed and said, "Another Heavenly Dharma fellow cultivator, the odds of killing  the Demon Saint are now greater!"

Zhong Yue and Shura exchanged looks and saw the absurdities in their eyes. Even the magnates couldn't contend against the Demon Saint, let alone the Heavenly Dharma giants?

Zhong Yue mumbled softly, "Mister Shura, did you not tell them what the Demon Saint has in his hands?"

Shura shook his head and answered, "I'm just a small figure, do you think they would listen to me even if I told them?" Clearly, the Heavenly Dharma elders have absolutely no idea about his true ident.i.ty and were only regarded as a junior cultivator.

"There are only three ways to leave the Heavenly Demon Secret Realm. One, killing Demon Saint, acquire the Demon G.o.d Blood Charm and open the secret realm. Two, connect with the Creator's scattered spirit and request him to let us go. And the third, …."

Zhong Yue looked at the black spring waters, and he said, "Leave from these black spring waters. However, these black spring waters are composed of the Creator's broken totem patterns, strong and unearthly. The Raksha elder said that an expert died there…."

"That expert is an idiot from my Shura Saint Clan."

Shura said helplessly, "Just now, an idiot elder of the Shura Saint Clan tried to get out from there and was killed right on the spot. I've told him not to, but my words were ignored. The level of stupidity in this little s.h.i.+t is way too high that no words can penetrate his obstinate mind."

"You can guess." Zhong Yue smiled and said.

Shura watched as Zhong Yue refused to answer his question, he didn't continue broaching the subject and thought, This is most probably Raksha that old pervert. Tian Mo Concubine is his descendant, and yet, he even slept with her. Only a sick and dirty old man like him would do that….

"Going into the spring water with the divine demon weapon ... can it work?" Zhong Yue suddenly thought of the wooden boat and asked.

Shura shook his head and gave a somewhat disappointing answer, "Too dangerous. This isn't as peaceful as the fire ocean. The divine demon weapon can withstand the fire ocean without much arcane energy, but entering this black spring will take up a lot of arcane energy. The other elders nodded and were also filled with killing intent.

Shura, who was standing on the side, smirked and said, "Idiots…."

The Shura elder heard his mumblings and was enraged, he punched Shura's head and scolded, "Little s.h.i.+t, be a little bit more respectful to your seniors!"

A huge bulge emerged on Shura's head as if he had another small head on top of his regular head. Zhong Yue was shocked and gazed at him speechlessly.

The elders then shook their heads, the Asura Saint Clan's elder asked curiously, "Who is this? How presumptuous."

"A new talented young disciple, he is not any weaker than Xiu Hongsu."

The Shura elder said leisurely, "If only this brat didn't have any potentials. His words are enough for me to kill him on the spot already. Don't worry about him. Find another few more elders, and we will take down the Demon Saint!"

Zhong Yue felt sympathetic to Shura's plight, and he said in a hushed tone, "Mister Shura, what do you think of the Demon Saint's true goal?"

"The Triad Ritual!"

Shura was rubbing his head in helplessness. He heard the question and stiffened up his face, and he said solemnly, "The Triad Ritual is composed of three parts. The first ritual is to sacrifice these idiots into pure energy. The second ritual then uses the pure energy from these idiots as a fuel source to sacrifice the Creator's left remnant, the scattered spirit."

Zhong Yue's heart thumped heavily, and a cold chill was sent down his spine while Shura continued, "The third and last ritual is to sacrifice this whole Heavenly Demon Secret Realm ... the fire ocean, black spring, its many treasures, the insect race, and the many stars and planets in the sky. Any and all things in this Heavenly Demon Secret Realm will be turned into pure energy and offered to him! The third ritual is the greatest and most terrifying, even the Black Well Keep and the Creator's head will also be sacrificed!"

Zhong Yue was stunned as he began shuddering in fear.

The Creator was an innate demon G.o.d, and this secret realm was a world he created before his death with the sole purpose of preserving his scattered spirit. The Demon Saint was trying to turn them all into his power!

Even the Creator's head that was unscathed by the divine weapons wouldn't be spared from the sacrificial ritual!

While on it, was the Black Well Keep - the demon fortress that guarded against the demon-dragon border, and a keep in which many demon Qi Pract.i.tioner lived. And when the Triad Ritual is activated, all of them would be sacrificed. None could escape from death!

The four magnates stood up and looked over at the Demon Saint. The Asura magnate said sonorously, "Demon Saint, you are the Demon Saint venerated by all the eight saint clans. We respect you and look up to you. And yet, you've turned your back on us and tried to kill us all! Today, we have come together as one and sworn to take you down. We have no regrets nor any shame for your actions has deserved such treatment…."

The Demon Saint laughed said, "No need for that. Are there only the four of you? Where are the five elders of dragon race, where is the Sea King, Sha Qishan? And also, that little brat of the Tian Myriad Saint Clan, where are you hiding? I'm right here, why are you all hiding in the shadows?"

Suddenly, five dense auras pierced through the clouds and the five dragon elders walked out. They each had a divine weapon and with their tall and brawny statures, they looked incredibly grand and imposing.

Another peal laughter rang out, and the monstrous clouds billowed over. Sha Qishan was in the clouds and guffawed as he said, "Dragons, let's put our own squabbles aside for now so that we can kill this Demon Saint first."

The Ao Clan elder of the five dragons shook his head and said, "It's only an additional task to kill Demon Saint. You are our main target, and we still kill you by the time this is done."

Sha Qishan smirked frigidly, and his ferocious face turned even more dreadful. He said, "You five old b.a.s.t.a.r.ds have already followed me for so long, and yet I'm still alive and well. What makes you think that I will die here today? Your master Sha Qishan will devour the Demon Saint first and then you five naughty dragons next!"

Demon Saint looked around, he smiled and said, "And now, the last one. Where is the little brat of the Tian Myriad Saint Clan?"

Raucous laughter then rang in his ears as the Tian Myriad Clan's magnate walked into the light. He bellowed, "I'm here! Demon Saint, you've slaughtered your own people and today, you will die here!"

He strode toward the Asura magnates and declared as if he were an envoy for justice, "Friends, although the Demon Saint is not an issue to us, his Demon G.o.d Blood Charms can allow him to restore his prowess of a demon G.o.d. However, these charms won't protect him from death for long, only by joining hands can we stop and kill him!"

The Raksha magnate nodded solemnly, "Expend his Demon G.o.d Blood Charms, and he will only be a talented Inner Core Qi Pract.i.tioner. There is no need to fear him…."

The Tian Myriad magnate showed his true form and sprang into action. His scythe-like hands swept across both the Raksha's and Shura magnate's heads while his scorpion-like tail penetrated through the Asura magnate's heart!

The Asura magnate groaned in pain as he fell onto the ground - his heart was poisoned.

He had ambushed three of the four demon magnates and severely injured them!

There were eight demon magnates, one from each of the eight saint clans. Three were taken down by the Demon Saint, and one betrayed them to ambush another three. That left only the Ji Xiang magnate who was still at his peak strength.

The betrayal took place too quickly, and the sudden change had shocked everyone watching, Zhong Yue and the others who were a hundred miles away all s.h.i.+vered at the sight.

Right at this moment, the Demon Saint laughed loudly, and he cast out the Demon G.o.d Blood Charm. He turned into a tall standing demon G.o.d, reached his hand out and grabbed the three severely injured demon magnates. Clenching his hand into a fist, he crushed three of them into minced meat before sealing them into the black earthen jar.

"s.h.i.+t…." Shura raised his brows in anxious and mumbled lowly.

While the other elders beside him were all overjoyed, they encouraged one another and said, "Demon Saint have used the Demon G.o.d Blood Charm, it won't last for long, and when the effects wear off, that is when he will die! We must seize this chance and reap his head as our prize! We will do what the magnates can't!"
