The traffic lights didn’t know they could achieve their goal so easily, they haven’t even threatened him yet. Quickly, s.h.i.+ Lei recovered from the small disheartening event. The pleasure in spending almost 10,000 yuan in merely a few hours could be made up for the loss of a few hundred dollars easily.

The key is, s.h.i.+ Lei thought that he had already finished spending the 10,000 yuan he needed to. Whether it was a prank or not, he did not have any pressure. If he receives money next week he will spend it, if not, he had already experienced plenty.

In the afternoon, students from the same dorm came back to school. They were blinded as they saw the new Nike set, especially the Air Jordan 29th generation on s.h.i.+ Lei, they all asked him one after another if he won the lottery.

s.h.i.+ Lei enjoyed being surrounded by them, he said proudly: “I’m actually a fuerdai, but I kept a low profile. Now that I’m graduating soon, my family is extremely happy with my performance over these few years. A set of Nike is nothing; I have plenty more in the future to show you.”

After hearing this, his three roommates booed in unison. None of them believed s.h.i.+ Lei’s bulls.h.i.+t. After spending three years together, how could they not know about s.h.i.+ Lei’s background. Fuerdai my a.s.s, which fuerdai shows off this much just by wearing Nike?

A week’s time pa.s.sed quickly. On Friday night, his three roommates all went to their homes, the lively dorm suddenly became empty, leaving s.h.i.+ Lei by himself.

On Sat.u.r.day, s.h.i.+ Lei slept for the whole day for the sake of maintaining his spirit, so he could be awake to see if 10,000 yuan will appear on his card at midnight. Because he got plenty of sleep during the day, s.h.i.+ Lei stayed up till midnight with a book of mechanics’ principles.

 Seeing the seconds gradually becoming closer, s.h.i.+ Lei unexpectedly felt anxious. Whether there would be more or not, logically, this prank didn’t end yet. After all, he spent that money on the first day and no one looked for trouble. Except for that set of clothes and the phone in his hands, his life was exactly the same as before.

 As soon as midnight came around, s.h.i.+ Lei immediately opened mobile bank and checked his balance. Holy s.h.i.+t……

s.h.i.+ Lei furiously shook his head, confirming that he did not read the balance wrong. Feeling worried, he refreshed the page, the numbers were exactly the same as before.

Why was it 20,000?

Just as s.h.i.+ Lei was about to stand up, his nose twitched, it seems he smelled a familiar yet strange odor.

 That smell was gradually becoming stronger. s.h.i.+ Lei suddenly recalled, wasn’t this the same smell as the night when he met the sports car guy, when his body decomposed into b.l.o.o.d.y fog? It was exactly the same.

“Remember! You have to spend it all! You definitely do not want to receive the penalty of Slave Rule number 0!”

The as.e.xual voice rang in s.h.i.+ Lei’s mind, remembered what it said again after a week. At the same time, he remembered the details about rule number 0.

Feeling that he had been controlled by an unnatural source of power, s.h.i.+ Lei realised that this really may not be a prank, but…… real……

s.h.i.+ Lei could not think about anything else, he blurted out questions. But of course, no one answered him. In the air, the smell of blood became much lighter. s.h.i.+ Lei looked up, the ma.s.s of blood fog was almost gone.   

Merely after a few seconds, the blood fog hovering above his head had completely disappeared, leaving a barely noticeable blood smell drifting in the dorm. Then, another few seconds later, even that was gone. 

 s.h.i.+ Lei finally reacted, he stripped off all his clothes in a split second. He first looked at his feet, good, although his toes were ugly, but they were still there.

 Then legs, thighs, stomach, arms, it did not look like he was lacking a body part!

 He held up the mirror on his table, s.h.i.+ Lei looked at his face, patted his chest in relief: “Not bad, my handsome face is not damaged! I’m still a piece of fresh meat(1).”

 Struggling to turn his head, he checked for a while with the mirror placed behind him, s.h.i.+ Lei still did not find anything that was taken away.

 But, what was with that b.l.o.o.d.y smell, and the fog above his head?

 Contemplating, s.h.i.+ Lei reached to ruffle his hair subconsciously……

 What? Bald?!

 s.h.i.+ Lei was shocked, then he remembered that his handsome face seemed strange when he looked in the mirror. His eyes, nose, lips and ears were all fine, plus he had been surrounded by the unknown fear, so he did not think too much.

 Now touching his head as bald as an egg, s.h.i.+ Lei realised why he seemed somewhat strange in the mirror.

 “Where the f.u.c.k is my hair!” s.h.i.+ Lei looked at the spiced egg in the mirror, he let out a tragic and shocked scream.

What was disgusting was that it did not look that it had been shaved, but more like…… more like it was never there, like it was supposed to be an egg in the first place. 

First reaction, s.h.i.+ Lei realised that Slave Development Bank was really not a prank, but was real. No, it definitely was real. Otherwise, how did his black and s.h.i.+ny hair disappear without a trace? Even the way it disappeared was exactly the same as how the sports car guy disappeared.

 Second reaction, s.h.i.+ Lei was extremely worried. His bald head seemed that not even a blade of gra.s.s would grow, he didn’t know whether he can still grow his hair back or not.

 Third reaction, and the most crucial point, “But I undoubtedly spent that 10,000 yuan, even if this is not a prank but some sort of supernatural mysterious power, why in the world would they punish me?”

s.h.i.+ Lei was very puzzled and full of resentment, he sprinted out of his dorm. He was going to find the Scepter and ask all about it.

Cold wind swept past and s.h.i.+ Lei s.h.i.+vered, remembering that he was fully naked. Thank G.o.d it was in the middle of night with no one wandering around the corridor, otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable.
