Of course, these missions were not available to just anybody. The school conducted strict selections. Each person would have vastly different missions available to them.

The moment w.a.n.g Zheng hung up, Zhang Shan started to make a fuss.

“w.a.n.g Zheng… I can’t hold it anymore…”

“If you can still talk, then it’s not ‘can’t hold it anymore’ yet…”

Creating a special training plan for this guy was going to stretch unorthodox to its very limits. Luckily, Butcher had mentioned Gemini Star. It was a fortuitous chance.

The next morning, w.a.n.g Zheng and Zhang Shan had just boarded the s.p.a.ce shuttle, when they were surprised by Lie Xin in a s.e.xy getup, reclining in the shuttle’s rest area.

“Lie Xin? You’re here too? Not bad, you look really fetching. Looks like this journey won’t be lonely.” Zhang Shan’s eyes widened. Lie Xin’s figure was just right. Especially those legs, they seemed even s.e.xier than before. What was more, she never hid it under wraps.

Lie Xin’s gaze swept coldly over Zhang Shan to rest on w.a.n.g Zheng. “If y’all can come, can’t I?”

“Of course you can. What Zhang Shan meant was, Good Morning. It’s a pleasant surprise to see you.” w.a.n.g Zheng smiled. They had been cooperating before this, and getting along with Lie Xin would not be difficult. Perhaps the performance of the team had aroused Butcher’s interest. Since he was also a member of the Genesis Coffee Club, and they were not in school, Butcher did not treat w.a.n.g Zheng as an outsider at all. The familiar way he chatted with w.a.n.g Zheng left Ao Ziwei at the side blinking like an owl. That couldn’t be right. Butcher was discussing the runic mecha’s details with w.a.n.g Zheng when two middle-aged men in suits approached from one side of the cabin.

Butcher looked up and brought the conversation to a halt. He smacked his forehead: “How forgetful of me… Let me introduce everybody. w.a.n.g Zheng, these are Qi Bin and Kulifa, Zerg tribe specialists, and members of our research team.”

“Keke, h.e.l.lo there, little student. How do you do? Professor Butcher, do we take recess inside?”

Qi Bin had a goatee and bright eyes. He had a very intellectual look.

And Kulifa was a burly man. Most distinct of his features was his nose bridge, high as the Himalayas. A thick pair of gla.s.ses rested on them.

The two were clearly looking to speak to Butcher in private.

Butcher nodded to w.a.n.g Zheng, signifying that they would continue the conversation later, and then walked with the pair to the meeting room.

After Butcher left, Zhang Shan, who had been exploring the whole shuttle, sidled up close. “w.a.n.g Zheng, the facilities on this shuttle are amazing. Everything you could think of.”

Leaving the Elite Academy X environment behind, Zhang Shan had a relaxed feel to him. A change of environment was indeed useful in breaking the bottleneck.

w.a.n.g Zheng smiled. This was a Inner Roland standard mission shuttle. The facilities were wonderful, but…”How about three hours of horse stance? Do you remember yesterday’s stance?”

Zhang Shan’s jaw dropped. No way. He had stood for a little over an hour yesterday, and his a.s.s was already so sore that the diarrhea had been as unhappy an experience as could be. Three hours today? ”

Zhang Shan rolled his eyes. Alright then. If w.a.n.g Zheng said so, then even if it was a lie, he would have to comply.

The flames blazed out. Lie Xin had used Lie Flame Technique from the get-go. Formidable suppressive power, which scorched the air itself in the training room.

w.a.n.g Zheng dodged lightly, letting Lie Xin’s fiercest attack pa.s.s by him. But Lie Xin did not pause. The flames whipped around, her long leg flas.h.i.+ng out like a lightning whip.

w.a.n.g Zheng’s right hand raised to meet it, and felt a burning wave of energy rush up to meet him. He could only continue retreating. Lie Xin was fighting very savagely, and her fire had an intense feel about it.

BOOM BOOM BOOM…

Lie Xin unleashed six consecutive kicks, each one equally explosive. Suddenly she raised her hands and pressed in close. He was just about to unleash an uppercut, when he saw the swelling bosom of Lie Xin and thought better of it. He immediately changed his move, rus.h.i.+ng past the defenses of Lie Xin’s hands. His two hands split her attack, clamping down on Lie Xin’s knee and counter attacking. They flew up to clasp Lie Xin’s right wrist, and with a twist of his body, threw Lie Xin heavily on the ground.

A body that was soft yet firm, so supple that it held a charm that drove one mad, yet w.a.n.g Zheng had treated it like a wild beast, and dumped it unceremoniously on the ground.

“Ungh…”

On the ground, Lie Xin let out a soft cry, her legs reacting quickly to clamp about w.a.n.g Zheng’s waist. But w.a.n.g Zheng was faster. His body leaped back, simultaneously avoiding Lie Xin’s scissoring legs and letting her fall. He retreated to one side, completely focused and ready to receive Lie Xin’s next attack.

Lie Xin kipped back up and stared at w.a.n.g Zheng for 2 seconds. Suddenly she announced. “We’re done here.”

w.a.n.g Zheng was feeling a little embarra.s.sed himself as well. Lie Xin was really dressed a little too skimpily. It was difficult for him to ignore.

Lie Xin looked at w.a.n.g Zheng, and a mad fire began burning throughout her body. Her body needed release, and the last time she had felt such needs, it had been w.a.n.g Zheng’s call that had interrupted her.
