Chapter 6116: Who Is It?
Transcendent’s age didn’t stop him from defeating nine emperors and creating an amazing dao. Calling him the most talented emperor in Sin was far from an exaggeration.
Disaster was brilliant enough, becoming a half-step at his age. Unfortunately, Transcendent was just on another level.
The latter was younger and stronger, rumored to already be on the limit path. Tranquility took years of fighting and time of acc.u.mulation before reaching this level.
Therefore, Transcendent was a notable genius in all of Three Immortals, not just Sin. In fact, Poye himself had praised the young Transcendent.
Many speculated he would be the next primal ancestor. Some desolate G.o.ds and emperors didn’t stop there since they thought he could break through another step, becoming a supreme overlord.
Thus, his appearance shook the crowd more than Tranquility’s. Tranquility was respected by all but Transcendent astounded the crowd, reminding them of their place in the world.
“Enigma, how audacious of you to think you can compete against us.” He said, not viewing anyone as an equal.
The limit path was the next step after the apex, so no one here could take him on.
“We do not fear you.” Disaster’s momentum didn’t cease despite being weaker. His pride never wavered regardless of the enemy.
“How brave, your reputation precedes you, Brother Disaster. Perhaps a quick exchange is in order.” Transcendent laughed and said.
The result would be obvious - just a few moves would be enough due to the unsurpa.s.sable gap in power.
“So be it, I will overestimate myself and try against a great genius.” Disaster arched his chest forward and did not yield.
As he walked forward, Endlaw stopped him while shaking his head: “Our cultivation is insufficient against someone on the limit path. You can certainly kill us, Fellow Daoist.”
“It sounds as if I am being a bully here, but this is just the result of your dynasty opposing us. If you do not wish to yield, then how about this, I will fight your dynasty alone.” Transcendent suggested.
This was a bold declaration indeed. Only a few in Sin could dare to do so, but Transcendent was part of the list.
Everyone exchanged glances. Could anyone from Enigma stop him?
“I don’t think Enigma has an emperor on the limit path.” Someone said softly.
Enigma was known for having three ancestors and five emperors. The strongest emperor was Endlaw and he was only an apex emperor. Strategy, one of the three ancestors, was also at the apex.
The ones left were Hidden and Secret Ancestor.
“Hidden and Secret Ancestor might be.” One desolate G.o.d said.
“Who are they? And what is their cultivation?” Another asked.
No one had an answer outside of being aware of the two’s existence.
“If they don’t show up, then Enigma will be destroyed again.” An emperor said.
Endlaw and the others had a serious expression. Although Transcendent’s words implied disrespect, he was merely telling the truth.
Even with Strategy Ancestor, the four of them wouldn’t be able to defeat him.
“You are unbeatable indeed, but we will not yield.” Endlaw said, aware of the grim outcome.
“So courageous, if I kill the three of you today, Enigma will fall into decline since it won’t have many emperors left.” Transcendent said.
Their death would certainly spell demise for Enigma since only Strategy Ancestor would be left as a compet.i.tive cultivator.
“It is a mistake to underestimate our Enigma. Transcendent, I shall entertain you and see how far you have gone on the limit path.” A pleasant voice answered and stole everyone’s attention.
They saw a woman riding a donkey. She wore a light green dress - the color of a distant forestry mountain.
Her beauty couldn’t be described with words, giving the impression of a bamboo demoness descending from the mountain.
Her presence was refres.h.i.+ng and in tune with nature, akin to watching a gurgling stream and its bubbles in serenity. Its water was both clean and cool.
“Who is it?” The crowd didn’t recognize her.
However, the emperors from Enigma knew her.
