Chapter 3 - Illusion Spirit Gra.s.s

"Ideal homeland?" Xiao Qi looked confused at Gu Qingyu, feeling some kind of strangeness to it.

Gu Qingyu scratched her head, "Heh, slip of the tongue……But that's not important! Xiao Qi, will you help me or not?"

Xiao Qi nodded hesitantly, "……Mm, ok! Young miss, as long you're happy, Xiao Qi will always help you!"

"Xiao Qi is the best~" Gu Qingyu hugged Xiao Qi like a spoiled child. Shortly after, she started to present and explain the plan to Xiao Qi, "First, we go like this…then like that…and so……"

"You!" Gu Qingyu held in the anger, and managed to squeeze out a smile, "Hero Jia~ Let's talk nicely~ I'll give you anything you want, only if you can help me out!"

Jia Qizhe hinted to Gu Qingyu to move closer, Gu Qingyu immediately leaned in closer. Jia Qizhe quietly whispered a few words to her.

Gu Qingyu nodded her head while listening, "Oh! So, you'll take me with you if I can help you with that thing?"

Jia Qizhe quickly restored to his usual cold look, but a faint smile could be seen at the corners of mouth.

What he just requested for was : Illusion Spirit Gra.s.s.

The Illusion Spirit Gra.s.s is a type of Gra.s.s with Spirituality, capable of creating hallucinations. It is extremely difficult for an average person to find it, not to mention to get it.

He really didn't want to have this young lady of Gu Manor following him, but regardless of what he wanted, to turn down her plainly wasn't too good, since she did actually help him in the morning.

Coming up with this kind of mission, should be more or less like a refusal……

Evening.

Gu Qingyu was feeling really pleased with herself, as she hummed and skipped towards the dining room.

Everyone was sitting down, and didn't seem to have begun yet.

As it didn't seem to be any movements of the family members after the tense and anxious mealtime, Gu Qingyu finally let out a breath.

But!! She didn't even get to finish the breath!!

"Yu'er, the day after tomorrow is the annual art compet.i.tion, you should prepare yourself." Gu Qingyu's mother looked lovingly at her.

Gu Qingyu almost choked to death, "Art?"

She had asked Xiao Qi before. Not too far away from the city existed a mountain, and there are plenty of uncommon herbs on top of it.

So, Gu Qingyu just casually exercised little before jumping down, and returned to her room to sleep earlier.

After all, I should get up earlier tomorrow to go pick some herbs……
