When I survey the forest trees standing closely to each other from the edge of the village, a green stone was lying down on a tree root about two trees away.

When I cautiously and uneasily concentrate between the trees, a round object bounced towards my feet.

A peach colored monster about the the size of my head goes *puyopuyo* as it bounces.

Just when I was losing interest towards its really harmless appearance, it stuck into my foot.

Its stickiness is like jelly and it feels gross.

When I tried to shake it off as it tries to creep up, even when I try to shake my leg or sc.r.a.pe it against the tree trunk to get it off, it's completely inseparable.

I tried shooting it with magic if removing it physically didn't work, but fire made the temperature rise and it was hot for me too. Earth, wind, and darkness didn't work either, and it only became bigger when I used water magic on it.

It melted my clothes as it gradually crawled up and wrapped around my bare fet.

My skin feels a p.r.i.c.kling pain,

and I could feel it trying to insert a poison or something  as it wriggles.

[Dy! Do something about this guy!]

I appraise the monster in order to somehow break the deadlock.

It would have been easier if I can find its weakness through Appraisal, but I guess it's not going to be that simple.

Dy tries throwing stones at it, but all of it just enters and stays inside its body and doesn't do much damage.

It feels like I will melt first before its HP runs out.

Looking at its jiggling form every time he throws a stone at it, ‘This guy is funny', he said while  grinning.

I tried pus.h.i.+ng it with my hands to hold back its progress, but it ended up capturing my wrist instead.
