There were two Inhibition Formations built outside of the entrance to the Deserted World. Three warriors of the Eternal Realm of the Bai Family had been guarding here.

"Greetings, your majesty, my lady, my lords."

The three patriarchs of the Bai Family were sitting with their legs crossed at the entrance. They hurried up and saluted Lu Li and the others as they arrived.

Lu Li nodded and asked, "Anything wrong with the Formations?"

"No. Everything is good."

A patriarch of the Bai Family answered. Lu Li nodded, waved his hand and said, "Activate the Formation. Send a person in to have a look and report back to me."

It should be fine in there, but Lu Li must be careful. What if there was some ambush inside? In that case, going in rashly would cost all their lives.

The formation was not a complicated one and it was activated soon. Without any hesitation, one of the patriarchs of the Bai Family went in. The mud in the puddle was cleared and Lu Li could see the Teleportation Formation down below clearly.

He thought about it and said, "Someone else go in as well."

Another patriarch of the Bai Family went in. The others held their breaths and waited. After the time for three incense sticks to burn, the two patriarchs of the Bai Family came back.

One of them said, "Your majesty, there are a group of black-scaled females over there and they have horns on their heads. They speak a strange language but they didn't attack us."

"Okay, it's alright!"

The Hag Race was still there, which meant the exit was safe. Lu Li waved his hand and said, "You back off for 30 miles and stay there. Don't move until I say so."

"Yes!"

The Bai Family had been relying on Lu Li so they would listen to his orders. Plus, Bai Qiuxue was here as well. The Bai Family warriors left. Lu Li threw Ye Cha a glance and a patriarch of the Cyan Phoenix Race hurried away and brought back Meng Zhi and the other two giants.

"Let's go!"

Lu Li waved his hand. Ye Cha took the lead and was followed by the other patriarchs of the Cyan Phoenix Race. Following them were the Mammoth Race. They were not okay with Lu Li going in first. If something risky was happening inside, they could stall some time for Lu Li.

Lu Li took Bai Qiuxue's hands and went in as well. After a white glare, they re-emerged in a place with different views. The Xuan Qi in heaven and earth became quite profound. Once again, they found themselves in the Deserted World.

The patriarch of Hag Race was surprised to see Meng Zhi. Bai Qiuxue explained to Lu Li that "Mong-goo" meant t.i.tan Race. The patriarch asked this because she saw the Mammoth Race was quite similar to t.i.tan Race.

"Where is Chee-ker?"

Lu Li didn't say anything about the Mammoth Race. Bai Qiuxue retold Lu Li's question to the Hag Race patriarch in ancient language. Chee-ker was the name of Hag Race's queen. The patriarch replied that Chee-ker was at their base and she had given orders for the patriarch to stay here in person.

Then Bai Qiuxue asked about the situation here but she didn't say anything about Meng Zhi, either. She told Lu Li that the Yellow Goblins were afraid to get closer and it had been peaceful around here.

"Chicken? What kind of a name is that?"

Lu Li paid no attention to the useful information but the name. Bai Qiuxue rolled her eyes and said, "It's Chee-ker, not chicken…"

"Oh, right."

Lu Li grinned and gave out an order, "We will go to the base of the Hag Race. Let that patriarch stay here. a.s.sign some flying Hags and 10,000 soldiers to escort us there."

Bai Qiuxue asked with confusion, "Why do you need an army to escort us? It's going to be slow."

Hags were fast but not as fast as Lu Li. Bai Qiuxue could not figure out why Lu Li did this. Lu Li smiled mysteriously and said, "Bai Qiuxue, you used to be smart. How come you are so silly now? Girls in love have malfunctioning brains. I see that is true…"

Bai Qiuxue was angered by the words. Her raised eyebrows pleased Lu Li. He thought she was cute no matter how. Ye Cha, who was by their side, coughed and said, "Young Master, we are all here now. Later, you can continue with your quarrel where there is n.o.body else around…"

Ye Cha had used quarrel as a clever way of telling Lu Li to go somewhere else to flirt. It was embarra.s.sing to do it in front of a bunch of old guys.

Lu Li blushed. Bai Qiuxue was so embarra.s.sed that she wanted to run away. Then Lu Li asked her to give orders to the Hag Race.

The patriarch of the Hag Race mobilized 10,000 soldiers to go with Lu Li to their imperial base. Lu Li asked Bai Qiuxue to give an order for the army to go in 10 different teams and rush toward the Hag Race base.

Lu Li and the others moved slowly in the middle. Bai Qiuxue finally understood. They were surrounded by the army and they would not be revealed, which could make things easier for them.

The army made no stop. There were no more Yellow Goblins nearby and it was a quiet trip. After a couple of days, they arrived at the territory of the Hag Race.

Several Hags carried Lu Li to fly. The Hags weren't surprised to see Lu Li. But Meng Zhi and the other two from the Mammoth Race caused quite a commotion.

The Hag Race relied on the t.i.tan Race. Without the t.i.tan Race, there would be no Hag Race. For the Hag Race, the t.i.tan Race was the master. Usually, the t.i.tan Race would not come over. But today, there were three of them. Inevitably, the Hag Race clans were excited.

Not long after they set foot on the Hag Race territory, Chee-ker, the queen, flew over with some other flying Hags. She appeared to be shocked and then confused to see Meng Zhi and the other two.

Chee-ker flew over to salute Bai Qiuxue and Lu Li before she asked about Meng Zhi. Lu Li asked Bai Qiuxue to not say a world and told Chee-ker to keep it confidential. No information of Meng Zhi could be leaked.

They rushed toward the imperial base. There, Lu Li asked Chee-ker to dig three out caves for Meng Zhi and the other two to live in. Then they went to a luxurious imperial palace inside the sacred area.

Lu Li sat on the throne without feeling embarra.s.sed. Bai Qiuxue sat next to him. Lu Li turned to Chee-ker and asked, "Can you contact the leader of the t.i.tan Race? Tell him to come over."

Bai Qiuxue was a bit worried but Lu Li insisted on her interpreting to Chee-ker so she did.

Chee-ker seemed to be hesitating and said that she was not qualified enough to contact the leader of the t.i.tan Race. She could get in touch with a patriarch of the t.i.tan Race at best.

"A patriarch is fine. Invite one over, hurry!"

Lu Li said. Chee-ker was concerned and stated that the t.i.tan Race was one that had violent tempers and they held a grudge toward human. Years back, it was humans that force the t.i.tan Race out of the Central Plains. Chee-ker said that a patriarch of the t.i.tan Race here might cause some trouble.

"I told you to do that so go ahead and do it. Don't waste time!"

Lu Li was getting angry and so Bai Qiuxue expressed that anger as well. Chee-ker nodded and had to do as she was told.

Seeing that Bai Qiuxue was getting worried, Lu Li smiled gently and said, "Don't worry, Qiuxue. If a deal cannot be made, we still won't be in any danger. The ancestors of the t.i.tan Race is here. They will not harm us."
