Apiol: in mild cases, 15 grns. during an hour, in divided doses, four hours before the paroxysm.
a.r.s.enic: exceedingly useful, especially in irregular malaria.
Atropine: subcutaneously, to arrest or cut short cold stage.
Berberine: in chronic cases.
Bleeding.
Brucine.
Calomel.
Camphor: taken before the fit to prevent it.
Capsic.u.m: along with quinine as adjuvant.
Chamomile.
Chloral Hydrate: as antipyretic when fever is high; and to check vomiting or convulsions in adults and children during malarious fever.
Chloroform: to prevent or cut short cold stage.
Cimicifuga: in brow ague.
Cinchonidine or Cinchonine: useful and cheap.
