Volume 2, Chapter 41: The start of disorder

"How did it go, are you confident?"

After the examinations had finished, we stayed back in school conversing about our feelings after exams.

"All thanks to General Zhang on his methodful teachings, I feel that this round we would definitely win!"

w.a.n.g Yi happily laughed; he's the one who asked from me the most during exams.

"Thanks a lot, Zhang Jian, how about all of us go out for some dinner tonight?"

Jiang Tian also had a grin etched on his face, and after he settled his greatest worry within his heart, he looked to be much more entirely relieved, and that goes for me too.

"Sure, so what are you guys going to treat me to, I feel like eating at the western restaurant of Prez's, how about you treat me there~"

"That's too expensive already....it's still fine if it's just one or two people, but if there's more then I'll need to mortgage my kidney off to Prez...."

"If you feel like eating then go ahead, sometimes we'll need to treat our members of the Student Councils, right~ and as for the Five Human Trashes......we'll just bring them along too."

The Prez's words was like nature's voice, it instantly warmed up the fields of my heart.

"Prez, I always had a question, am I being counted in the Student Council, or in the Five Human Trashes?"

"Both probably......our Student Council resolves the troubling issues on the surface, while you guys settles the difficult stuffs under ground, isn't it always been like that all along."

So the Five Human Trashes and the Student Council are a body, huh......no wonder whenever the Prez had something to do she'll always call upon us.

"Let's go, I already called for a car to pick us up."

"We sincerely obey Marshal Sun's order!"

The foods of Prez's house is too delicious already, as long as it's a human being they can't resist that temptation at all.

"Zhang Jian! Can you please accompany me to the school balcony? I have something that I want to tell you!"

I'm very aware about the matter that Ma Qing Xue would come to find me today; and it's time that I should finally give her an answer too.

"Does this counts as the condition from that time?"

"Mm!"

Her tone was vastly different from usual, usually her voice when speaking wasn't loud at all, and had a delicateness in her tone, but the her right now had an empowering voice, with firmness in her tone.....she must have made some sort of a decision.

"Sure, go on up first, I'll be there shortly."

What's different from her is that I need a little bit of time to think up of how to phrase my words later.

"Then we'll first head to the school gates and wait for you guys then, hurry up with whatever your doing."

Ma Qing Xue went towards the direction upstairs, while Prez and the rest left too. Most of the students had already left the school, but there are still a few students like us staying back in the school to check their respective exam answers; how should I say it in a while later....I'm still a little shy.......

"I'm a man anyway so why am i feeling shy at all!"

I forcefully used both of my hands to slap my cheeks, usually I'm used to doing this sort of method to bolster up my courage.

Slowly walking up the staircase leading to the school balcony, I kept imagining of the mock scenario that would be going to occur, and started thinking of how to enable myself to be a little less awkward.

In the midst of the silent staircase, a rather joyous ringtone rang; it's my phone, and I subconsciously took it out and check the caller ID. A number from an another province, can it be someone else who called wrongly or was trying to make an hara.s.sment call....although these came to my mind, but I still pressed the answer option.

"h.e.l.lo, who are you looking for?"

"Of course......looking for you, my dearest boyfriend~"

The voice that came from the phone made me instantaneously fall into the pits of icyness, and a peculiar chilly sensation covered my entire body.

"Enough with the pranks already....who exactly are you!"

"Even if it's my voice you couldn't recognize already huh? So terrible of you~ even though I love you so much.....but, it's fine, as long as I can remember your voice then it's alright!"

Actually, the moment she had opened her mouth I already knew who the person was already, how could I ever forget this voice.....but, I still wasn't willing to face the truth, how does she know my number that I had just changed not too long ago!

"How did you know my number!"

"Not, tell, ing, you, hehee......."

Devilish chucklings resounded within my ears, which made my body uncontrollably shook about in fear.

"What's your motive!"
"It's because the call you made to me last time really gave me a lot of useful information, so I wanted to repay you a little, for sake of fairness, in case you aren't willing to admit that you've lost by then......but then again, even if you won't admit it's fine anyway, because I'll make you admit it personally!"

"Repay what......."

"According to what I know, you should be in either City G, City D, or City C, am I right, de, ar, est?"

"No comment......"

My tone had already began to tremble.....

She's absolutely right, I'm at City C right now, although I have no idea how she managed to find that out.

"Try your best to escape~ you'll completely give up if it's only like this catching you....then you'll truly understand that you can only be mine!"

"Xiao Yu.......your really crazy......."

"No, I'm not crazy, and never crazy, I'm very calm right now, but it's you who's crazy, you abandoned your girlfriend who loved you!"

"I never once did admit before that you are my girlfriend!"

In the staircase, I couldn't control my emotions....and yelled out loudly.

"Ai~ya~ you're so terrible, but no matter, as long as I admit it then it's alright!"

"Zhang Jian, why haven't you come up yet, I heard you shouting in the staircase, so I came here to take a look...what happened?"

Ma Qing Xue's voice floated to me from upstairs; I didn't notice her at all as all of my concentration was on the phone, and when I wanted to stop her it's already too late.....

"Who's voice was that just now!!"

"None of your business."

"Who was it!!"

"I said alreayd! None of your business! Didn't you understand!"

"Hee, it's her huh...so it's her huh, even though you was so gentle towards me last time....yet was shouting towards me right now...that's right, it's her, it must be all because of her!"

"No! It's not! It doesn't concern her, she's only my cla.s.smate...."

"Liar! Just wait and see.....I'll definitely find you.....and afterwards that person who s.n.a.t.c.hed you, I'll........hee hee..."

"Enough! That's all!"

I hung up my phone; my forehead is full of cold sweat at the moment, although the staircase area was rather coolly, my whole body was covered with sweat that it was like I had been drenched in rain.

The phone's ringtone kept ringing, and it's that same number as before, in fear I hastily switched off my mobile phone.

Just by talking to her a few times had already seemingly drained all the energy from my entire body, I felt extremely weak right now, and was panting non-stop.

"Zhang Jian are you alright?"

Ma Qing Xue endearingly used her handkerchief to wipe my forehead, and even used her lips to blow air towards my body, attempting to cool me down a little.....but my body only had cold sweat on it, and this would only make me even more cold.....even more uncomfortable.

"Thanks, let's go to the balcony then......"

It's time to give her an answer.

On the balcony, the evening sun is about to set, and Ma Qing Xue standing under the reddish sunlight looked extraordinarily beautiful, just like that time when she secretly kissed me, and when we had that wedding photograph session, it's all when the evening sun was about to set.

"Last time......I said to you before, but I right now want to say to you again, I like you....can you be my boyfriend?"

She stretched out her right hand towards me, and had her head slightly bent towards the side, her head wearing the hairband that I gave her last time, and on her right hand ring finger, still wore that theme-park gifted ring that I've personally put on for her.

"Didn't I tell you that time as well....I'm a human trash.......why......"

"You aren't.....afterwards we knew each other for nearly a month already.....you're really gentle and kind......I had been always watching...."

"Is it.....but I'm....indeed a human tras.h.!.+"

Ma Qing Xue.....thank you....thank you for having such a belief in me.....if that girlfriend of mine was even half of you.....no! If it's even a tenth of your gentleness it would be great already!

I wanted to stretch out my hands, and tell her right now.....that I also loved her too, or that to slightly steady it a little, telling her that I'll give her an answer next month, with me afterwards kissing her face......implying my hint towards her.

But, right now, all of these had become impossible! I must protect Ma Qing Xue from the hands of my girlfriend! And so.....Ma Qing Xue must hate me! Distance from me! Resent me!

I'm back to where my most initial thoughts were........

"I'm very sorry, I don't.......like........you at all!"

"I even find you a little annoying, everyday surrounding me like a housefly.....flying here and there....such a hindrance"

My heart really aches.....that pain was as if that my chest had been torn apart while I still lived.....making me feel terribly agonized.

"I told you before last time, I had a girlfriend already, but you this person really don't have a bit of shame at all, heh heh......"

My inner glands are bleeding, it was like I had drank sulfur, not only my heart, but even my stomach was ingested with pain.

"So......., it'll be like that......can you not bother me anymore in the future?"

I dared not have any strand of.......girlfriend-not-being-able-to-find-me hope at all, all of these is expectations for the worst, and I definitely can't allow Ma Qing Xue to be hurt at all.

Absolutely not!

Bang!

The door of the school balcony banged open, and Amelia had a black face as she stormed in; the expression on her face looking to be rather terrifying.

"Is....is that so...hehe......sorry.....for disturbing your life....you must be really detesting that I'm an annoyance right....but still thank you...at least, I still liked that time when we were together....."

She resisted her urge to cry out in tears, and even revealed that smile which made me really ashamed........it all looked to be very strained.

"Ahh, well then hurry up and go then my girlfriend Amelia came to find me, don't come and disturb the both of us."

"Mm........, can I ask if you had ever had any strand of.......like....to me before....?"

"Never, ever, had, before......."

I slowly and deliberately p.r.o.nounced each word out, and followed by this sentence, Ma Qing Xue ran off from the school balcony.....Amelia didn't say a word, but only approached me after Ma Qing Xue had left, and gave me an extremely heavy slap onto the face.

Slap!

"Are you still a human being?"

"As what you've seen, from a biological aspect, no matter how you would look I'm always a human being."

I used my hand to clasp my right face which had already immediately become swollen with redness and smirked.

"b.a.s.t.a.r.d!"

Wham!

My stomach received a punch......

Amelia's also someone who had ties with me......when my girlfriend finds me she would also take action on her....I must make Amelia hate me too....

I must make all the females who had ties with me......everyone......to distance away from me!

"Don't be that angry, alright~ oh right, didn't you say before that you could accompany me to a hotel, how about we go right about now?"

"Humph.....I don't know what happened to you exactly, but the behavior of you right now, it's a hundred percent human tras.h.!.+"

"Weren't we Su Hua's Five Human Trashes? What's so strange about it, looks like I'm going to be the leader of the Five Human Trashes then! Hahaha......."

This way......it should be enough already.....Xiao Ling should be more safe.....I've experienced Xiao Ling's prowess before...tonight, it's best if I leave.

"You're blocking my way, move, I'm going to go back to have my dinner."

"Instincts or whatnot, I'm always like this in the first place, last time I only found it rather fun to play with, and I actually wanted to play with your feelings too, it's a pity that you've saw this, sigh......"

"You're really very strange now.......what happened, if you still think of me as a friend, then tell me....everyone will think of an idea to help you...."

"Sorry, I've never thought of you before as my friend, goodbye......."

I walked past Amelia to downwards the balcony, and at the school gate, Prez and the rest were waiting for me....

"What happened to Ma Qing Xue, she didn't say a word earlier, and just ran off........"

"Nothing......oh yeah, I had something on at the last moment, so I won't go for tonight's eating, you guys go ahead, I'll be heading back first."

I ran away from everyone......I didn't think that, today was my last time attending Su Hua.......

But if I'm able to successfully escape, that time I'll return back to apologize to them, i's fine then, no matter how they choose to scold or beat me, or even stab me a few times....

Sure, go on up first = Transl from chinese it should originally meant "Sure, go on up first and wait for me there", but I omitted the last part as it would sure as h.e.l.l sound darn weird in english. The sentence alone already hints the waiting, so I see no point in inserting the extra dialogue.

Liar! = she meant it contextually that the MC is arguing back at her, but in that kind of sentence the most fitting word I can place in is lying.

Five Human Trashes = five people who had earnt the t.i.tles of being Su Hua's most despicable~

Xiao- = it's an appendix placed before a name, it's to indicate closeness and/or acknowledgement that the person referred to is a younger age than you.
