Chapter 28: Into the Darkness

Lin Xin couldn’t bring herself to walk any further; her feet stood frozen outside the entrance . The world was never pure white–she knew this a long time ago, but she was afraid to face the darkness .

Suddenly, a figure rushed past her and stepped into the bedroom first .

“Lin Xinyu, why did you take off your clothes? Lin Xinyu, why are you in the Dean’s bed? Lin Xinyu, you…” Zhao Qiang’s voice trailed off until finally, only awkward silence was left in this suffocating room .
