"I'm not trying to p.i.s.s you off... But if I lose this job than I'm f.u.c.ked." She knew she was on thin ice, but she needed him to understand that she needed to make a living also. Not everybody had money to burn.

"I'll give you the f.u.c.king money! Seriously kid as if I'm going to let you starve. I don't want you working there anymore." Oh h.e.l.l no! Not him whoring her out again.

"I would rather live off the street with no clothes and starve then take anything from you." Miranda shut the f.u.c.k up! Why are you f.u.c.king provoking him? She notice him rub a hand over his goatee, he looked p.i.s.sed.

"You think you're in control again kid? Ha? Do I need to remind you what I'm willing to do to demand your total obedience? I can call Toni over go join us for the night, maybe get things a little more interesting. A threesome? She'd be up for anything I want. Or better still I hold a f.u.c.king gun to her head and let you be the cause of another death. Either way it doesn't bother me." Yep that shut her up.

That got her thinking. Alec needed to keep the control he had over her. It was the only way he knew. Now he had her attention she would see things his way.

"I'm sorry master." Never had Miranda felt so helpless. Alec ruled her entire world. He knew it, and she knew it. What more could he possibly want with her. "Your right I don't need the money." Hoping to forget about Toni for now.

"You know what p.i.s.ses me off with you? You know I have more than enough money then I could possibly need yet you'd rather work in a diner then ask me for money? Why not take what I offer." Taking off her robe and getting in the bed Miranda answered "Because master despite what you may think about me I'm not a wh.o.r.e," with that Miranda covered her battered body and feigned sleep.

Alec shook his head not understanding this kid. He could have killed her yet she couldn't seem to keep her mouth shut. Little spitfire! He watched her pretend to sleep, by G.o.d he could f.u.c.k her again. But he knew she was physically pushed to her limit. Moving in beside her he spooned her, he heard her hiss in a breath from pain. "I hurt you bad baby, I know," he nuzzled her hair enjoying the scent of her hair. "You don't love me anymore kid?" He was kissing the side of her neck, behind her ear. "Mmmm f.u.c.k Miranda you drive me f.u.c.king crazy," his hard on was pressed against her a.s.s. He heard her try and choke back a sob.

"Please don't! Please don't be nice... Please I can't handle it." She was openly crying now, how could her want her to suffer emotionally after everything he just put her through.

"Miranda I can't f.u.c.king live without you, don't you get it? I need you baby... I f.u.c.king need you to breathe." Miranda didn't want to hear this. He was manipulating her emotions again and her heart was melting.

"So why are you marrying Toni? If you can't live without me why are you marrying her?" Alec didn't want to talk about his motives, not now, she was a wreck. He didn't want to remind her it was his only guarantee that she wouldn't attempt to ever run again.

"Miranda, I've told you already I love her," he felt her tense up, she was actually upset that he said he loved Toni... Interesting.

"So let me go! You know how twisted this is? What you think to f.u.c.k me or whatever you like to do to me whilst you are married? What if Toni finds out? What then... It's game over then!"

"Don't you worry about me, I will make sure I have you in my life with or without Toni, if she finds out... Then I will work with it. Until then you need to be a good little girl for your master."

Alec continued to kiss her neck and her shoulders working her body again. This was a f.u.c.king joke how could she continue to be aroused by him especially after the abuse he just dished out? She was a sick f.u.c.k too.

His hands made their way to her p.u.s.s.y where he leisurely stroked her, she opened her legs for him to have better access, not realizing herself and her wanton behavior. Next morning Miranda was feeling worse than the night before. Her body ached and her face felt so tender. Good lord how on earth did she survive? Alec had his arm around her holding her tight against him. It was bitter sweet really, she was sore beyond belief, from the pain he inflicted on her, yet it felt so right to be in his arms.

Alec felt Miranda stir in his arms and knew she was awake. n.o.body else on earth could make him feel so complete. They belonged together, despite what she said he knew she loved him, she knew she loved him, and that stirred different emotions within him. How was this going to play out? He would tell Toni about his relations.h.i.+p with Miranda, whether or not she decided to marry him Alec would never allow Miranda to go. He was hoping secretly that Toni refused to see the wedding through. He was in a predicament, if he ended the wedding then Miranda would know she had the upper hand, if Toni was the one to end it, then Miranda would know that he had every intention of seeing the wedding through.

"I need clothes," straight to the point, that's Miranda for you.

"I like you better like this" he started feeling her up to a.s.sure her he spoke the truth.

"Alec... I mean master I'm terribly sore can we please just go home? But I really do need to wear something." Miranda was nervous about seeing Toni... Knowing she had just f.u.c.ked her fiance.

"Mmmm it's still early, I'm hungry and I haven't had my fill of you yet." As he turned her around to lay her on her back his phone rang. He picked up his phone and hesitated for a second before answering. "Hey baby..." It was Toni.

Miranda watched him talk to her best friend feeling like the sc.u.mmiest person on earth. "Oh Miranda, yes she left the club safe and sound why do you ask?" s.h.i.+t she was asking about her.

"Tell Sam to f.u.c.k off, Miranda told me last night she was quitting, don't stress babe I'll go past her house and make sure she's ok, I'll get her to call you, I know you have a million things to do so don't worry about Miranda I'll see to it... Love you too." After hanging up he looked so intently at Miranda. Miranda wanted to cry, turning her face away from him only to have him bring her back to face him. He had grabbed her face lightly squeezing her cheeks. "Don't you f.u.c.king turn from me."

"I can't do this, I can't break her heart."

"Then I'll break her f.u.c.king heart! Don't f.u.c.king close me out kid, you won't like the repercussions." Miranda started to tense knowing he was losing his battle to stay calm.

"I'm sorry... I ...I'm sorry master." She looked at him hoping to sooth his anger to back down, he kissed her hard, she winced from the pain on her lips yet she fully opened up to his kiss, allowing him to bite, suck and lick his fill. As long as he remained calm she'd do anything he wanted.

Having a brand new outfit didn't do much for Miranda's confidence, Alec had organized a simple suit for her to wear. Straight leg grey pants that fit her body perfectly, with a black s.h.i.+rt that outlined her entire b.r.e.a.s.t.s and even showed a little cleavage. She felt out of her comfort zone. Tying her hair up into a messy bun and wearing her heels from the night before Miranda was ready to end this ordeal. Her face wasn't as bad as it felt, her eye and lips were a little swollen but everything else was concealed.

Again Miranda took his breath away, she was perfect, everything about her in his eyes was perfect. She had no makeup on which added to her look of innocence, he even noticed a few freckles on her nose, which he adored. She was made for him and him only, best she remember that. It was time to get things sorted out, he didn't like leaving loose ends so their first stop would be to the diner.

Handing Miranda the phone he ordered her to call Toni and tell her she was fine. Miranda did so, not really wanting to talk to her. "Hey Toni it's me," Miranda felt like something was crus.h.i.+ng her heart. "Yeah Alec asked me to call you he said you were worried..." Toni could talk asking her every question under the sun. "I'm okay really Toni, yeah I've had enough of Sam yep I will get myself another phone... Okay Hun ... I'll talk to you later... Bye," inhaling a deep breathe Miranda handed the phone back to Alec.

Not knowing where he was taking her Miranda opted not to question him, he seemed to be zoned out. Didn't say much through the drive until they reached the diner. f.u.c.k! He was really making her resign how would she survive without this job?

"Please don't make me do this, I need to work, I need Sam to..." Alec grabbed her face hard.

"The only f.u.c.king man you need is me, not Sam or Chris or whichever f.u.c.ker you feel is important! Understood? Because I gotta say you're really trying my f.u.c.king patience kid." He let her go, Miranda was once again forced to do things the Alec way.

Walking into the diner Alec moved so Miranda could enter, he knew she was apprehensive, but for f.u.c.ks sake she needed money he had f.u.c.king money, she was his which meant she'd be looked after. Alec took a seat at a booth and indicated for her to speak to Sam, he pretended to be looking at the menu.

Miranda walked to the counter where Sam had his back turned, she was dreading this encounter. "Sam... Sam can we talk?" Sam turned and did a double take, obviously he wasn't used to seeing Miranda in brand name clothes... Nor was she.

"Really you want to talk? You are late and not dressed for work... What the f.u.c.k Miranda?" He walked around until he was next to her. "Who are you f.u.c.king to be dressed like that?" Miranda tried really hard to keep her cool, she was petrified if Alec heard him speak to her like that. Although Sam was a very good looking guy with dirty blood hair and light brown eyes, he was your ideal surfer type guy, great build, yet he was a jerk at the best of times, didn't fancy Miranda much after she rejected his advances.

"Sam I'm quitting, thank you for everything but I'm handing in my resignation..."

"You're leaving me? You little f.u.c.king b.i.t.c.h!" He grabbed her arm roughly bringing her in close to him. Oh G.o.d Alec don't look! Please don't be paying attention.

"Get your hands off." Alec's voice was so calm, too calm Miranda knew it was the calm before the storm.

"Stay out of this big shot it's between me and my girl." f.u.c.k that for a joke why did everybody a.s.sume she was their girl?

"Sam let go... Just walk away... Please." She was trying her best to get out of there with Sam being unharmed.

"Your girl? You said she was your girl?" Without being able to process what happened next Miranda was s.n.a.t.c.hed from Sam, pushed behind Alec as if to protect her, and then Alec's fist connected with Sam's jaw. Alec was repeatedly punching Sam in the face, Miranda witnessed Sam try to get a few punches in but Alec was a man with a mission... He was ruthless. Miranda grabbed his arm before he could get another punch in.

"Alec! Please you'll kill him." Alec shoved Miranda's hand away and kicked Sam who was now on the floor, he kicked him in the ribs before spitting at him. Alec grabbed Miranda and headed out of the diner, but not before throwing a few hundred dollar bills.

"For the damage." Alec called out so arrogantly.

Alec was trying to calm himself down. When they reached her house Alec shut his car off and sat there wanting to see if Miranda would lie to him. "Why would that f.u.c.ker say you were his girl?" He saw Miranda's face drop. If she was to lie then he would be merciless towards her.

"He asked me out once... It was when I just... When I just escaped you. I told him I wasn't looking to date. He seemed taken back that somebody had rejected him. He allowed me to continue working in the diner but was always a little edgy with me."

"That it? That the whole story?" Miranda was unsure what he wanted to know so she decided to tell him everything.

"Um he cornered me a few times after work, he always had me working the closing s.h.i.+ft so we were alone. He tried to kiss me I told him I'd call the police and have him arrested for hara.s.sment, his ego wasn't used to the rejection. Every time somebody at the diner would ask me out he would make me work harder than anybody else. That's it really, I just did my job and left."

"And you want to work for this f.u.c.ker?" Alec was furious that she would allow herself to be in a situation like that. The irony wasn't lost on him, he had her in a worse predicament but he was allowed to... Only he was allowed to rule and control her.

"Because master, after dealing with you he was child's play, I could easily handle the situation." He raised his eyebrow at her response, smart kid knowing that Alec himself was the only person she should fear.

"I'll see you at the church at twelve tomorrow. I'll have somebody return your car." Miranda nodded her head and made her way out of his car. He also got out of the car, he was rummaging through his pocket and took out a roll of money. He threw it at her, Miranda shook her head at him and he looked at her with a Don't you f.u.c.king throw it back look.

"I'll not use it, it will be in the console when you walk in the house whenever you want to retrieve it."

"Get inside before I decide to smack that mouth of yours." The little spitfire rolled her eyes at him and turned away walking to her house. When she entered Alec shook his head at her f.u.c.king smart remarks. She was pus.h.i.+ng his b.u.t.tons and only she could do that so easily. Stupid kid needs to learn to behave.

Miranda heard the car pull away and was relieved that she could finally relax, at least for the night. Kicking off her shoes Miranda put the money where she said she would, f.u.c.k him thinking he could pay her and that everything would be okay, that he was paying to have the right to abuse her.

Miranda's thought went to Toni, how was this going to work out, her best friend was marrying the man who instilled fear and terror in her. Sickly enough the man she loved beyond words, he was going to be her best friend's husband... In truth Miranda had no idea how this was going to work out. Did he think she would continue to betray her best friend who has been nothing but loving and caring to her? Did he think that it was going to be easy to pull off? She knew that nothing was going to be easy about this situation. Nothing at all.

Alec lay in his hotel room feeling very constricted, how was he going to marry Toni? Sure enough she was sweet, and hot and s.e.xy and what not, but she was not Miranda, there was nothing about her that made him want her like he was not able to breathe without her. How was he ever going to do this? He thought about the pain he put Miranda through and his heart tugged at him. She was his baby, his everything, n.o.body compared to the feelings he had for her. It was the strangest thing the way he felt for her.

Miranda had awoken the beast within in, nothing was going to settle the beast, Miranda being in his arms was the only way that the beast would be appeased... Now how to deal with Toni... Tic toc Alec, the wedding was only a few hours away.

Chapter 20.

It was the day of the wedding, Miranda was as ready as she would ever be. She opted to do her own hair and makeup using the excuse that she liked it better the way she did it herself, truth being she didn't want any remarks about her face. Her eyes had calmed down considerably but was very tender to touch. Having her long chestnut hair fall to the one side with a huge red flower as her hairpiece, Miranda concealed her bruises the best she could. Applying minimum eye makeup and finally blood red lipstick Miranda was ready to wear her gown.

It was a stunning red dress, strapless b.o.o.b tube bodice with crystal beading adding to its delicate design. The back of the bodice was a lace up. A-line skirt that flowed to the floor. Sparkling silver heels and a white gold necklace, earrings and bracelet, Miranda was done. Toni with her hair and veil on was crying. "You look beautiful Mira! Oh my G.o.d you look stunning!" Miranda choked back a sob. The friends embraced, Miranda winced and hissed in a breath when Toni squeezed her back.

"Ok enough or my make-up will run." Pulling away from Toni she watched her as she adjusting her veil, Miranda composed herself. Toni returned to the seat where the make-up artist was waiting to finish her face. The place was chaotic their room was noisy and everybody having their turn for hair then makeup, champagne being opened and drunk. Sarah was crying. "Mum it's my wedding not my funeral... Lighten up," and so the craze continued.

Miranda felt that she had a great big lump in her throat, he was really going through with it, how could he?

To Miranda's surprise Carlos and Crystal walked in. Without a seconds thought Miranda ran into Crystal's arm and sobbed to her hearts content. Crystal at first was stiff then she hugged Miranda like really hugged her.

"Hey Hun shhhh it's okay."

"What the f.u.c.k?" Carlos's voice was music to her ears. Miranda really wanted to run into his arms but would never repeat that mistake. Pulling away from Crystal Miranda apologized for her outburst. She noticed Alec was right behind Carlos. He looked like a G.o.d, so amazingly handsome in his wedding tuxedo.

"It's all good honey, we'll sort it out. Heaven's sake Alec what's gotten into you?" Crystal whispered angrily, she was exasperated at Alec after studying Miranda's face. Alec ignored Crystal and moved over to his bride.

"Carlos, Crystal this is my fiance soon to be wife Toni." Alec said ignoring their accusing looks, both Crystal and Carlos shook Toni's hand and resumed tending to Miranda.

"How is it that you know them Mira?" Toni asked curiously. Miranda had no answer, she wiped her tears.

"Um...friends from ages ago..."

"Oh... Okay... Wow small world... Stop crying babe, come on this is a good thing, gees your worse than my mum." Poor Toni was trying to make light of the situation.

"Miranda, I won't have you upsetting Toni..." Miranda noticed Toni look a little confused by Alec's comment to her... But she didn't say anything.

"That's enough Alec, no need for threats Miranda's fine... Aren't you fine?" Crystal was directing Miranda to answer to save her skin.

"Yes I'm fine."

"See we are all good here. Maybe you two better hurry along." Crystal G.o.d love her was trying to ease the situation.

A knock sounded at the door. "Toni the guests are arriving we need to finish off." Sarah said as she opened the door and walked in.

"Okay that's my cue to leave." Alec kissed Toni again which earned cheers and claps from the spectators. Miranda sat down unable to do anything.

"Don't take it to heart, I think that he is a little stressed..." Miranda forced a smile.

"All good."

The church ceremony went without a hitch. Miranda walked down the aisle with Chris. Miranda noticed Alec's eyes darken when he watched them entwine arms. He never took his eyes off her. When Toni walked in everybody gasped at her beauty, her dress was stunning, tight bodice with diamond beads and crystals sown in patterns. She had a huge skirt with a ma.s.sive tail. She looked like Cinderella at the ball. Miranda's tears fell freely. Lucky for her everybody a.s.sumed it was tears of joy.

The church took forever, Miranda found it was extremely hard to breathe when they exchanged vows and then rings. Trying to steady her breathing Miranda was ready to run. Calm down Miranda don't do anything you're going to regret!

Alec was happy when it was over, he couldn't believe he saw it through. He was now a married man. Finally they walked out as Mr. and Mrs. deAngelo. Alec could see Toni was relieved that they were finally wed. Miranda on the other hand looked like she was ready to collapse. Now to get through the reception.

Finally the night was over, the reception was beautiful, speeches were made, dancing, eating, everything was like a fairy tale. The hall was donned in red roses and fairy lights, looked magical. Alec wanted to leave everything behind, he was getting agitated with Miranda being with Carlos and Crystal as if seeking their protection. As Toni was saying her goodbyes to her family Alec decided it was high time he dictated some rules to this new found trio.

"Carlos tomorrow you will accompany Crystal and Miranda to the manor, Miranda get only what you need, I will organize Leon to select a wardrobe for you once you get home." He noticed Miranda bite the inside of her cheeks. She looked ready to lash out. "Problem kid?"

"That's enough Alec, not now." Crystal the voice of reason.

"I asked you a question." Alec was losing his cool.

"Um yeah, how do you expect to explain to Toni why I am living with you? So yeah I would say that is a big problem." Yep Miranda your b.i.t.c.hiness seems to want to get you into a lot of s.h.i.+t! Calm down idiot he will smack you in front of everybody!

And there goes that lopsided grin, Miranda knew he wasn't impressed. Instinctively Miranda moved behind Carlos and this infuriated Alec.

"You think to hide behind Carlos and Crystal? Come here!" Miranda was debating whether to run or to stand her ground. She moved toward Alec cautiously. Holding her head up and standing directly in front of him.

"You want to try me Miranda? You honestly want to p.i.s.s me off?" Alec was rubbing his hand over his goatee and Miranda wasn't a fool, she knew that he was already p.i.s.sed.

"Wouldn't dream of p.i.s.sing you off on your wedding day Master." Alec actually laughed before grabbing her arm and pulling her toward him in a cruel and unrelenting grip. He moved to whisper in her ear "Admit defeat kid! You're fighting a losing battle, and if you really want to test my patience keep going, I swear to G.o.d I'll slap your bare a.s.s in front of everybody here... Choice is yours. Now are you going to behave?" He tightened his grip painfully waiting for her to reply.

"Yes..." Alec let her go and started to caress her arm where he had gripped her. Pulling her into his embrace and holding her tightly while he kissed the top of her head. Miranda's tears started anew. Why did he play with her emotions like that? Her heart was breaking and he continued to be the cause.

"Sshhhh I'm sorry, sshhhh..." Alec coaxed, he knew he was messing her up. As he engulfed her he kept whispering that it will be okay. She grabbed onto him like he was her life line... d.a.m.n right he was her life line.
