“Should this subordinate bring men to chase after him?” Hua Tang asked gravely.

“Fan Yan can simply return there tonight.” Qin Shao Yu said, “You have been too overworked recently, rest for a good while.”

Thus the subordinates all lauded in their hearts, it was just not the same with fu-ren around; before, this sect leader was clearly very cold. 

It was really hard for them to accept him turning into such a pamperer suddenly. 

After finis.h.i.+ng the luxurious feast at the peasant’s house, Shen Qian Ling’s belly was perfectly round. He originally intended to go out to help his food go down better, but was forcefully dragged by Qin Shao Yu to the second floor, “Do not go out!”

“Why are there so many weird sayings.” Qin Shao Yu pressed him onto a chair, “I have matters to discuss with Hua Tang, you cannot go out.” 

Shen Qin Ling was confused, “Is there a certain connection between these two matters?”

“Of course.” Qin Shao Yu said, “I can’t accompany you outside, so you can only stay inside.”

Shen Qian Ling became dejected upon hearing it, alright I don’t know martial arts, and shouldn’t be too willful and cause trouble for him. 

“Be good.” Qin Shao Yu rubbed his head, “I will come up to be with you very soon.” 

“Just go.” Shen Qian Ling waved his hand, cruelly shooing him out the door. Then he crouched on the ground and went through the luggage, wanting to find some things to kill time. A small book unexpectedly fell out -- it was the book that Master Li gave him on the day of his birthday.

Before he could finish, a black cloth man suddenly flipped down from the eaves of the roof, “What matter does young master have?”

“Ah!” Shen Qian Ling jumped in fright. 

The guard showed his innocence through his eyes. 

Shen Qian Ling closed the window silently.

Qin Shao Yu returned to the room an hour later, and upon opening the door, saw Shen Qian Ling lying on the bed,  crazily kicking his legs in the air.

Sect leader Qin was alarmed, “What are you doing?”

Shen Qian Ling was panting; of course I’m doing exercise, before you arrived I have already done countless sit-ups and squats. 

Tonight he would definitely have a very good sleep.

“Why don’t I find some books for you in the future?” Qin Shao Yu rubbed his head, “To avoid boredom.”

It was still alright, not being mentioned, but once the matter of books were brought up, Shen Qian Ling instantly turned around and complained, “The book that Master Li gave me is way too boring.” 

“Is it?” Qin Shao Yu said, “I felt it was quite interesting.” 

“Where’s the interesting part?” Shen Qian Ling couldn’t make sense of it. 

“At the very least it lets us know that the snow colored gla.s.s and Bi Lu Tong are both ancient spiritual stones.” Qin Shao Yu laid down beside him, face to face.
 

“It mentioned the snow colored pearl?” Shen Qian Ling was surprised. 

“You didn't realize?” Qin Shao Yu pinched his neck. 

Shen Qian Ling said honestly, “I only saw the first page.”

Qin Shao Yu laughed, “It talks roughly about the stories of ancient spiritual stones, other than the snow color gla.s.s and Bi Lu Tong, there’s also Stone of Scarlet Flame, Eye of Gold, Blue Crystal Jade and so on, nine in total.”

“There’s so many?” Shen Qian Ling perked up upon hearing it, pulled away the blanket and ran down the bed, “I’m going to take a look.” 

“Look at it tomorrow!” Qin Shao Yu forced him back into the blanket, “You just bathed, and the book had c.o.c.kroaches climbing over and is filthy, what are you touching it again for.” 

A man shouldn’t be this fastidiousness, Shen Qian Ling was jittery; what if gathering the nine pearls could let him return to his world, you, let go of me quickly.

“Move any more and I’ll tie you up.” Qin Shao Yu threatened. 

Shen Qian Ling: “.......”

“Go to sleep.” Qin Shao Yu extinguished the flames with a wave of his hand.

“You’re really angry?” Qin Shao Yu pulled him out a little. 

Shen Qian Ling looked at him forcefully!

“Why can’t I read it myself!” Shen Qian Ling was very unhappy with this peace offering. 

“There’s sanskrit in many parts of the book, you can’t understand them either.” Qin Shao Yu said, “Let me tell you, and make it even?”
