Chapter 42.2: Sacred Gold Academy

In the headmaster's room of the Sacred Gold Academy, a green robed old man was looking incredulously at the middle aged man in front of him.

"Did he really say that he wants to accept a disciple?"

"Yes."

The middle aged man nodded reverently and said to the old man in green robe: "The Great Elder also asked that you spread the news today."

The green robed old man was the headmaster of Sacred Gold Academy, Nalan Xi.

"He is really anxious, haha, well go back and tell him that I will do what he wants."

Nalan Xi showed a deep smile filled with meaning. He wanted to see how good that person was that the old fellow had the idea of accepting a disciple.

When the middle aged man attained his response, he took out a gift and handed it to Nalan Xi.

"Thank you Headmaster Nalan. I will go back and inform the Great Elder."

Fleeting Cloud Inn.

Xuanyuan Mo stood in front of Duanmu Xi's room and lightly knocked the door twice.

"Come in."

Hearing the faint voice inside, Xuanyuan Mo gently pushed open the door.

"Little Xi, let's go down and eat something."

"All right."

Duanmu Xi nodded and called Phoenix Fifth. The three of them went downstairs together.

The moment the three of them went downstairs, the lively hall suddenly became quiet.

Everyone was stunned in a daze, mesmerized.

Duanmu Xi's brows were furrowed slightly and a hint of dissatisfaction flashed by her eyes.

Phoenix Fifth stared angrily at all the men in the hall.

Phoenix Fifth once again glanced at the crowd before she followed behind. After seeing her sit down, she stood behind her.

"Sit down."

A faint voice was heard but although it was not an order, but the cold tone made it sound more like an order.

Her Highness was really…. Where did guards dine with their masters?

"Yes."

Although she was very tangled up inside, Phoenix Fifth still sat down apprehensively.

When the three sat down, the waiter immediately stepped forward and asked: "What would you like to order?"

"Just bring a few of your inn's signature dishes."

"Sure, please have a drink of tea first and the dishes will arrive soon."

The waiter swiftly served them tea and left.
