His heart as if had been bitten by an insect hurt slightly so he stopped.

He gazed down at Qiao Moyu. Her eyes were shut tight and her eyelashes fluttered like b.u.t.terfly wings while her beautiful face seemed even smaller with her hair scattered.

He kissed the s.p.a.ce between her eyebrows then laid down beside her and pulled her into his embrace, “Little Moyu, don’t be nervous. I am not going to force you.”

Qiao Moyu slowly opened her eyes.

Just now, she could clearly feel the change in Ye Peicheng’s body. She thought he would do something but he had suppressed it.

“Brother Ye – “Her voice was soft, “Give me some more time.”

He hugged her tighter, “Okay.”

Early the next day, Qiao Moyu and Ye Peicheng went to the production team. When the filming had finished, it was already dusk.

Ye Peicheng drove Qiao Moyu home. Luo Luo was eating dinner when he saw him and quickly pulled him to the table, “Uncle, are you hungry?”

Ye Peicheng smiled and sat down, “Actually I am a little hungry.”

Aunty Yu quickly went to retrieve the side dishes left for Qiao Moyu and Ye Peicheng which was two bowls of rice. When everyone sat down, Luo Luo excitedly told Qiao Moyu, “Mama, Grandpa said Luo Luo can go to nursery school!”

When Qiao Moyu heard this, she glanced over at Ye Peicheng.

Previously she had planned for Luo Luo to attend when he turned three but public kindergartens only allowed registration in September so she hesitated. She had mentioned this matter to Ye Peicheng last night. Had he already said something to his father?

Ye Peicheng had mentioned this in a call with his father today so he explained, “Moyu, my father has a friend who is the princ.i.p.al of an international kindergarten. We can send Luo Luo to the smaller cla.s.ses so he can get used to it. They have many international children over there so they can help him learn foreign languages and he can enter at anytime.”

Qiao Moyu thought for a while, “International schools are good. At least speaking intelligently won’t be hard for him later on.”

She turned her head to Luo Luo, “Baby, do you want to attend kindergarten?”

Luo Luo quickly nodded, “Yes! There are many toys and friends to play with!”

Qiao Moyu also smiled, “Okay, then let’s go to cla.s.s next Monday.”

“Yeah! Yeah!” Luo Luo quickly clapped his hands and his face beamed with happiness.

On Monday, Qiao Moyu did not have filming to do in the morning so they went to the kindergarten with father Ye.

Once the entrance procedures were completed, Qiao Moyu took Luo Luo to cla.s.s.

The little fellow was very curious and surveyed the cla.s.smates around him. Similarly, the other children also curiously looked at him.

When Qiao Moyu saw that Luo Luo had sat down, she greeted the teacher and waved goodbye to Luo Luo.

When Luo Luo left home this morning, he was acting very brave but now he was a little scared and as he saw his mother leaving.

He reached out his hand, “Mama, you need to pick up Luo Luo in the afternoon!”

Qiao Moyu made a pinky promise with him, “Mommy will definitely come later to pick up my baby!”

She kissed Luo Luo’s cheeks, “Mommy is going now, see you in the afternoon Luo Luo!”

Luo Luo nodded, his eyes were glued to Qiao Moyu until he could no longer see her anymore. He continued to stare at the direction of the cla.s.sroom door.

He hesitated for a few seconds then picked up the toy car and smiled back at the boy. In an instant, he felt his heart was not as heavy anymore.

Sure enough, Qiao Moyu appeared in the afternoon with Ye Peicheng.

The boy Tom whom Luo Luo had just befriended asked, “Are they your daddy and mommy?”
