This family restaurant was the perfect spot for the two to have a date. Even though it is near the school, at this late hour most students have gone home and none typically enter this hamburger joint. At school Mary is an idol, that's why she doesn't want to let people see them together, thus for the two of them, this is the perfect place to meet up. Also, this only applies to Mary, but she definitely doesn't want Yuuna to discover them. Yuuna still has her uses for Mary. If Yuuna gets upset or depressed it will be annoying. Not only that, but this was much more thrilling for her, just knowing she stole away that idiot's childhood friend makes it more exciting and fun.

At first Mary hadn't paid any attention to Takuya. Her first impression of him was that he was Yuuna's friend and that was all. Then, finally, her endless kind behaviour and approaches paid off and last Christmas she'd been asked out on a date, happiness soaring, Mary once again knew she was number one. For the first time after arriving in this world she'd been rejected by a man, but now he was crazy about her. When she'd first arrived in this world revenge had been the only thing in her heart, but now after meeting Takuya, her heart was finally softening again. Then, three weeks ago, she'd given him her body. Well, to be more accurate, her expression had given her body to him. Without words, she'd taken him to her apartment. Luckily, from Mary's point of view, Yuuna was a moron that, even if she discovered some of the facts, she would still forgive Mary and want to reconcile with her. Not only that, but Mary's energy had been recovering well thanks to defeating monsters, with just a little more magical power she'd be able to return to her home world. Until then though, she couldn't lower her mask.

"Yeah, you're right."

Takuya easily agrees with Mary. At first Mary had been jealous of the way Takuya treated Yuuna, but after being together with him long enough, she understands that he feelings for her were different from the love a man would have for a woman. It might have gone differently if Yuuna had confessed, but now Takuya was her lover. This is why she didn't need to bother with being jealous anymore. Takuya was in love with Mary exactly the same way that Mary was in love with Takuya. Mary was totally convinced that Takuya was completely owned by her.

It's a seriously pitiful monster. However, there are many monsters like this. They are the so-called office workers of Abyss Gate. If they don't bring in a steady stream of energy they'll get in trouble since they aren't matching their quota. They also get danger pay if they have to battle against s.h.i.+ny Princess since even if you don't die, it hurts to be blasted with s.h.i.+ny Flash and s.h.i.+ny Judgement. Even if they regenerate later, painful things are still painful. Thus, Tako Octopus decided to just quietly siphon off a little energy to avoid being noticed by s.h.i.+ny Princess. Abyss Gate are thought of as dangerous monsters and their job is to collect energy and to let the Human World know that other worlds exist. When Tako Octopus looks out the window, the grim reaper is there. A grim reaper that is floating in the air with a beautiful figure. Beautiful long blonde drills for hair, n.o.ble sapphire eyes and brilliant white skin that seems to glow in the moonlight, she floats there glaring at him. s.h.i.+ny Princess, this is the name of the grim reaper.
