The five main tanks were long gone while half of the DPS were dead. However, when it was Li Yi’s turn to move, he finally caught an inkling on the mechanism’s rules. He advanced forward following red, white, black, green, yellow, red, white, black, green color pattern and did not step onto any trap.

This was the experience from pus.h.i.+ng people out but this experience was only suitable for this floor as the clearing path were randomly generated and unfixed.

By the time Li Yi made it out of the ninth floor, there were only nine survivors left in the party.

Jiaojiao was still alive, so was Qian’er, Sister Cat, Zhang Yuan while the remaining were random players.

The tenth floor was a turning point where there was a 50% chance of obtaining an above-A-cla.s.s difficulty level maze and a 50% chance of meeting a mini boss.

At the sparkle of white light, Li Yi’s party appeared in the real tower floor.

This was not a fantasy maze but a real tower tier.

It was a circular zone of modest s.p.a.ce. Right in the center stood a boorish-looking golden dummy in folded arms.

This was the first boss of the Tower of Remorse; Golden Hand.

The Cat that Sings burst out laughing without a care in the world. She was in her zone but the look on the others’ face revealed their discomfort.

Golden Hand may be looking farce, but its capability should not be overlooked. At Level 200, its HP was around 500 million and harboured a consummate skill, Potent Shadow Hand that could attack at any distance. It was easy to die without grasping the tactic to deal with it.

“The most important bit about fighting this boss is your position. We’ll split up, and when you blast your attacks, remember to stop moving when the boss folds its arms. When the boss spreads its arms apart, don’t stop moving. This is the basic strategy to defeating it. Have you heard about it before? I hope n.o.body makes any mistake later.”

With all main tanks dead, the main tank role in the party was shouldered on Dark Paladin Jiaojiao.

Mercenaries and mounts were banned from being summoned in the Tower of Remorse so Li Yi’s only aid was Dolly.

People were always marveled each time Li Yi summoned Dolly. Many were drooling over this little thing because she was just… Too adorable.

Before Jiaojiao was able to close in on Golden Hand, Dolly started her attack, striking two Aligned Arrows right in Golden Hand’s face and dealing over 300 thousand points of damage.

He chose not to use Shooting Star Arrow Hail to prevent Golden Hand from gliding over and finis.h.i.+ng him. He opted not to use Chrono Stinger Arrow to avoid killing it with one hit, making it difficult to deal with after resurrection.

After the revival of Golden Hand, it would first touch the target it had the most aggro with. If Li Yi were to instantly kill it, he would not be able to escape from the jaws of death himself.

The remaining eight, excluding The Cat the Sings started to move around.
