Coquettish Guy felt it was really unkind of Domineering Guy to do such things to Straight Guy and Gla.s.ses-guy. From a gay’s perspective, he had already sensed some chemistry between those two already, now they were asked to pretend to be a couple purposefully. Coquettish Guy was really concerned that they would have some real sparkles between them catalyzed by Straight Guy.

“Rest a.s.sured. You cannot verify lies, nor falsify truth.” said Domineering Guy, “My mom stays here for two days before she leaves.”

Coquettish Guy didn’t say anything and Domineering Guy felt that he was really down, so he kissed on Coquettish Guy’s face when he was off-guard. “Don’t worry, little Chen. If we cannot make it this time, l will still try my best to persuade my parents. If I failed to persuade them, I promise I won’t be swayed. ”

“Zhou Ming…” said Coquettish Guy in a hesitant voice.

“Yes babe!” responded Domineering Guy immediately. Coquettish Guy couldn’t help laughing on hearing Domineering Guy’s crispy call.

Domineering Guy’s mum was curious about Straight Guy. After all, it was so shocking to her. Domineering Guy, however, told her the whole thing as if she was a “bosom sister”, making her feel a sense of responsibility as a senior and a sense of satisfaction of being trusted.

“How unfortunate little Zhou is. His parents are really old-fas.h.i.+oned and cannot even talk sense with. “We can’t blame all of these on their parents. After all, n.o.body can face it calmly.” said Domineering Guy’s mum.

Domineering Guy held his mum’s arm, saying “But there are wise parents and stubborn ones. Little Zhou and uppercla.s.sman Yan are really serious about their love. Don’t their parents ever consider little Zhou won’t turn straight and will be at a loss every day even if they manage to separate them?”

“How sad is that little boy!” Sighed Domineering Guy’s mum.

“True enough. They love each other. The emotion ties between people cannot be cut easily.” said Domineering Guy, rubbing against his mum’s arm, acting as if he was a child. “Mum, don’t you think so? We have to respect their feelings in terms of emotional issues. If their parents really love their son, they should try to understand him if they cannot accept that immediately.”

Seeing son’s response, Domineering Guy’s mum became incredibly soft inside, saying “My son does grow up and knows to care others. Yes, little Zhou’s parents are too stubborn.”

Domineering Guy smiled at his mum, like a good boy, thinking that’s one step closer to success.

Domineering Guy’s mum had planned to take son’s roommates and uppercla.s.sman out for a dinner. Despite knowing Straight Guy being gay, which made her feelings towards Straight Guy a little bit complicated, she still considered it necessary and polite to treat them with a dinner.

“Do we need to call him to bring that boy?” asked Domineering Guy’s mum hesitantly.

“Which boy?” answered Domineering Guy, acting innocently on purpose.

“Um… I mean that boy!” said his mum uncomfortably.

“What?” Domineering Guy tilted his head to one side.

“His boyfriend.” His mum whispered, with face blus.h.i.+ng with shame.

“Oh, I see, it’s little Zhou’s boyfriend you are talking about. Of course, I’ll call him.”

Domineering Guy’s mum frowned. After all, she never said that she accepted that kind of setting.

They chose to dine in the hotpot restaurant near the campus. Domineering Guy came with his mum and Coquettish Guy. When they arrived, the whole restaurant was packed, even with long queues waiting. “Ah！We shall wait for a long time. Are you guys hungry?” asked Domineering Guy’s mum. Just after she asked, mum’s stomach growled.

Domineering Guy’s mum felt embarra.s.sed, thinking his son must be disgraced.

When they were chatting, a gorgeous man with gla.s.ses came, saying “You must be Aunt Zhou. I already heard so much about you. You look really young and elegant. ” After words of compliment, Domineering Guy’s mum was somehow having a blast, the Gla.s.ses-guy led them into the restaurant, saying “I have booked in advance on the cell phone. It’s now us. Let’s go inside.”

Domineering Guy’s mum felt that even heaven-sent saviors cannot do any better. After the Gla.s.ses-guy brought them in, he held Straight Guy’s hand and said something to him gently.

Seeing this, Domineering Guy’s mum immediately took her eyes off them and thereafter spying on them secretly.

Straight Guy caught cold a few days ago and his throat was still uncomfortable, so he chose to have the soup pot. However, seeing everyone having the spicy pot, he craved to try some. When he reached over his chopsticks, the Gla.s.ses-guy stopped him and said “Your throat has not fully recovered, so stay away from the spicy pot.”

“But it tastes good.” said Straight Guy in a whisper.

The Gla.s.ses-guy called the waiter and said “Excuse me, can I have a small bowl?”

The Gla.s.ses-guy scooped up half a spoonful of soup in the bowl, mixed the meat in the spicy pot with the soup in the bowl, and gave it to Straight Guy, saying “Just have a taste. Otherwise, you got sore throat.”

Straight Guy muttered and ate the meat.

Domineering Guy’s mum heaved a sigh and put a piece of meat into his son’s bowl, saying “Eat something. Quit staring at your mobile.”

Gla.s.ses-guy got that after a while, “Ok. Some…some cabbage would be nice.”

“Oh, cabbage! I’ll get that.” Finally, Straight Guy had something to do and he did it in a quite determined manner. However, his arm was not long enough to pick the cabbage. It was embarra.s.sing.

Seeing this, Domineering Guy’s mum was a little bit stunned on the spot and thereafter she brought the cabbage to him, saying “Here you are. Here you are.”

Straight Guy felt that his acting was too much, so he sent a message in the group chatting, “Did I screw it up?”

Domineering Guy sent a face-palm emoji while Coquettish Guy found it quite funny, and he replied “Little Zhou, enjoy the hotpot when Zhou Ming is willing to pay the bill.”

At that time, Straight Guy got so frustrated at himself that he even wanted to cry, but he said “I’ll give it another try.”

The Gla.s.ses-guy glanced at Straight Guy and saw the painful expressions on his face, which he found really amusing. Then he looked away, and took something from the spicy pot. Straight Guy moved his pumpkin porridge to the Gla.s.ses-guy, saying in a low voice due to a lack of courage “Do not start with something so spicy. It’s bad for your stomach. Have some porridge first.”

The Gla.s.ses-guy didn’t have the porridge immediately, Instead he looked at Straight Guy thoughtfully. Suddenly, Straight Guy blushed due to G.o.d-knows shyness or the steam and said “Eat your porridge. Quit staring at me.”
