Sheng Qianmo pulled her into his arms and coaxed her with whispers . Although Shu Nuan said nothing, her att.i.tude gradually softened .

In other words, Shu Nuan had no temper to begin with . And yet, why would she be angry at him?

However, Sheng Qianmo noticed that he’d lifted her thin dress inadvertently . Her lower leg was had a reddish hue . He knew that her skin was too delicate, but he’d never expected that he would end up treating her this harshly . He’d been drunk and his l.u.s.t had gotten over him, which was why he hadn’t managed to control his power . He’d ended up hurting her when his body had rubbed against hers .

 Sheng Qianmo went over to get an ointment . Shu Nuan was still looking down and told him she wanted to wipe it herself . He could see the tip of her ear was flushed and realised she was embarra.s.sed, so he didn’t force her .

But Shu Nuan was even more embarra.s.sed because where the ointment was to be applied wasn’t very proper, and Sheng Qianmo was staring right at her . How could she do such a shameful act in front of him?

Shu Nuan looked up at him unwillingly . Aggrieved, she muttered for him to go out . But Sheng Qianmo’s expression showed that he wanted to watch . From the beginning, he’d had no intention to avert his gaze . She bit her lip and threw the ointment to the bedside, and then she crouched and hugged her knees .  

She looked sullen .

Sheng Qianmo knew what she’d been thinking, and when he saw her lose her temper, he smiled, and said, “You little girl, what did This Prince do that made you angry again?”

 Shu Nuan persisted in nestling her knees and held her tongue .

A little while pa.s.sed, and Sheng Qianmo sat down beside her . He picked up the ointment she’d thrown aside, then reached out her slender ankle and placed onto his legs . Although Shu Nuan was sulking, she didn’t fight or resist him . Even her temper was at his disposal .

Fortunately, Sheng Qianmo was only putting a cool ointment to her bruise . After that, Shu Nuan skirt was put down .

“It’s quite late . Go to bed . ”

Without speaking to him, Shu Nuan her thin ankles from atop his legs and rolled over to lie down covered with the quilt .

However, Shu Nuan felt stuffy inside it . A long time pa.s.sed and she didn’t hear if Sheng Qianmo had walked away . Little by little, she pulled off the quilt, revealing her small flushed face . As she did, Sheng Qianmo moved closer and looked at her with his deep, dark eyes . Shu Nuan couldn’t help but purse her lip and frown .

 

By all means, Sheng Qianmo reached over in gentle and rubbed her hair . He coaxed, “Don’t be angry, okay?”

Shu Nuan face was flushed . With an annoyed face and a calm voice, she said, “Your Highness, please don’t drink so much next time . ”

Sheng Qianmo nodded his head and came over to embrace her little body . He held her into his bosom and continued to coax her .

“This Prince promises I will not make the little brat unhappy . ”

The corners of Shu Nuan’s mouth turned up a little, and she asked in a keen manner, “Who is that little brat…

He bowed his head and touched her forehead and, in a soft voice, said “You are my little brat . ”

He used such a gentle tone, as if he regarded her as a precious little darling .

No woman could refuse such gentleness . And Shu Nuan was still a young girl . For a moment, she was afraid of being caught up in the pampering . For a short moment, she almost forgot her ident.i.ty . Just like what Sheng Qianmo had said, she was his little brat .
