Cheng Nuo was embarra.s.sed and want to escape, because she was very uncomfortable with such a close distance.
“Do not move.......” He Zikai kept his voice down and tried to be as gentle as he could to ”order” her.
When Cheng Nuo heard the voice from the top of her head, she dared not move but remained quietly in his arms.
Smelling the familiar odour of that night, He Zikai was satisfied and held his hands around her not giving her any chance to escape, saying,” tomorrow we’ll get the marriage license.
Marriage License?Cheng Nuo suddenly raised her head and looked into the deep eyes of He Zikai.
“What's wrong?”He Zikai understood what she meant in the depth of her fundus.
“May I ask you a question?” Cheng Nuo whispered, and even her breathe was extremely light.
“Yes...”He Zikai responded and waited for her question.
“Well,I.” Cheng Nuo bowed her head and felt embarra.s.sed to say it, but if before marriage she did not say it, it would be late for her to say it after marriage.Let alone this man seemed not to be an ordinary person, and then she would not know what the end she might have.”I am not a virgin, would you ,you still marry me?”
Cheng Nuo thought that although her thoughts were conservative, a man would also care about a woman's past, especially his marriage partner, so it was necessary for herto tell this man about these.
He Zikai's heart aroused a smile. She had always been uncomfortable because of this?
Cheng Nuo, I was your first man.
Cheng Nuo, not hearing He Zikai's answer for a long time, raised her headand was about to see him, once He Zikai's answer was heard.
"I do." He Zikai said two words.
Her eyes on his sight, with still that simple two words, Cheng Nuo’s heart seemed to ease a lot.
That night, not knowing who the man in the hotel was, she lost her first time in a muddle. She was very sad, but life had to continue, and she could not stand still. There was no way to change what had taken place.Yet the present life and the future life need her to work hard.
"Mm-hmm." Cheng Nuo nodded and fluttered her eyes. "Thank you for accepting the incomplete me. I will be a qualified wife to take care of you, and to take care of this family."
Listening to Cheng Nuo's pure words, He Zikai had a flutter of throbbing in his heart.
You are not incomplete. The woman I touched could only be the best, He Zikai thought.
"Cheng Nuo." He Zikai called Cheng Nuo's name and looked at her in his arms.
"Mm-hmm." Cheng Nuo nodded her head, knowing He Zikai had something to say.
"I, am, He, Zi, Kai." He Zikai knew that the woman did not know his name yet.
"Oh." Cheng Nuo was a little happy that he would introduce himself to her, and then she said, "Then could I call you Zikai?"
He Zikai said "Fine", not want to force her to call him a more intimate name. Since the woman did not remember that night was him, now she a.s.sumed that he was a stranger, and then let it be the way as strangers.
At dinner time, He Zikai and Cheng Nuo sat in the dining room, enjoying their first dinner quietly.
Neither of they had said anything until they finished their meal.
"Aunt Lan......" He Zikai got up and left the dining room at the same time, commanded.
"Yes, sir." Aunt Lan hurried over.
"Take her upstairs to get some rest." He Zikai said, and then turning to Cheng Nuo, said, "I will go to the study."
"Mm-hmm." Cheng Nuo nodded her head.
Watching He Zikai going upstairs to the study, Aunt Lan looked at Cheng Nuo. Just now she listened to what An Lin said—this woman would be He Zikai's wife, the hostess of the Lishui Bay villa.
