As she sat in the center of the formation, she waved her hand and huge resources appeared around her, which took their places in the formation.

Some of these resources were provided by me, which she had exchanged with resources she had. I am not the only one who is exploring the ruins. Nearly everyone is harvesting resources for their and their organization's need.

It is hard to get this level of resources and the more they gather, the greater it will benefit future generations.

The sphere buzzed and lit up as she started the breakthrough and a few seconds later; the resources begin to move into the runes. They mixed and merged and in a few minutes, they formed the chains and moved toward Jill's body.

As they touched her, they begin to flow across her body, and within a minute; they have covered every inch of her.

Now she is fully covered in runes, while nine runic chains connected her to the spherical formation.

For a few seconds, nothing had happened before the sphere buzzed again and lit brighter as it begin to send the resources into her body.

"Isn't it happening too quickly?" asked Matron Mavis, to which I smile. "Yes, it is, but everything is going smoothly," I said, and Jill's meta-physical projection appeared, which only two of us could see.

"There is not the faintest strain on her," said the old woman and I had just smiled.

The formation may have turned into her own, but the runes are mine — I filled them with rule-bending power and many other things that make them an amazing tool to make a breakthrough.

After Jill's breakthrough, it will become even better.

As I had said before, I want the runes to be used in as many breakthroughs for Primary II as possible; with each breakthrough will make them better and increase their efficiency.

Just thinking about it is making me think twice about leaving this thing. Which I will do, no matter how good it became, as I could always make another one, but my world will not have another one, if I took it with me.

The resources enter inside Jill, and every second their speed will increase, which Jill's core absorbs with no problem.

It seemed to have an insatiable hunger for speed and efficiency through which it is consuming those resources.

Ten minutes pa.s.sed, then twenty, and now thirty minutes are over, but Jill is still absorbing the resources. There are a lot of them and she hasn't even consumed even a fourth of them. It will take a while for her core to consume what it needs.

An hour pa.s.sed, and her core was still consuming the resources, but its speed had increased tremendously, that now it begins to strain her body.

Though it is manageable, Jill's body and soul are strong enough to bear this strain with no problem.

Another forty minutes pa.s.sed when finally, the resources begin to slow down till they finally stopped.

"96%, far more than I had guessed," said the old woman beside me. "We always guess, but most of the time, our guess is wrong," I said, and the old woman nodded.

For a minute, nothing happened, before finally, the core begins to move again and with it, the energies of the surrounding, at the same time s.p.a.ce rippled above her, and the source gate begin to open.

A minute pa.s.sed and the whole formation got covered in the abyssal flames. At the same time, the source gate opened and begin to pour dense abyssal energies into the formation, which will be sent to her.

The energies poured into her, and her body is absorbing it all; even the fire surrounding her entering her through the runes is not doing anything to her.

Seeing that, I couldn't help but take a sigh of relief; I thought, the fire might harm her at a dangerous moment, but it is clearly helping.

I am also glad that the formation is easily able to handle the abyssal energy; there was some small doubt in my heart that it might not be able to.

"I think it would be wise to get out of here now," said a middle-aged. "Soon, Grandmaster Rhode," I replied.

It is clear that we would need to go out if the fire kept increasing in such a way and I want to see the limit of my s.h.i.+elds, and how powerful abyssal fire, they could bear it.

One and a half hours pa.s.sed, and the whole s.p.a.ce became a land of abyssal fire. Even my s.h.i.+elds have covered wholly in abyssal fire, that we could not see it.

The fire is dense and powerful, and I don't think, and my s.h.i.+elds are reaching the limit.

"Let's go," I said with a sigh, five minutes later and the sphere of my s.h.i.+elds begin to move up, and soon, we were out of the hole.

There were quite a few monsters have gathered around her, but n.o.body moved at us. I had asked Ashlyn and Nero to anyone who dared to come closer to her.

Handling the responsibility, I turned my focus to Jill.

A minute pa.s.sed, then two before long. It was ten minutes and then an hour. It was past two hours when a loud boom rang out and a powerful pillar of abyssal fire shot out in the sky, turning the few monsters to ashes, who were flying above.

A few seconds later, the pillar disappeared, and in its place Jill appeared, wearing no armor in this dangerous environment, but one look at her, n.o.body would think, she needs armor.

"Congratulations on becoming the first person to break through Primary II in over three thousand years," I congratulated.

"Thank you," she said, and others congratulated her one after another, especially Matron Mavis, who had tears dripping from her eyes as she hugged Jill.

"Do you have prepared the thing I had asked you to?" asked Jill. Which I smiled, and a green glowing seed appeared on my finger before flying toward her.

"It will hide you for six months," I said, hearing that. Her smile became even brighter. "It is far more than I had asked you to," she said and let the seed deep inside her. A moment later, an invisible cloak appears around her.

"You are my friend, it is the least I could do," I said with a smile before my smile turned serious.

"Can you sense it?" I asked her and everyone's expressions became serious. They are level to know about this secret.

"It is just outside our world, as the records say," she said, and I took a sigh of relief. "Good," I said. With this confirmed, I did not have to change my plans.

"Thank you for this, it made things quite smoother and faster," she said and threw the sphere at me.

The black color is now more prominent among all the multicolors. That is just a minor external change; the things that happened internally to it are more amazing.

It had become much better. The next person breaking through it is going to have an even smoother breakthrough using it.
