"How many times have I told you? Don't meet up with Sophia. Lila is her rival in the Entertainment Industry; she will use you to get to her," Misaki lectured.

This woman lecturing him is Aizawa Misaki, an old friend of his.

Haruka sighed, "I thought she knew."

"But n.o.body showed up right? It was a trap."

That's true, a person can show up late to a party, but after three hours it's clear that the person won't be attending. He cursed, "d.a.m.n,"

Misaki rolled her eyes, "I'm amazed really how many times have you fallen for this trap?"

How many times, he's lost, count. Haruka thought he knew Sophia very well - he even lived with her for a period of time. So he should understand her mindset by now, but he still falls for her traps. It seems like since he dated Lila, he's become more naive too.

"A lot," he gave Misaki a vague reply, "But it can't be helped. People do childish things when it concerns the person they love."

Before Misaki could say anymore, they hear laughter.
Haruka turned to the bed and saw Lila peering at them from the blankets.

"You're awake,"

"Haruka, Haruka. Did you just tell Misaki-san you love me?"

"..."

He stared at her dumbfounded, doesn't she know that already?
So strange.

"Yeah, I love you," the words still felt strange when he said them. But unlike before he could easily say it.

"Aha," Lila softly laughed, she covers her face with the blanket, "Um, it's actually quite embarra.s.sing, so let me hide."

"..."

She's so adorable. Does she think that the action of hers will work? Haruka made his way over to the bed and sat down. Lila brought the blankets to her face, but Haruka removed them and stared at her. This girl is slowly driving him crazy. But she probably doesn't even realize that, why would she?

Gosh, her lips are so pretty. Argh geez.

Forget self-control. Haruka brought his lips to hers and kissed her. A gentle kiss turned into a pa.s.sionate one in a matter of seconds, and he slid his hands down her waist. A bit more, he isn't satisfied with this.

Misaki coughed, "Are you two forgetting I'm still here?"

"Ah? Leave already,"

"You're the same as ever,"

Haruka said nothing and his hands continued what he was doing previously.

"Ungh, Haruka...don't be stupid."

Pfft. Being stupid? What's wrong with that? Especially when she likes it so much. Realizing why Lila wasn't responding much, he glared at Misaki, "Misaki, leave already."

"Yes, yes," Misaki picked up her bag. It looked like she wanted to say something but quickly left.

Once he was alone with Lila, he didn't hold back anymore. The next few hours were a panting mess. It didn't help that Misaki purposely left an incense-filled with aphrodisiac on the bedside table. It wasn't until the last stick burned down, that the strong smell vanished. Misaki most likely left it there because she didn't trust in his judgment to make up with Lila.

After they finished, it was another good half an hour before they came back to their senses and were able to remotely move.

"Are you okay?"

Lila weakly nodded, "Ah-huh, um," she looked at him shyly, "Haruka is satisfied?"

"Well, I could probably go a few more rounds."

The girl's cheeks red deemed.

"But, I'll let your body relax for a while," he gently nibbled on her earlobe, "Okay?"

"Y—yes, Haruka."

When the two words not yet pa.s.sed her lips, Haruka felt himself get more and more worked up. Her breathing became erratic. It got increasingly difficult for him to stop himself from getting more aggressive, from breaking her completely. His kisses, however, he stopped holding back and kissed her harder and harder. They made it so far up the bed that Lila hit the headboard, "Ouch.."

Haruka paused and reached out to rub her head.

Lila laughed, "Un, better," but the girl's cheerful smile was replaced again with her frantic moans cries, "Haruka, ah-ah."

He didn't stop moving and continued his actions until she was a panting mess. Her back arches, and he could tell her body was going limp.

The two of them are breathing heavily, their bodies slick with sweat.

"Haruka, your heavy."

"Mm," he smirked, as he rolled off her. But only briefly to change their position. Her body flush against him, as he held her hand. "You're tiny," he remarked, bringing her hand to his lip. She's tiny and beautiful.

c.r.a.p, he touched her. Although Haruka knew that it would end up this way, eventually, he thought he could last a while longer.

"Ah say Haruka?"

"What is it?" he said as he gently caressed the girl's hair.

"I do have a request."

"If it's anything dangerous, it's a no. Or rather, we shouldn't go out," Haruka murmured. After what happened earlier, Haruka understood that many people would exploit that opportunity.

"But you've already broken a rule today," Lila implied that meant he could break another and it would be okay.

". .. I'll listen. "

Lila held up her hands in a small victory pose, and he chuckled. What does she think she just achieved? So cute.

Her request to say so the least was reasonably straightforward. ' I want to go to the planetarium with you Haruka. ' Indeed, they've never once gone to the planetarium before. His thoughts broke off when he felt Lila's gaze on him.

She's adorable, isn't she? However she keeps getting sick, that's not a good sign.

As Haruka racked his brains for anyone else who he could go to; he catches a glimpse of Lila lifting her arm and was.h.i.+ng them with a towel. He could see her clearly today, realizing that Haruka reached over for the bubbles. Usually, when they bathe together, Lila gets embarra.s.sed, so she uses a lot of bubbles.

"I don't want them...today, I want to see Haruka clearly."

She wants to what? Haruka stared at the girl dumbfounded, does she not realize what she just said there?

"Doesn't Haruka also want to see me?"

Good Lord, what on earth is this? Why is she like this now? Maybe Jae-hee and Kogami are right; he's infected her somehow.

Haruka cursed, "Quit tempting me."

He cornered her against the bathroom wall, spreading her legs wide and not wasting a single movement. "Hmm,"

"Haruka...I love you."

"I know," He knows already, knows how much she loves him. How much she's crazy for him just like he is her. At least he wants to believe that he knows.
