The meetings with the managers are scheduled at SkyMu office. Yve and Sylvan had arrived at the building minutes ago but Yve fell asleep. Knowing how tired she is, Sylvan let her sleep a bit longer. Her eyes opened and suddenly looked around.

"Sylvan, what time is it?"

"Don't worry, Young Madam. We still have enough time before the meeting. Do you want to eat first or head to office?" Sylvan answered.

"Let's go to the office first. I can eat and drink while doing a bit of my homework or office paper works." Yve answered as she checks her face on the mirror for any signs of sleep.

"But Young Madam, Mr. Gray will not like..."

"He will not know if you will not tell. Anyways, I won't do it every day." Yve intercepted and left the defeated Sylvan inside the car.

Sylvan nodded his head side to side and followed the Lady Boss inside the office. Once inside, Yve instantly sat on her desk and saw the pile of folders on the right side of her desk. She sighed as she sat on the chair.

"Sylvan, these doc.u.ments…?"

"I have already checked them while you're at school. Those are financial reports for the income as well as the final expenses for the renovation of the facilities. Lastly, we have the budget allocation for the next month and projected budget per artist. On top of each page are the original doc.u.ments while the next page would be from my corrections. It's up to you which to put in the final doc.u.ment. I have sent the files in your email. You can edit it freely there and have me print them out for you to sign." Sylvan explained.

"Thanks. Just inform me if there's thirty minutes remaining prior to the meeting. You may leave now and go back to work." Yve ordered which Sylvan instantly obeyed.

Yve opened the computer on her desk and checked the first folder. She grabbed her pencil and began comparing the information as indicated by Sylvan. While checking the files, Yve became hungry and since she's running out of time, she decided to eat and work.

"Will it possible? I just hope the Sylvan didn't order a soup for me." Yve said to herself as she began to open the pack of food for her.

She smiled as she saw the dishes contained sauce but not soup which will make it easier for her to eat and work. She was engrossed with her work and failed to notice that her phone is ringing inside her bag.

"This girl, ever since she has been handling SkyMu and her studies hasn't been able to answer her phone. If not only Sylvan is beside her and Chrysthe stalking her around, I would have worried a lot." Vince said to himself but it was quite loud enough for Edward to hear.

"Do you want me to call Sylvan and remind her not to turn her phone to silent mode?" Edward offered.

"There's no need. She will still put it to silent mode during school hours. I just have to bear it for a while. As long as there's no negative news from her side, it's fine." Vince replied.

"So how did it go with Aunt?" Edward curiously asked.

"I wasn't able to confess. Shortly after the doctor came and did some tests, she fell asleep once more. The doctor said it was normal so I didn't worry." Vince explained.

"I see. But are you planning to explain everything to her?" Edward asked.

"If there's a need to, I guess. That will also allow me to put on some guards around her for future security. How about the files I asked of you?" Vince asked.

"Here it is." Edward handed a bunch of papers to him.

"It's your old nemesis. Because of his failed attempt with Aunt and our extravagant way of handling things for her rescue, he's now trying to find out your status in the underworld." Edward summarized the report.

"Make sure he will not find out anything. By the way, on the surface, what keeps him busy?" Vince asked.

"He is focusing on business. Since you're busy with Aunt here, he is making some trouble for both Gray and Stones Group." Edward confessed.

The past few hours, he has been facing some problems within Gray Group. Not like he can't handle it. The rest of the high officials in Gray Group can handle his simple tricks. It's the Stones Group he is worried about. Sylvan said that Yve is doing her best and is currently keeping everything under control. Still, Edward knew that she can't continue to handle everything. She's still new to the business world. Yve is doing a lot of things everything. Her body might not be able to handle it.

"Gray Group will be fine but I'm a bit worried about Stones. I can't go back home now when mom is in this kind of situation." Vince said.

"So what is your plan?"

"You need to go back and make sure that Stones is okay. You will be there to physically handle the meetings. As for Gray Group, tell them to have video conference meetings with me." Vince instructed.

"The time?"

"Have it the same as always. For Stones, you have the jurisdiction but if you're lost, don't hesitate to report to me."

"Got it. Then I will go back to the hotel now to pack my things. "

"Hmm…."

Just as Edward left, Vince received a text message from Yve.

"Sorry, I forgot to turn off the silent mode. Don't worry, I told Sylvan to remind me to turn it off once school is over. Anyways, why did you call me? How's mom?"

Vince smiled at Yve's message and thought,

'You really know how to ease my anger.'

He replied to Yve and answered her questions to calm her down. Then a reply came before he can put his phone inside his pocket.

"Then when are you coming back? I miss you."

Vince smiled at the last sentence but can't help but feel sorry for her. They haven't been married for so long but they've been busy and didn't have enough time to enjoy each other's company. He instantly replied to Yve's message,

"I miss you more. Once mom's condition stabilizes, I will bring her home."

Yve received Vince's message and felt a bit regretful.

'Yve are you stupid? You shouldn't rush Vince. Of course, he misses you and want to go home the soonest time possible. Still you need to think of Mom's health condition.'

Yve was brought to reality by Sylvan's knock on the door informing her that there is less than thirty minutes left before the meetings. Yve thanked her and closed the folders temporarily to review the agenda of the meetings with the managers.
