This Time You Are Mine 248 Early Morning Meeting

Sunday pa.s.sed by as fast lightning and before long nightfall came. Yve cooked for them as Vince began reviewing the files that were piling from last night and today that he decided to spend it with Yve. Then he heard knocks on the door.

"Vince, food is served on the table. Would you like to eat?" Yve asked.

"Of course. Go ahead as I'll just clean this up. I'll be there before you know it." Vince replied as Yve headed to the kitchen to get the fresh juice she prepared prior to cooking.

The couple calmly ate their dinner. They were talking about their schedule tomorrow according to their secretaries.

"By the way, Vince, I will be home a little late." Yve informed Vince causing the latter to stop eating.

"Why is that?"

"I need to read some files at the office and it would be convenient to finish them there so that the staff can review them first thing tomorrow." Yve explained.

"That's a good idea but how late will you be?"

"I promise I'll be home by 7PM so we can have dinner together." Yve promised. After all, eating dinner is one of the things they promised to each other during their marriage.

"Then I guess I'll cook dinner for us." Vince gladly offered as he wiped his lips as a finis.h.i.+ng touch from eating.

"No, that would be unfair. I think it would be better if the person who gets home first will cook dinner, in that way both of us will get a fair chance. Okay?"

"Whatever you like, my dearest Queen." Vince agreed and the couple quickly ended their night as a long week is waiting for the both of them.

The following morning, Yve left earlier than Vince to have the early morning meeting at SkyMu. Despite leaving early, Yve didn't forget to cook breakfast and leave some for her husband. She sent Edward a message reminding her husband's secretary and cousin to make sure Vince eats the food.

As soon as she arrived, Yve headed straight to the meeting room where her staff is already waiting along with the managers of the different artists from SkyMu.

"Good morning, Miss Yve!" They all greeted her in chorus.

"Good morning! I believe you have all received my draft for the newest plan and I also a.s.signed some tasks yesterday."

(Yesterday afternoon)

The couple was taking a nap when Yve was awakened by the notification on her phone. She grabbed it and saw the message sent by Sylvan.

"I have completed the research for the draft and laid out a plan. I sent the details in your email."

With that Yve slowly moved out of the bed and went to the study room to check the details. She read the information and immediately called Sylvan online to hand over the tasks to other creative teams.

"Let's start with the simultaneous communication we plan for the beginning of the platform." Yve instructed and the creative team in charge began her report.

"We have arranged this program for the fair raffle on which artists they need to portray…" The lady began and papers were handed out to them while being flashed on the screen.

"I see. I like it but I'm quite worried like some of the artists are in their prior commitments. Will the connection be okay?" Yve asked and raised the concern to their technical team.

"We will be conducting a test on it by this afternoon. If it would not be possible we can squeeze in some time after their schedule." The head of the technical team stated.

"That's good but in case will that be fine with the managers? Can you squeeze in some time?" Yve asked.

"If I may speak, it might be difficult for some of the artists during the jam packed schedule. However, as per our contract to our artists we have 2 day-offs in a week. Most of the time, the artists would spend it at home, so I think it would be possible to have them at home." One of the managers said.

"So the suggestion is to have the release dates on weekends?" Yve asked.

"Only the beginning of the project. As for the release on the internet, it would be good to have it every 2 days." The marketing team responded.

"Will the editing team handle it?" Yve asked them.

"We can. But we would not be able to handle other things aside from that. As one day would be for the recording and we will only have the next day for editing."

"Okay. Do we have existing videos that might get affected?" Yve asked.

"2 music videos that are scheduled to be released two weeks from now."

"Then have them work on the music video and focus on the follow-up videos of the group. The remaining people will focus on editing the videos on this project." Yve instructed.

"Keep me updated with the test. In the meantime, let's talk about the content of the drama which will be released in the final week of the program." Yve decided to move on to the next section.

"I have here the script for the possible drama considering the number of artists we have in the company." The person in-charge handed out five scripts to Yve.

"Okay. I will review this today. I'll give you feedback by the end of the day or within the day." Yve responded.

"Okay. So please give Sylvan the available time of the artists on weekends within the day. Sylvan once you arrange their common time, communicate with the marketing team to plan when would be the appropriate time for the release of the videos."

"As for others, keep the reports coming to my desk. The ones you received from Sylvan. Okay?"

"Yes, Miss Yve."

"Do you have any questions?"

"None, Miss."

"Okay so that's all for now. We can do this team! You can head back to work." Yve concluded the meeting.

The conference room was soon emptied until Yve and Sylvan were the only people left. Yve sent a text message to Vince,

"Sorry for leaving early. Did you eat the food I prepared for breakfast?"
