This Time You Are Mine 314 Curiosity At Its Peak

Sunday end with SkyMu on the evening news once more. More and more people are following SkyMu's artists and projects are starting to line up as well. Their managers are all busy lining up the details and upon learning all of this, SkyMu's artists become more grateful for the trust and support that Yve has given them. To show these feelings they took it upon themselves to post in their social media accounts. 

When Monday morning comes, the cyber universe is crowded with SkyMu's latest release and the message of grat.i.tude from its artists towards their new president. It even made it to front cover of some newspapers. Slayne, who has been hooked up in his office all night trying to stop the news from spreading, can only sigh in defeat. 

"Slayne, we can't possibly stop them from posting good feedback on our Lady Boss. They're public figure and it will cause a very big chaos if deleting large number of posts and shares online will be lost." Jaleb voices out his opinion as he brings Slayne's breakfast inside.

"I know that but we have our order from Primo." Slayne answers in defense to his actions.

"His order is to temporarily stop entrepreneurs from researching about her. Secondo told me that some of their trusted investors want to meet her and that Primo agreed and left the decision to Mrs. Gray." Jaleb explains his side in an attempt to calm Slayne.

"…"

"Relax for now. Eat your breakfast and wait for further instructions from Primo." 

"But the report…" 

"I'll give Chrysthe a call and explain it to him. He can pa.s.s the message to Primo by then. You haven't slept last night because of this. Come on, eat up." Jaleb forcefully places a piece of small bread into Slayne's mouth.

Jaleb leaves Slayne's office and dials Chrysthe's number to inform him of what just happened.

Unaware of all the chaos, Yve wakes up and heads to their bathroom to get washed up when Sylvan calls her up. 

"Young Madam, please check the news or a newspaper. The curiosity about you has sent you on front page of some newspapers." Sylvan informs her.

"Thanks for the information. Come to the house as quickly as you can." Yve instructs Sylvan and hurries to get ready for the day.

Hearing all the noise within the room, Vince hesitantly wakes up and rubs his eyes to look around only to see her wife getting out of the dressing room all ready for work.

"Why are you up and dressed early this time?"

Before Yve can answer the question, they both heard knocks on the door. The man then identifies himself as Chrysthe. 

"Get in." Vince gives him the permission to get inside. 

"Young Madam, you're up early." Chrysthe instantly notices Yve's office outfit but the couple didn't respond. Instead they caught up with the newspaper he's carrying.

"Why are you carrying newspapers into our room, Chrysthe? Can't those things wait down in the living room?" Vince asks.

"I believe that is the same reason why I'm dressed up early today." Yve answers indirectly.

Realizing they have reached the same point, Chrysthe looks at Vince to explain the details. Yve grabs the newspapers as she reads the articles of her and the public's thoughts. 

"Now, I understand." Vince utters only a shorter sentence as a response.

"What are your orders, Boss?" Chrysthe asks Vince.

"What do you want to do next, Yve?" Vince pa.s.ses the question to Yve who finally finishes reading all the articles.

"We can't possibly divert the public's attention anymore, can't we?" Yve looks at them like a kid who is in dire need of help from the first person it sees.

"The posts of your artists actually made it very difficult. If it's only one person, we can pa.s.s it out as the account being hacked. But if we're going to do it to a lot of people then…" Chrysthe's explanation gets cut off as Yve speaks the remaining words.

"It becomes a national security threat." 

"I've got solutions, two to be specific but either way details about you will be leaked to the public." Vince finally voices out his ideas.

"Let's hear them." 

Yve is geared up to listen but Vince calmly walks towards their comfort room and closes the door behind him leaving the two people speechless. Only the water noises coming from the bathroom are heard inside, until Yve's stomach finally growls in hunger.

"Maybe that's our cue, Young Madam. Before sharing his plans, the Boss wants you to eat your breakfast." Chrysthe interprets Vince's actions on his own as he leads the way for his Lady Boss who nods both in agreement and embarra.s.sment.

 As they both head down, Sylvan has just arrived.

"Young Madam, what do we… do?" Sylvan stutters at the final word when he sees the look on Chrysthe face.

"Boss has some answers but he's still in the bathroom. Mrs. Yve here is hungry so we thought of eating breakfast while waiting." Chrysthe answers all the silent questions that Sylvan's eyes have been asking him.

Sylvan can only nod his head in understanding as Yve removes her coat and opens the refrigerator to cook their breakfast. 

"Sylvan, have you eaten your breakfast yet?" 

"Uhm…." Sylvan is quite confused on how to respond. 

"I'll head back to my room." Chrysthe escapes Yve's grasp as Sylvan stays in front of the kitchen counter looking at his Lady Boss doing the cooking.

When Yve and Sylvan hear Vince's footsteps, breakfast is already ready. They all take their seats on the table. Vince is very calm and starts eating his share but not the same thing can be told with Yve and Sylvan.

"Come on, you need to relax and eat. I'm delaying all of this talk because I want both of you to focus on eating and enjoy the delicious meal. I will tell you the ideas I have." Vince encourages both of them to eat as he takes a spoonful of omelet before asking Yve to open her mouth.

No matter how shy she is, Yve has no other choice but to open her mouth. To give them the privacy they need, Sylvan turns a blind eye. With all the dog food finally eaten, the trio focuses on the meal in front of them.

"Now that breakfast is over, let's talk about the possible solution." Vince starts to talk about the details.
