After hearing a sweet confession from Yve, Vince let go of the little control he has. He hungrily kissed Yve. His kiss is filled with love and l.u.s.t. Yve was a quite scared with Vince's actions as this isn't how Vince would usually kiss her. Breaking their kiss, Vince cupped her face and while gasping for air, he said,

"I love you more."

These four words caused Yve to let go of all of her fears and kissed Vince with all her might. She put her hands around Vince neck as they continue to kiss. Vince took this as a sign of approval and so without breaking the kiss, he carried Yve towards the couch. As Yve noticed this, she wrapped her legs around Vince's waist to help him. Their kiss deepened as both of them sat comfortably on the couch. This time, Yve was sitting on Vince's lap. Both of them have given up to their hidden desires for each other. Vince gently guided Yve's body to lie down in the couch with him on top. Vince broke down the kiss to look at Yve.

Yve felt conscious seeing Vince staring at her so she asked,

"Is there anything wrong?"

Vince just directly told her. "I want you now. I want to be one with you."

Yve was more than shocked with this confession of Vince that she wasn't able to give a response. Vince knew that Yve will act this way as she isn't a fan of pre-marital s.e.x.

"Don't worry. I know my limitations and I can wait until the time that you will be ready to get married. Knowing how you felt right now is enough for me." Vince said as he stroked Yve's hair and placed them behind her ear.

Even though Yve has protected her chast.i.ty, she isn't ignorant on how the s.e.xual desires work. She knew that it wasn't easy for Vince to stop. This act shows how much he respects her and truly loves her. Not that Vince still needs to prove it to her after everything he did for her.

As Vince was about to stand up away from her, Yve sat down and hugged Vince's waist. Vince smiled at Yve's gesture and said,

"You have to let me go for now or else I will totally lose control and I won't be able to stop."

Yve smiled back without letting Vince go. She just blurted out something that Vince never thought he would hear at that moment.

"Then don't stop. Let's get married tomorrow."

Sylvan is busy checking the development of all of Yve's projects - the final plans for the renovation of the facilities and the new training regimen for all of the trainees and artists. His meeting with the different managers for the quarterly revenue and future projects of the artists used up all his time in the afternoon.

Nyelle saw how hardworking Sylvan is and began to think that having reliable secretaries like Edward and Sylvan is one of the reasons for the success of Vince in rising to the top with Gray Group. It was almost five in the afternoon and Nyelle is getting ready to go home but as she looked at Sylvan inside she felt guilty. Sylvan, on the other hand, doesn't seem to care about the time. He's still busy inside. So, instead of leaving on time, Nyelle felt the need to stay behind. Well, it's not like she has anything to do. She just sat there and looked at Yve's empty schedule for the coming days.

All of a sudden, Sylvan walked out from his office and is now approaching her desk. She stood up like and waited for Sylvan to give her any orders. But she was shocked with Sylvan's order.

"You should go home now. Ms. Yve might worry if you're still at the office at a later time."

"But what about you?"

"Don't worry about me as I'm used to this. I will also need to report everything to Ms. Yve." Sylvan said.

"Oh, okay." With an approval from Sylvan, she picked up her things and went on her way.

Sylvan then picked up his phone and called Jaleb.

"Yes, bro?" Jaleb answered.

"Your target is on the move. Just watch her movement for the night. After all, you don't need to go to Primo's house."

"Got it!"

Seeing as Jaleb hasn't ended the phone call, Sylvan waited for any new updates from Jaleb.

"Wait! Sylvan, isn't she's Ms. Yve's best friend and secretary?"

"Yes."

"Then is her life in danger that's why you wanted me to follow her?"

"No. I just want to verify her stand. I want to fully know if she's an enemy or friend."

"Are you thinking...?"

"Yes. So better make sure to follow her well and keep this mission on the wraps."

"Okay. I'll give you an update later."

Sylvan knew this is not right but he just can't let go how Nyelle acted today. Plus, she seemed uninterested to where Yve's staying now. Base on his understanding, real friends would exert a lot of effort just to make sure that their friend is safe. But Nyelle isn't doing anything like that. Not to mind that she seemed to be in a hurry to go home.

"I'll leave that mission to Jaleb. I should finish my work for today." Sylvan said and went back to his office.

After hearing the sudden marriage proposal from Yve, Vince can't hide his emotions. He looked at Yve and asked,

"Are you really sure?"

"I'm sure but before let's keep it a secret first."

This request was something unprecedented but it's not like Vince didn't knew the reason. Still his face seemed to be asking for an explanation. This didn't escaped Yve's vision.

"I don't want other people to think especially the board of directors that I really married you because of your power and reputation."

Vince hugged Yve and planted a kiss on her forehead.

"I don't think you need to worry about them. But if that's what you want then that's what we are going to do."

"Thanks, Vince." Yve hugged him back.

"When do you want to get married?"

"Let's have a simple one. Can we have it after Hyacinth's alb.u.m release?"

"Sure. I'll inform Edward and Sylvan to clear our schedules."

"Okay."

They enjoyed each other's company as they sat in the living room.
