No one actually knows who they are or what they look like, but there are some rumors underworld. It is rumored that they are not a blood-related family but a group of influential people from all around the world. Prominent doctors, lawyers, presidents, tyc.o.o.ns, you name it."

"So? What does this have to do with that Medicine?"
