He talked to Rijun that he is in no way responsible for what happened to him but he knew his son was still feeling guilty. AoTian had to agree to it as his son was adamant so he decided to give him some time for getting over the past.

He feared he won't be able to meet his granddaughter but his son leaves his granddaughter with him each day and picks her up when he gets home.

There were a lot of marks on and around the scar on her chest and they were much darker than the rest of the marks in her body.
