She wasn't being a busybody, she was simply curious because they don't look like students with their casual clothes.

The other a.s.sumption that they might be special visitors didn't occurred to her for reasons that she wasn't aware that the Academy let in outsiders as such.

And it seems she wasn't the only one. But, the difference is that the others weren't as polite with their remarks.

"Is it because they made friends with those students in yellow uniform?"

"I thought the Academy doesn't allow us using personal relations.h.i.+ps to have an advantage?"

"Maybe it doesn't count it they were students?"

"And I thought the Academy was all about fairness. I guess it's just a trumped-up story to attract more people to enroll."

These naive ones were far behind the line when Lillie and Death was talking with Master Qi. Their ears weren't sharpened yet so they aren't apprised of their ident.i.ties.
