MIMI 35 Who Is She?

After the two earnestly discussed what was naturally needed for Mimi's first day, Tobias gently pressed the intercom on his desk ordering his a.s.sistant to enter.

Within breathless seconds, the young a.s.sistant rushes in towards Tobias's private office - of course not before promptly knocking.

As the young a.s.sistant was about to open his mouth - asking what his boss needed, Tobias beat him to it.

"Ms. Mimi this is Juno. He's my a.s.sistant." Tobias introduces the two. "Juno this is Ms. Mimi. She'll be working in our tech department for now on. I would like you to guide her to her new station and allow her to get acquainted with the staff."

Quietly s.h.i.+fting her gaze towards the man called Juno, the gothic girl merely nods her head towards the man with an unreadable expression.

Flas.h.i.+ng a bright smile, Juno happily bows towards the girl with a straight back.

"Ms. Mimi, I'd be delighted to graciously a.s.sist you today! If you naturally have any questions feel free to ask!" He lifts his beaming face upwards.

"En, please take care of me," The girl merely said.

Not thinking much of the girl's seemingly short responses, Juno continues to smile widely - 'properly' containing the excitement inside of him.

The apparent reason for his hidden excitement was due to the remarkable fact that his boss had never required new hires into much consideration.

Nonetheless, having his personal a.s.sistant aid them.

Usually, when a new recruit was added, they would be looked at by elite recruiting members once pa.s.sing a series of tests.

However, unlike the others, the girl standing next to his boss merely came in to directly see the great man and even getting the job!

This clearly showed how important the young girl was towards his boss.

Juno placed a mental note to make sure she was completely comfortable!

Who knows maybe she'd possibly report his n.o.ble deeds towards his boss giving him a considerable raise.

As Juno was in deep thought he hadn't seen the teasing and amused grin on Mimi as she looked at the radiating aura he gave.

He was like a small loyal puppy...

Once the two were introduced, Tobias had left to attend a meeting while ordering his driver to pick him up.

While he left, Juno led Mimi towards the tech department where she would get situated for her first day.

"This is the key section for the tech wing," Juno explained. "Based on Mr. Itou's orders you'll be working in the programming section rather than delivering calls and recruiting."

Releasing a faint hum in understanding, Mimi admires the wall structures blankly.

Still smiling, Juno escorts her towards the doors.

Once opened, a series of endless cubicles is showed.

However, unlike most average cubicles, the ones present were much more as Mimi would say…rich looking.

The desks were clearly made from expensive wood!

Even upon the two naturally entering, none had looked up from their private desks as they continued working professionally - typing away at their computers.

Mimi carefully observed her luxurious surroundings and faintly revealed a hidden smirk.

"Aye, Juno!" Mimi heeded a masculine voice speak. "What's up? Did the big boss man order for you to fire someone again?"

s.h.i.+fting her questioning gaze towards the active voice, Mimi's glittering eyes are met with a lanky young man with blazing green eyes and flaxen spiked hair.

His tanned skin luminously shone under the office gla.s.s windows.

Mimi took notice that upon hearing the young man call Juno's name, the majority of the workers directed their intent gaze towards them.

Seems like Tobias's seemingly foolish a.s.sistant possessed a lot more leading authority than she thought.

"No Mr. Sato," Juno replied in a businesslike tone. "What I'm doing shouldn't concern you as I suggest you return back to your work."

"Aw, come one!" The fair-haired man whined. "I merely thought I'd say hi upon seeing you here."

"Well, now that you have you can get back to work."

As the two conversed Mimi couldn't help but silently admire the fair-haired man before her.

He was quite good-looking she had to admit. But compared to Tobias Itou he was of average looks.

Noticing a certain gaze on him, the blond man directs his gaze behind Juno to stare at Mimi with widened green eyes that quickly s.h.i.+ft towards what Mimi could a.s.sume was...fascination?

"Hey, Juno," The man winds his arm around Juno's shapely shoulders. "Who's the cute gothic chick?"
