"Let's move," said Lux.

" we can't it's for the best that we stay here, all three of us are wanted everywhere, everyone will be looking for us, and there will be no way we can stop all of them," said John.

" I kind of agree with John, I mean going out there is a huge risk and we don't have any power to stop what's out there," I said.

Lux then stands up and casts a spell.

"EGO"

all three of us look at each other confused about why his magic didnt work.

"I feel something is very wrong, this spell usually works and gives me the eyes of any human outside," said Lux.

we didn't know what exactly happened and how, but it kind of felt like the magic was gone, gone for good, never coming back anymore. Lux tries again and again but nothing came out, not even a spark, he used every spell but nothing would work, it was just blank.

"John please explain to me why I can't use magic," said lux hesitantly.

John then tries to cast a spell, it worked. but felt like he was not casting magic instead using G.o.d-like powers. I tried to also cast a spell, but it didnt work. just a huge blank.

"the only reason your magic is not working could be because the G.o.d of magic disabled it from everyone who has access to it, that could be the only reason," said John.

"So wait, if a G.o.d can take our powers, can't another give it back?" said Lux.

"Sadly no, each G.o.d has his or her own power, I'm the G.o.d of mind, meaning I can control anyone around me anytime I want, I can make them do what I want when I want and where I want, but the only problem is, it would never work on a G.o.d, even after trying many many times it would just not work, it only worked on angles and humans but not G.o.ds"

after waiting hours in the house where John took us to be safe, we heard a huge blast, almost sounded like asteroids. .h.i.t the earth and are very close to our location.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

" I think they found us," said John.

"who?" I replied.

" the Angles," said John, he looked scared to see them, it almost felt like he knew all this was going to happen and is scared of being killed by one of the G.o.ds up there, but for me, I wasn't as scared as Lux or John would be, I was calm, who am I kidding, I was s.h.i.+tting my pants, I almost felt like my pants are wet.

John then tells both me and Lux to find somewhere to hide, he then told us to hide in the bas.e.m.e.nt, the next thing you know, he casts a spell and the door to the bas.e.m.e.nt disappears. We did have a peephole to see what was going on. the door suddenly opens, someone enters and he looked fantastic. it was an angle, tall, huge wings and had a sword on his hand.

"And what might have brought you here Angle?" said John in a friendly way.

" The only reason I'm here is because Zeus is looking for the boy, and he knows that you're hiding him somewhere, the entire planet is going upside down, he took away magic and has killed all the G.o.ds up in heaven," said the angle while being concerned.

"What!, Why would he do that? why would he kill all the G.o.ds for a Boy?" replied John in a shock.

"He didnt only kill all the G.o.ds, he killed his own siblings too, after what he heard from the future teller's about the boy who will bring an end to his life, he got scared and wanted to kill everyone, from what I saw about the boy, he has power to open a world that has never been seen, his powers are from the creature that has been fighting with our creators since the first day" said the angle.

"PHOENIX," said John in a low tone.

" Yes, the Phoenix, not itself but something as powerful as it is, and the worst part is that everything we knew about the history of G.o.ds was all fake, made up by Zeus just so that we can be under his control. He was the one who destroyed our creators, and whats very unexpected is that the Phoenix is actually a good person" said the angel to John.

Looking at John, he looked worried and scared and mixed with emotions, I never saw him like that, it almost looked like his entire life was a lie. John then opens the door of the bas.e.m.e.nt where I and Lux were hiding. the angle saw us and was surprised.

" So you found him?" asked the angle.

John replied" yeah longer than anyone"

"Are you gonna kill us?" asked Lux.

The angle laughed and said " No I'm here to save all of you, and to protect you from our false G.o.d"

"Why all these angles?" I asked.

" we angle only follows a leader who is not a killer and saves all of what has been created by our creators," said the Angle" and that's why we are serving our new G.o.d of Minds"

all the angles around the house and inside bow down upon their knees to show respect.
