As Ichigo was watching the little girl with a well-proposed body of hers she was looking pale with her brother on her back and wanted to plea someone to save him, he was her only family and got in a car accident which made her rush here...

??? : " pls sir pls help my brother.."

Ichigo: "Calm down what's your name...?? What happened??

??? : Orihime Inoue .... my brother got in a car accident he's pretty bad please save him...."

As Ichigo was watching her with tears in her red like eyes from crying all the way, he started formulating a plan how to take advantage of her, as he had some kind of connection and feelings in the Original timeline so why not start earlier??..... He then proceeds to check his body which caused him to stagger from the grave wounds he had...

Ichigo: "They're quite serious.... i don't think i can do anything but follow me...."

Inoue: "noooo my brother sniff, sniff waahhaahha"

Ichigo: "Xmnmnmn i didn't say i will let him to die calm down first let me perform first aid and tell you what you can do..."

Inoue: "Really i'll do anything pls save him!!!!!

GGgGUu Looking at the small spark of hope he felt guilty somehow he didn't remember her that willful did she change after his death??? Then again i was also shy and didn't take any chances when Yoruichi entered in the spiritual lake in Soul Society completely naked nor when Rangiku almost stipped herself to let her stay at his house nor when Nelliel was squeezing him with her b.o.o.bs..

After some time they went to another room and was performing first aid with his reiatsu, Inoue saw her big brother turn slightly better and was beamed with happiness only to get sour in his next few words towards her.....

Ichigo: "I can only stabilize him for at least half a day then his fate is unknown to him...."

Inoue: "EeE oHh WAaAaAaaaa Can't you do anything i'll try to repay with anyway possible pls...."

Ichigo: "I could use a few life-saving skills i know but you will have to pay with a special way!!!!!"

Inoue: "WaaaaAAaa pls save him he's the only family i have..... sniff sniff"

Ichigo: "Don't forget to pay me later....."

When Ichigo got her confirmation he started channelling his reiatsu and used a Kido spell he learned while it was nothing for s.h.i.+nigamis for humans it was a lifesaver. The whole process took around 3-4 hours while Inoue was in a side corner watching his brother getting better and better and at the same time she felt dazed like getting high on drugs... Little did both of them know that the reiatsu of Ichigo was altering her soul awakening much faster her future powers....

Having finished his job and told Inoue to let him rest the got out of the room and went to the next one so that they can discuss it's price...

Inoue: "Thank You So Much... AAaaa right your Name..... i don't know your name..."

Ichigo: "Ichigo... Kurosaki Ichigo..."

Inoue: "So Kurosaki-san what can i do to repay your kindness??"

As Inoue asked that, she saw Ichigo getting closer and closer she tried to back away a little only to find herself in the wall, before she could speak Ichigo sealed his lips to hers hugging her while fondling her a.s.s and b.o.o.bs stunning her for a few seconds before trying to struggle...

It was then she trembled and had her eyes wide open as she felt his hand inside her bra squeezing her nipples and the other hand inside her underwear all the while kissing her.....

As he was about to go further ahead he heard noises in the hallway it was his Dad along with his Mom.... fear and anxiety along with sweat and chills got on his back... he thought d.a.m.n IT!!!!!
