My First And Last Man 71 Meeting With Ceo Hwang

For the last 5 days, Rei practice alone her drive skills using the new car company a.s.sign for her and studying it's quirks. She receives the red mercedes car on Monday that have a plate number JLR1110. Han didn't accompany her since CEO Hw.a.n.g said so, well the CEO just did it to avoid more scheming because he feels that this time maybe Secretary Han will try something underhanded and just avoid him for becoming evil.

Sunday morning, Rei attend the second ma.s.s since she already clearly understands Sean Language. At first she's going to walk but then decide to use the car since what's the purpose of that if she will not use it. Every Sunday at 10am in C Country time, Rei will never forget to call her family. She prepare herself because the day after tomorrow is the day of her being an intern.

7:30am, Rei already in the main entrance of CA International Company and waiting for Secretary Han because his still the one in charge of introducing her to all employees and colleagues. This is the first meeting of them after a week of not seeing each other.

"You're too early Secretary Rei"

"Same to you Secretary Han"

"Then let's get inside first Secretary Rei"

"Okay"

The two of them get inside meanwhile the others employees who just arrives witness and only looking at them because gossiping is not allowed. Rei and Han just seated opposite to each other in the lobby while waiting for the time.

"This will be my last day and my last task is to introduce you Secretary Rei to all departments except in the entertainment and give you orientation. Let's start from the lowest departments to the highest"

"Lowest Department?"

"Yeah, they are the cleaners and janitors which is considered as the lowest departments"

"Secretary Han please don't be offended of my words but don't look down on them because we are all human and they have also need to be respect" Rei can't help but frank him.

"I don't care they're the lowest and whatever it is they're the lowest. Come here let's start now"

They go first to the Service Department which are the cleaners and janitors.

"Good Morning Everyone"

"Ah...Good Morning Secretary Han"

"This is Secretary Rei, today she will start her first day and will be my replacement since I'm a.s.sign to J Country "

"h.e.l.lo nice to meet you everyone, I'm Rei"

"Nice to meet you too"

"Everyone don't be too friendly with Secretary Rei, she's my replacement but she will be the Head Secretary, so it's like Secretary Rei is CEO Hw.a.n.g representative."

"Let's go now Secretary Rei"

"Alright" Rei glance Han and then said to them after making sure that he will not hear what she's about to say.

"Everyone don't take it seriously, just do all of your best and never cross the line or rather the company rules and for sure you will alright."

"Secretary Rei why are still standing there?"

"Sorry Secretary Han" then look to the teams "once again everyone nice to meet you" then Rei walk fast so that she can catch up with him and then said "you will be get older easily, Secretary Han"

"I don't care as long as I'm not with the idiots"

"I think you're the idiot one" Rei mumbe.

"Did you say something Secretary Rei?" didn't heard clearly so he ask her.

"Nothing"

Rei and Han continue visiting each department meanwhile in the Services Department since gossiping is not allowed they talk like whispering to each other so that no one will hear them.

Service Head : We're glad that Secretary Han is not the Head Secretary and I guess the Head Secretary to be is really humankind.

Service Staff 1 : My heart almost pop out when Secretary Han arrive with that lady.

Service Staff 9 : Yeah, yeah that's right, I thought that the jerk will announce his girlfriend.

Service Staff 8 : Shh... don't talk that one and it will be jinx, that beauty is deserve more and not with the jerk.

Service Head : Okay, okay everyone keep quiet now and Secretary Rei just remind us awhile ago.

"Ah, that's right"

Back to Rei and Han

Secretary Han still guide Rei to every department except the entertainment and introduce her to them. These are department and arrange by lowest to highest department according to Han.

1. Service Department the first department they visit.

2. Personnels and Staff Department

3. Purchasing Department

4. Sales and Marketing Department

5. Research and Development Department

6. Electonic Data Processing Department

7. IT Department

8. Public Relations Department

9. Human Resources Department

10. Accounts and Finance Department

11. Secretarial Department

12. Administrative and Management Department

Rei just listen to him without commenting since she already frank him that each department has it's own functions, strength and weakness but this man will not listen to her because Han is too prideful and his a Senior compare to her. So instead of arguing him, Rei just listen to him and only react when his crossing the line. Every after visiting the department all teams belong in each departments have the same reactions from the Service Department, so in other words they don't like Secretary Han even though his an eye catching because his handsome, tall, physically well built and smart but his personalities suck the most.

Now they're standing and waiting for the elevator to stop on the floor where they are that Han suddenly said.

"Ah, that's right I almost forgot"

"What is it Secretary Han?"

"The elevator in the left side is for the entertainment only, the middle is for us, the Secreratial Department and the Administrative and Management Department while the right side is for everyone except the entertainment. All of the elevator can access from the ground floor to 30th floor and only the middle elevator can access to 31st floor. The 32nd floor is CEO Hw.a.n.g pent house while the 30th floor is an event hall"

Ding

"Oh, the elevator's is here, let's get inside Secretary Rei and CEO Hw.a.n.g already waiting us"

The two ride in the elevator silently and since they're in the 28th floor, so a matter of seconds they're already standing outside of the CEO office.

"CEO Hw.a.n.g, we're here"

"Come inside" the two get inside and asking Han "done with Secretary Rei orientation Secretary Han?"

"Yes CEO Hw.a.n.g"

"Good and you may go now since you need to be get ready because you will leave next weekend"

"Yes CEO Hw.a.n.g and I will take my leave now" said then leaving the office right away.

"So Secretary Rei tomorrow you will become offically an intern and it's depend on your performance"

"Yes CEO Hw.a.n.g"

"Good and have any questions?'

"Yes but it's something not related to the company and it's about you CEO Hw.a.n.g?"

"Yes, what is it Secretary Rei?'

" You look familiar and I think we meet before, no, no we really meet before right?'

"As expected of you Secretary Rei, you really have good memory"

"....." 'Good Memory, I think it's not because you appeared in the office without disguising and now I know why I suddenly got promoted because of CEO Hw.a.n.g, no wonder' then stop thinking when she heard him.

"So for now go and observe each departments"

"Yes CEO Hw.a.n.g"

"And how Secretary Han as a mentor and trainor?"

'As a mentor and trainor, why CEO Hw.a.n.g ask? Is he perhaps know about his scheming? If it is then I answered him truthfully' "Secretary Han is quiet good, sometimes I feel something off but don't worry CEO Hw.a.n.g I learn a lot from him"

"Oh, good"

"Then may I take a leave now and I will do your task CEO Hw.a.n.g"

"Yes go ahead Secretary Rei"

Rei leave while CEO Hw.a.n.g looking at her until she disappeared from his sight.

"This time I really find a good Secretary and I'm sure she will not become what Secretary Han right now, who change after 2 and half years"

Rei really do what her task is and now observing every department at ease but the team in each every department got nervous of her presences but suddenly became relax when Rei just silently observe them until the working hours is off.
